The rooms are really, really nice. I enjoyed it and everything nice and clean and everything. There was a lot of towels which we liked. The pool was really fun. All the action really fun. The breakfast was OK. The food was really delicious, but our server really didn’t bring us our drinks in time and would really didn’t relief them, would barely pick up our dishes. Other servers would be picking up our dishes. Our server was mostly talking to the male server at the bar. But overall really nice I would come back

This is our second visit here and we absolutely love it!! Hotel looks beautiful and well maintained and the customer service is exceptional. We were assisted by Matt and then later Nessa and both of them very phenomenal and made us feel so welcomed. There was a minor error on our reservation and both of them took their time to investigate and get things sorted out very quickly. Victoria, the server here was also so kind and provided us excellent service. This kind of customer service makes us want to return to this hotel every time we visit Orlando. Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!

Disappointed, disgusting, more like a motel! I would not let my dog stay here. You walk in beautiful. Go to the room and surpised enough it was moldy, floors were wet and beds were dirty! I had a delayed flight which I continued to communicate with the hotel. They charged me for an extra day I was not even checked in. With my flight being delayed they put me in a handicap room where I could barely breath because the smell was that bed and I have asthma so it made it worst! The hotel staff said they had no more rooms to put me and my child in because they were booked yet they lied the rooms were very much empty just about every where with curtains open to view. Another customer had the same issue booked the tower and had a delayed flight and they gave her room up and didn’t give her what she paid for. They try to insult you with offering a cookie instead of compensation! This place is a complete scam! Beware of the pictures, looks can be conceiving and when you address it nobody cares. Bypass this by all means! This has been a total crap show. I went and. Purchase cleaning products just to clean my own room for a first timer in a “resort stay.” Hair in the tub, microwave and pillows. Dried blood on the mirrors. Paint on the curtains. Very disappointed never again! And my hair is not this texture nor color and my daughters is not either.

I normally dont write reviews but this stay I feel the need to say something. My family and I were given a promotion through Hilton Grand Vacations. We checked in late and checked out immediately in the morning. Coming in late with a young child already sleeping we didnt check the room entirely. However, some quick things that caught my eye...the room did not look clean, there was dirt/hair everywhere in the bathroom. A stain on the floor underneath the toilet valve that looked like it had been there for a while. Chipped tile/tub in the bathroom. My young daughter made a comment about the water smelling funny (she wasn't wrong). But to top everything off we found blood stains in the sheets. I went to go check out immediately in the morning after night 1 of a 3 night stay, no one asked why or seemed concerned when I asked to cancel my stay. Then I couldn't talk to anyone at the hotel for a complaint, I was told I had to call Hilton Grand Vacations directly and that the managers were all in a meeting. I also found out that I was not checked out by the front desk (checked out at 730 AM). Was told by Hilton Frand Vacations to return to the location to check out (2 hours later). The whole thing seemed unprofessional at the least. I used to stay at Hilton locations while traveling. This one experience may have ruined it all for me. We had to book our other nights at an alternate location. I highly advise against staying at this location. Make sure you read reviews before choosing to stay here. I have pictures of the room condition and sheets, but will not post them here.

This outdated hotel and activity areas were very disappointing. I have never stayed at a Double Tree and had any negative experience, everytime it has been amazing and great, clean and welcoming. This hotel however was the exact opposite and I would never stay here again. Between the horribly old and outdated rooms with a loud AC unit, bathroom toilet that refused to flush fully, and the lack of elevator was baffling. The room was clean, and I am able to use the stairs, so when the lobby attendant asked if the stair were a problem I stated it wasn't. However, I cant imagine how disappointing it would be for people who book online during the busy season, and turn down the 30$ upcharge to stay in the tower, to arrive late and find they have to stay in a 1980s hotel room with no elevator access. I would have gladly paid the $30 had it of know it would almost completely change my experience. But the amenities list, is a lie you should not be telling people. The table hockey was broke, there was trash and leaves all over the putt putt course, nothing was clean or up to date but the pools. I was baffled as I picked Double Tree over other local hotels so my family could use these awesome amenities during our stay. We did a walk through and realized we would rather leave early the next morning, than stay and try to use any of the equipment or games. The only reason I am giving two stars, is because the front desk attendants I dealt with, were very nice, the lobby looked great, and the room had fresh sheets. If I hadn't got this room at a discount for being a veteran, and had paid more than $150, I would have refused to stay in the room and would have taken my family somewhere else. On top of the ridiculous almost $40 parking charge, I still paid almost $200 for a motel 6 quality experience. So in the future for those looking to book, pay the upcharge to stay in the tower, and ignore the list of things and know this place has a pool and free cookies. If I hadnt been able to adjust my dates to the best price point, I would have paid over $300 for this same exact room a few days prior, and this review would have been zero stars for that price point.
