It has been a while since I've stayed at a hotel so clean, nicely kept and with an amazing staff. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. I do have to be especially grateful to Miranda, who helped me unravel an issue regarding my reservation with a third party site. This young lady was patient and courteous and, most of all knowledgeable. She got it resolved in a short period of time, all with a smile. I am very grateful! Excellent management!

We stayed in FL an extra night after our Disney trip. This hotel was perfect for our stay. The whole places smelled clean and looked very inviting and the decor was really nice for the holidays. Our room was ready early, which was unexpected and we were grateful. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. I loved the spacious restroom and the shower had great water pressure. Our daughter lives locally, so we had her over for a visit and we were a little disappointed that we were required to pay for her to park for a couple of hours in a practically empty parking lot, but we complied of course. Breakfast was perfect with a custom made omelette including spinach and cheese. There was fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cereals and coffee or juice. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We got an affordable Lyft to MCO & arrived within about 20min. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

The Element Industrial Drive hotel in Orlando provides an exceptional lodging experience. The property is impeccably maintained, featuring modern décor, a high-quality breakfast offering, and a staff that is both professional and attentive. My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the hotel for a long weekend and were highly satisfied with our experience. Our room was extremely clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is also highly convenient, situated within walking distance of SeaWorld, Aquatica, and other nearby attractions. Additionally, the availability of a trolley service enhances accessibility to the surrounding area. The cost is $5.00 per person for an all-day pass or $2.00 per ride. We utilized this service frequently and found it to be reliable and efficient. Following our departure, I discovered that I had inadvertently left my cell phone at the hotel. The staff handled this matter with outstanding professionalism. They provided clear guidance on the necessary steps, ensured that my phone was securely stored, and arranged for its prompt return via UPS. Overall, I highly recommend the Element Industrial Drive hotel. It is an excellent property that delivers both comfort and convenience, and I would gladly return for future stays.

Perfect location for Sea World! Breakfast is great compared to the other hotels. Friendly and helpful staff - kudos to Luis! He helped us with a quiet room quickly. Some improvements need attention tho such as almost clogged kitchen drain and dead bulb. Overall, we have stayed here a few times and will definitely stay again for Sea World.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in the SeaWorld area, excellent clean rooms and 5 star customer service. I was helped by Maria at the desk and had a minor issue with my booking, Maria and her manager Sara went above and beyond. Definitely going to stay here when I visit again. Sara, very nicely done.
