Overall, this is a decent, good hotel with a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect—it is right in front of Old Town so you can just walk there. The parks are close too (Disney is about a 20-minute drive and Universal is around 30 minutes). The property is good for families and cleanliness was good. The room was big and decent, and having a microwave and coffee machine inside was great. We liked the breakfast, the gym was decent, and the free parking is a big plus. The pool is very good, and while the hot tub is nice, the chlorine was a bit too high. Conveniently, they also have an ATM and a shop inside where you can find Disney merchandise. However, a few things to note: Do not believe in the free shuttle. It is basically useless because the timings are very bad. Also, the check-in line was a bit long, and the service was mixed—our bathroom vent wasn't working, and even after we told them, they didn't fix it. Still, a decent stay overall.

The location of this hotel was great. It is close to all the things you want to go to get what you need like food or things at the dollar tree store. It was very convenient and close to the Disney park we went to and the drive and traffic wasn't as bad. The traffic gets bad later on in the evening. But other than that it was a pleasant location. The service was good during the breakfast time. The food was good the entire stay. It was never just your basic breakfast of just pastry and cereal. We never did check out the poolside daiquiri bar. It seems to be open more in the evening but we never had the time because we're tired already from all the walking. As far as rooms goes. We had to switch rooms because the shower head was dirty and the tub was like never cleaned with clorox or bleach. Pretty much the hotel is ok. Not perfect for everyone but always room for improvement.

During check in the front desk clerk Rosie , she was amazing nice personality, big smile , caring towards our needs and during our stay , refrigerator was not working she made sure it was all resolved. Can not say the clerk she replaced on duty she was very cold no smile like she did not want to be there . Thank God Rosie came along and checked for a room was ready versus the prior lady did not care. The room technicians changing our refrigerator were awesome very professional and friendly.

I stayed here November 2024. I found the uber ride to WDW was quick. The breakfast was decent. The hot tub was big 😍. Note to management, I'm booked to stay here again in December and was planing to cancel so that I could try somewhere new (to me) but the 24/hr hot tub has me coming back👌

Stayed here for 5 nights this week. I chose this hotel because I stayed here years ago and it was great for the money. This time around the beds were highly uncomfortable. The bed pillows were small square sized like a couch pillow basically. Overall for the price it’s a decent place but I couldn’t sleep comfortably at all the entire time I stayed. The breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausage patties, Mickey waffles, oranges, a couple different cereals, toast, yogurt & juice. Would have liked a variety of fruit and bagels, muffins, etc. Pool is a decent size and was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice. They are doing a renovation on the lobby area, hopefully they will also do the rooms. The hallways were not cleaned especially by the room elevators. It didn’t looks like they took a vacuum to the hallways or sweep the elevator area at all the entire time I was there.
