Anantara Riverside always brings us a warm welcome and excellent services. They made us feel like coming home! This time we received an awesome upgrade to a large suite with river view and balcony. The Kasara lounge, in addition to our booking, was very good and the services of Staff was overwhelming. The breakfast is perfect with many choices in foods (Western and Asian) and lies besides the shores of the Chao Praya river. Other restaurants at the hotel are worth visiting! The spa services very good treatments and the Wellness centre can serve you serveral treatment to stay young and healthy. A large pool with relaxing beds aside will make your day complete. There is a shuttle boat which brings you to the train station or to the Icon Siam Mall. We can highly recommend Anantara Riverside for a very pleasant stay!

Outstanding stay, the best accommodation of our entire trip to Thailand. From the moment we arrived, the sense of grandeur and the level of service were exceptional. The team were incredibly accommodating with our early check‑in, showed us around our room, and made us feel welcome straight away. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, with stunning river views. The in‑room mini bar, fresh fruit, and complimentary water were impressive touches. We’ve already said we want to return and stay in the exact same room again. The resort facilities were incredible. The pool and dining areas felt like pure luxury, and the Thai dancer performance at dinner on our first night was unforgettable. Breakfast was outstanding with an overwhelming variety of options and a beautiful riverside setting. The gym was fully equipped, modern, and very new. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and professional. Our departure was just as smooth and fuss‑free as our arrival. A truly exceptional experience. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Anantara is a safe choice if you want a true escape from the cold UK winter and to experience the real feel of Bangkok. The garden is beautiful, blending heritage and tranquility, and the dancers at Sala Lakhon dinner were professional, graceful, and delightful. Breakfast with the sunrise was simply unforgettable. All the staff were helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool is like heaven, just perfect. They even allowed us to use the pool after check-out, which was a huge bonus. We arrived by taxi, but after check-out, we took the ferry to Saphan Taksin, which I highly recommend if you want to truly feel the escape and experience Bangkok from a local perspective. Highly recommended!

Very good location n big brand name. Very old rustic building n well kept. But low rise mean window view is either to the wall or roof tiles view only [room 355]. Not worth the price paid. Check in time at 3pm. Reach lobby at 3.45 n have to wait 40mins for room to be ready. And another 40 mins for the luggage to be sent to the room. They sure have patient. Bad experience for the first day....

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Since the hotel is located on a large property, the different areas are well separated, so you don’t feel disturbed by other guests. In the morning at breakfast it can sometimes be a bit busy, but even then there are no long waiting lines at the buffet. Service: incredibly attentive and friendly, yet not intrusive. If you have a request, they check whether it’s possible and make sure it’s fulfilled! (And these were not any “special requests.”) Rooms: spacious, clean, and well furnished. I would be very happy to come back again!
