My Wife and I stayed from 15th to 25th September this year, and overall we had a great time! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and safe and there is a lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from local shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacy, and then a further 10 minutes away from the main part of Corralejo town. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and we want to thank all the staff, and especially Aaron, Xavier, Hannah, Kinga and Allesandro who were all incredibly friendly! Finally, special thank you to all the wonderful chefs for the lovely food!

I have never hesitated and felt so conflicted so much over writing a hotel review in my life. The hotel was… great and somewhat insufficient at the same time. Normally, I’d give it a 6–7/10, but somehow, so many things tipped the scale towards 12-13/10 that my overall impression is still nearly flawless — a 9/10. The issues: The distance is a fact. It’s super far from any good restaurants, bars, nightlife, or decent beaches. But I could have triple-checked the map before booking, so this one is on me. What’s worse, however, were the Pharaoh ants. We had them in our room and on the balcony for the entirety of our stay, which is simply unacceptable in a any decent accommodation, let alone in a 4-star hotel. I also couldn’t enjoy the breakfasts (or the one dinner I had there) at all, because literally everything that was cooked was really plain and tasteless — no seasoning, no salt, just bland food that was genuinely hard to eat. And it was the same every day for a week. The decaffeinated coffee at breakfast and in the room didn’t help either. To top it all off, I personally hate having one shared blanket/duvet instead of two individual ones, although I understand that hotels tend to use this setup. The pros: However… the atmosphere of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the initiative of the animators somehow outweighed a lot of these cons. And then there’s the pool. I have genuinely never seen such a gorgeous hotel pool before. Spending time there was a one-of-a-kind experience, and I made full use of it. Add in the pool bar, reasonable prices, and the omnipresent doves, and somehow I’m able to overlook a lot of the major issues above. So yes, there were quite a few things I would normally absolutely hate. And yet, when I think back on the stay, my overall feeling is still very positive. Somehow, the atmosphere and the pool just made the whole experience worth it.

We had a lovely stay this August. We had a comfortable and modern room with pool view. The pool area is lovely, although it could do with a bit of an upgrade in places (parasols, sun lounges). The staff is super friendly. We had half board service and were very impressed with the food served! Really good! The entertainment staff was also great, with a new cocktail recipe done by the pool every day. Lorenzo was great; engaging, friendly, and polite. The hotel also has a lovely cat who is happy to be cuddled!

We stayed at Arena Suites for a week from the 3rd - 10th March, our first impression was how spotlessly clean the reception was and how easy and quick check-in was carried out by super friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so we sat by the lovely swimming pool with a drink served by the again, very friendly Hannah. We were entertained by the wonderful Stefano demonstrating his cocktail making skills and got to have a couple of glasses while sitting there. Our room was great, by the pool with a small patio equipped with a table and chairs and everything we needed inside for a comfortable stay, again, very clean. We were half- board, there were plenty of choices for breakfast, with efficient and friendly staff clearing away constantly. Everything was buffet style which was fine for us, the evening meal was themed, Italian, Mexican, Spanish etc. We thought the food was fabulous, the chefs were always on hand to advise and explain the dishes and again were very friendly and professional. The evening entertainment was just right, great singers and hosted by Stefano or Marty, both of whom were bags of fun. Their positive energy was so infectious! The weather wasn't overly kind to us but we made the most of it, met some great people and had a great week in this lovely Hotel. Thanks to all.

Had a really lovely stay in this hotel in June 2026 - The rooms were very spacious, the shower was a bit unpredictable with the temperature, balcony spacious and lovely pool view! Location was in a nice area but about 20/30 minutes walk into the main area. The service was exceptional, staff were very friendly (We had Claudio looking after us and he was amazing, very friendly and inclusive and got everyone involved it really made our stay enjoyable!) The breakfast was decent with good options and drinks were lovely and well priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend! :) Jess and Skye x
