We’ve had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The place is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff have been lovely throughout. A special thanks to Zohair from Guest Relations, who really made our stay memorable. He took great care of us and even arranged a lovely surprise for our son’s 4th birthday, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend this hotel - we’ll definitely be back!

What can I say...... There are not enough stars for this place. Alongside that, the staff are top class!! I traveled here for the first time in the hope it would be a special trip for my fiancé's birthday...... well, special it was!! There are so many people to mention & admittedly, everyone needs a mention, from reception staff, chefs, bar staff, entertainment so much more..... Zouhair's attention to detail is 2nd to none..... He not only made the entire trip one to remember, he made my fiancé's birthday one we will never forget. He is so professional & personable. An absolute asset to the the company. Omar the bar manager was attentive & funny. Mere words cannot summerise how joyous & memorable this trip was. The cleanliness of the hotel was 5 star, the food was impeccable 👌 & we went all inclusive & each day we were spoilt for choice. Thank you to all the staff at Barcelo Marrakech. Keep up the great work & top class service!! A+++++

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Palmeraie. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. With two pools, it never felt crowded, and the wellness centre was outstanding. The large, beautifully maintained gardens truly make it feel like an oasis in the desert. Highly recommended!

Zouhair, the guest Manager was very helpful with any required assistance. The hotel is amazing, service from all colleagues was excellent. The food was great, drinks kept flowing. More than happy with our stay. Being a lady with 100 outfits for a one week stay I could of done with more wardrobe space in the room as only very two small draws, but the hotel, grounds, food, drinks, atmosphere and colleagues superseded the need for another draw or two! Super happy and my son has said he wants to move here!!

Mustapha & everyone at reception were very helpful at all times. Hotel is in a great location away from bustling Marrakesh and complimentary bus to town was a welcome addition. Only downside the food in A la carte restaurant wasn't great. Breakfasts however we're great.
