We recently stayed at Kenzi Agdal Medina, and we had such a lovely time from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for both couples and families. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The pool area was fantastic — a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. We also really enjoyed the food, with a good variety of delicious options at breakfast and dinner. A special mention to the entertainment team Loco, Speed, Sara, and Olaya were absolutely amazing! They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every day and really made our stay extra special. Their enthusiasm and friendliness didn’t go unnoticed, and they created such a great atmosphere for everyone.

I had an amazing time at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina! I came with my family and we felt so welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredible and really made the whole experience special. They constantly interacted with guests, kept the atmosphere fun, and made sure everyone felt included in the activities throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Sarah and Soufian, who were absolutely exceptional. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm truly stood out and made our time there even more memorable. The hotel itself is huge and offers a wide range of activities, so there’s always something to do. Whether you want to relax or join in with the entertainment, there’s something for everyone. It was such a fun and enjoyable stay for our whole family, and we would definitely come back!

Hotel is beautiful,grounds are well maintained and clean. Food is very repetitive and often cold. Ground staff always polite. Waiters very welcoming and attentive to your needs. There are 2 lots of entertainment teams, 1 for the British and 1 for the French. However the British entertainment team never once spoke to us (we are british) but the French team ( Edorador) was amazing and full of energy and very welcoming. Zizo was amazing. Always smiling and happy lad. Really made our stay entertaining.

We had a wonderful week in May uk half term. We were a family of four with 2 boys. It was Eid while we were here so there was an extra special day of celebrations and we are thankful to all the hotel staff for coming in and for keeping everything going so efficiently on this important day for them. Every single team in the hotel work so hard to make everyone’s stay special and we want to thank you all. The only feedback I would give is to have longer serving spoons in restaurant to prevent them falling in the dishes (for hygiene). A heads up about tourist tax when you check in would be good - had a little surprise when checking out and had to borrow some currency from the kids). Some bee catching devices around the bars (poor bar staff got stung a lot serving sweet drinks). More front of house staff at breakfast, lunch, dinner to keep up with clearing tables and making up clean new tables when you come in to eat as a lot of the time we had to hunt down cutlery, glasses and water. It’s a very big hotel with lots of guests. Animation team were an absolute joy - so much energy. Great entertainment and activities and dancing. Food was beautiful. Loved the option of 3 à la carte restaurants. Beautiful grounds and foliage. A free shuttle into town. Good choice of excursions. Friendly porters with their fun buggy’s and our cleaner was a sweetheart. Gorgeous clean air conditioned room and towels everyday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marakesh.

The animators are friendly, professional, and really know how to make guests feel welcome. • Staff: The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. Whether at reception, by the pool, or in the restaurant, everyone is smiling and ready to assist. Their hospitality makes the stay even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of throughout your visit. • Restaurant: The food at the restaurant is delicious with a great variety every day. There are plenty of choices for all tastes—fresh salads, international dishes, local Moroccan cuisine, tasty desserts, and more. The restaurant team keeps everything clean, organized, and well-stocked. Meal times are always pleasant. Overall, Kenzi Club Agdal Medina offers a great combination of comfort, good food, and top-quality entertainment. I highly recommend it for families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Marrakech.
