Just got back from an amazing stay at Kenzi Club. On arrival we were given an upgrade to a suite, so our 4 year old had her own room. The rooms were great, comfy beds and plenty space. The food was great, lots of variety, different themed nights, never had a bad meal. The pools were lovely and clean, especially loved the water slides. Pool areas were also great, plenty of areas in sun and shade. The kids club was fantastic, there was a variety of activities, the staff were great with the kids and my daughter was excited to go every day. All of the staff were very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and are looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic Stay – Manal Made It Unforgettable! Our vacation at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina was absolutely incredible, deserving a full 5 stars. The resort itself is beautiful, featuring stunning grounds, fantastic pools, and a non-stop energetic atmosphere. What truly elevated our holiday from great to extraordinary was the outstanding hospitality. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Manal, who made our experience so incredibly wonderful. Her warm smile, attentive care, and amazing level of service went above and beyond anything we expected. She anticipated our every need and made us feel like royalty throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the entertainment team was fantastic, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We are already planning our return trip, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Marrakech. Make sure to look out for Manal when you visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Kenzi Club Agdal. The activities were definitely the highlight of our holiday—there was always something fun to do. A special thank you to Fouad, the Guest Relations Manager, for being so kind and understanding and for quickly resolving the air conditioning issue in our room. We also really enjoyed playing padel and watching football on the big screen. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would happily return.

We came as a family of 8 including 3 children. I would say this hotel is 4 star, definitely not 5 star. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from the main square. The grounds are welll maintained. There are 3 different pools for various ages. The deepest pool was the warmest pool. We had issues with the dated air-conditioning system when we first arrived. Someone did come out to clean it which made a difference. Our fridge was not working even though I needed it to store milk and medicine. Nobody came to fix that. Water bottles were only provided if you asked or tipped the cleaner. In terms of the food, there was always a variety. Staff were working hard to make personalised dishes like omelette, burgers etc. However, it was rare to find a clean table. Staff would need to be called to clean tables and provide clean cutlery. This did lead to some upset stomachs. Moreover, coffee was only available in the morning. Nothing in the afternoon or evening. No ice lollies were provided in the snack bar which was always infested by flies. The non alcoholic mocktails were delicious but the flies were off putting. There is a shop on the grounds where you can buy snacks. The entertainment staff were really hard doing pool aerobics and dances in the evening. We enjoyed our visit but we probably wouldn't come back.

We had a great stay at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina and are already considering returning. The highlight of our trip was definitely the kids club and entertainment team—they were fantastic and really made the holiday special. Huge thanks to NARJISSE, SAAD, Khawla, Omnia, and the whole entertainment team including Loco, Speed, and Sara for their energy and enthusiasm. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the free shuttle bus into town is a really nice added touch. The food was good overall but it did feel a bit repetitive at times. A bit more variety would improve the experience. Service at the pool bar and in the restaurant could also be better, as it sometimes felt a little too relaxed with not much sense of urgency. That said, BADR the waiter stood out and took great care of us—he’s a great example of the level of service you’d hope to see throughout. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with just a few areas for improvement, which is why we’d rate it 4 stars rather than 5—but we would definitely return.
