Just came back from the holiday at this hotel. In general, it is a great family-friendly resort. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The swimming pools are very enjoyable! The animation team is doing a really good job keeping people engaged and entertained by the pool and during the evening entertainment. Also, the kids club is great! The food can be quite repetitive but it was mostly tasty and always hot. The only downside is that if you come a bit later for lunch/dinner it might take a while to get the table prepared.

Amazing hotel, staff are really friendly and attentive at all times. The shows in the night are amazing and really professional, all the staff ensure everyone feels involved and help with anything you need. The food is amazing and there is something for everyone, also really tasty food which is freshly made each day. Perfect location and also very clean and tidy. A special mention to Fouad an amazing manager and a credit to the team.

We had a fantastic stay at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina and will definitely be looking to return next year. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely brilliant. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to want to make sure we had a great holiday. We were really pleased with the food. There was a big enough selection and plenty of variety throughout our stay, so it never became too repetitive, which can sometimes be a problem with all-inclusive hotels. The entertainment team and the pool bar staff were excellent. A special mention has to go to Yunes, the waiter outside, who was absolutely top-notch. Faultless service, incredibly helpful and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He was a real credit to the hotel. We also really liked the Mojito Bar outside in the evenings. It was a lovely touch and a great place to sit and have a proper drink before going for dinner. We ate at Vamos and Gusto a couple of times each and really enjoyed both. The food was very good and the service was good too, particularly in the Spanish restaurant, where we thought the service was excellent. You do have to pay separately for your drinks in these restaurants, but we didn’t find that to be an issue. Obviously, if you’re drinking a lot of cocktails it could start to add up, but otherwise it was perfectly reasonable. Our room was fantastic and was cleaned every day to a really good standard. We had a couple of small issues during our stay, but both were dealt with and sorted out straight away, which is all you can really ask for. The kids’ club was very good, but the baby club deserves a special mention because it was absolutely outstanding. The two girls looking after our 18-month-old little boy were unbelievable with him. He was very nervous and upset when he first went in, and naturally we were nervous about leaving him. They took so much time to settle him and make him comfortable, and before long he absolutely loved going in. What really impressed us was that they sent us pictures and videos while he was there so we could see that he was happy and enjoying himself. It completely put our minds at ease and allowed us to relax knowing he was being so well looked after. We really couldn’t speak highly enough of them. The pools and water slides were great and there was plenty for the children to enjoy. There are a few areas of wear and tear around the hotel, but in our opinion that’s to be expected in such a large and busy family resort and it certainly didn’t affect our holiday. Overall, we thought Kenzi Club Agdal Medina offered really good value for money. Great staff, good food, excellent facilities for children and a really enjoyable atmosphere. We had a brilliant family holiday and we’ll definitely be looking to return next year.

Incredible place! Rooms were tidied every day, all the staff were lovely and welcoming especially youssef in the restaurant at dinner time. He really made every dinner feel special and had great rapport with everyone in his section! If you’re an adult dont be afraid to go on the slides makes for a great break from sunbathing. The Moroccan restaurant was incredible too, live music, great local cuisine and lovely service. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough! All in all a great week! - feed the kittens at dinner outside they are the cutest!

We just returned from a wonderful 7-day stay at this resort in Morocco and I can't recommend it enough. From start to finish, everything was absolutely top notch. The *staff* were incredible - so friendly, attentive and always smiling. The *food* was outstanding with so much choice, and the *a la carte restaurants* were a real highlight - truly restaurant quality. *Entertainment* was fantastic every night, never a dull moment. Our room and the whole resort was spotlessly *clean*, the *location* is perfect, and the *shuttle bus* service was super convenient and always on time. A special mention to the Hotel Manager *Mr. Fouad Oorijate* - what a lovely, professional gentleman. He gave us his personal WhatsApp number at check-in and told us to message him with any issue. We did a couple of times and he resolved everything straightaway. That level of personal service is rare and really appreciated. My only small complaint would be the *spa*. Unfortunately it was the worst spa experience I've ever had. The therapist was a young, unqualified girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing. It was disappointing compared to the 5-star standard everywhere else in the hotel. But honestly, apart from the spa, everything else was perfect. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Mr. Fouad and all the amazing team!
