We recently stayed at Kenzi Agdal Medina, and we had such a lovely time from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for both couples and families. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The pool area was fantastic — a great place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. We also really enjoyed the food, with a good variety of delicious options at breakfast and dinner. A special mention to the entertainment team Loco, Speed, Sara, and Olaya were absolutely amazing! They brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every day and really made our stay extra special. Their enthusiasm and friendliness didn’t go unnoticed, and they created such a great atmosphere for everyone.

I had an amazing time at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina! I came with my family and we felt so welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredible and really made the whole experience special. They constantly interacted with guests, kept the atmosphere fun, and made sure everyone felt included in the activities throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Sarah and Soufian, who were absolutely exceptional. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm truly stood out and made our time there even more memorable. The hotel itself is huge and offers a wide range of activities, so there’s always something to do. Whether you want to relax or join in with the entertainment, there’s something for everyone. It was such a fun and enjoyable stay for our whole family, and we would definitely come back!

Hotel is beautiful,grounds are well maintained and clean. Food is very repetitive and often cold. Ground staff always polite. Waiters very welcoming and attentive to your needs. There are 2 lots of entertainment teams, 1 for the British and 1 for the French. However the British entertainment team never once spoke to us (we are british) but the French team ( Edorador) was amazing and full of energy and very welcoming. Zizo was amazing. Always smiling and happy lad. Really made our stay entertaining.

We spent 7 days in Kenzi Club Agdal Medina over February half term. Travelled with family friends and two kids. Very happy with our choice. Clean and spacious rooms. Buffet restaurant had a lot of choice, especially vegetarian options - lots of pulses, eggs, veggies etc. One outside pool was heated. Pool with slides is not heated though but that was not a problem for our kids. Special words need to be said about the animation team. Adel, Abdul, Olaya, Tina, Fati (and the whole kids club team) and the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant. They were interacting with everyone like with their friends & family, dancing, teaching dance moves, joking, making us feel very welcome. They are genuinely the best animation team we ve ever seen. Their positive energy really made a difference and made our stay unforgettable. Restaurant and bar staff were also brilliant and engaging. Kenzi club staff is truly impressive. Thoroughly recommend

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean, elegant, and very relaxing, and the atmosphere of the hotel made my journey even more special. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made a big difference. Every detail was well thought out, and I felt cared for throughout my stay. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience—I will definitely remember it and hope to come back again.
