Very good service! Anas and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! And the food was clean and amazing, Thanks alot for the nice service :) Best regards Ahmad, Fatma and the Baby Layla See you again next year! :)

We stayed at Sirayane for four nights in August. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential, but unfortunately, something feels “off”. For around €200 per night, we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The positives: The rooms are nice, the setting and decor are beautiful, and the gardens are lush and spacious. We had a room on the ground floor which is ideal with children when they are taking a nap. You can just chill in front of the room. The pool is lovely, and there is plenty of space for children to play. We especially appreciated the pool waiter, who was attentive and even adjusted the umbrella for us. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. We were travelling with two young children and the hotel provided two baby cots, including mattresses and bed linen, which was a nice touch. The negatives: When we arrived, our room was full of mosquitoes, which made us think the door had perhaps been left open before our arrival. There were also several maintenance issues: the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was loose, and the air conditioning was leaking. The air conditioning was fixed after we reported it, but these are things we would not expect to encounter at this price point. The hotel also has quite a few stairs, which means carrying a stroller up and down every time. Unfortunately, the staff rarely offered to help unless we specifically asked. After two days, we started using the staff entrance simply to avoid having to carry the stroller ourselves. Most importantly, the service is what really lets the hotel down. The staff are polite, but they don’t seem particularly attentive or engaged. There is very little small talk, initiative or effort to go the extra mile. It often felt as though there was no one really “in control” of the property or actively managing the guest experience. For example, after being there for several days, the staff still didn’t seem to remember that we needed a children’s high chair at breakfast even though there were plenty standing around. We would sit down and have to ask for one, while staff would simply look at us rather than proactively helping. It’s these small things that make a big difference in a hotel experience. Even the coffee at breakfast was disappointing — the cappuccino from the machine tasted more like chocolate than coffee. Also the espressomachine at the bar was not good. All in all, Sirayane is a beautiful property with lovely rooms, gardens and a great pool, but the lack of attentive and proactive service takes away from the experience. There is clearly a lot to like about this hotel, but at around €200 per night, we expected a much more polished and welcoming experience.

A beautiful, outstanding hotel with first class service. We stayed as a family of four with a baby and a 3-year-old. The staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Every single member of staff deserves a mention but Salah and Bader took particularly great care of us and the children. The location is not central but complimentary transport to the centre is provided. You need to let the hotel know 2 hours in advance and the service is very punctual and reliable. We stayed in the room with private pool which was heated (as is one of the main pools) and brilliant for the children. We booked with TUI half board and the menu for dinner was great. It’s not a buffet at dinner so it’s a nice experience. We stuck with the Moroccan options which were very good but there are also alternatives. I noticed the manager was present and keeping a close eye on things, personally checking guests were happy. It’s a well run operation. Recommended.

We booked via love holidays for a really good deal. Nervous to what expect but honestly it’s lived up to all our expectations. Service is incredible and so kind, rooms big and clean, v comfy beds lovely showers , perfect pool so peaceful which is excay what we were after. 20 mins into town, free shuttle of £8 uber . Breakfast is fine, it’s not 5* but for the price is super impressive. Already planning on returning !

The hotel is good but defiantly not 5 start. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is terrible, there is nowhere to walk from here, there are building works all around and the area around is like a rubbish tip. They provide a free shuttle bus several times a day and a taxi ride is about 2000 MAD / £18 to the market / city centre. There is a free gym and spar treatments that can be booked without waiting too long. 1 pool is heated and one area of the second pool is heated (child’s area). Good food selection : menu. We took an organised camel trip from the hotel which was poor value for money and dangerous.
