We recently stayed at the hotel and, although we experienced a few issues at the beginning of our stay, the way the team handled them made a real difference to our overall experience. A special thank you to Achraf (Bar Manager), Kaoutar (Public Relations), and Mohammed Alami (Director of Restaurants), who were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring we were looked after during our stay. Their willingness to listen and help did not go unnoticed, and they are a real credit to the hotel. We also found many of the hotel staff to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was always nice to be greeted with a smile around the resort, which created a warm and positive atmosphere. The hotel itself was kept very clean throughout our stay, and we particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service into Marrakech, which was convenient and easy to use. While our holiday did not get off to the smoothest start, we are grateful to the staff members who went out of their way to improve our experience and make us feel valued as guests. Thank you to the team for your kindness and hospitality!

Ahmad & Zizo are the best. I saw all the comments are talking about zizo Ahmad Achraf and Zina. They are absolutely helpful and friendly. I want to mentioned as well the great food that it’s in the restaurant buffet in the evening. And the exceptional service that we had in there, just wow. The meat, and fish are super fresh, À la carte restaurant is amazing. The cocktails selection is wonderful. The snack bar as well clean and delicious food and staff.

Very lovely stay, the cocktails are super good the service super fantastic, dinrks service in the bar, snack bar pool bar and of course the restaurant in a high level. The tables are always clean your glasses always full. The staff are fantastic and always attentive, thanks to the managers, Alami, Achraf, and zina. And of course Dino and Ahmad. I want to mention as well the Food the breakfast, they have all of options which rare when you found it in all inclusive hotels. And the service as well is great as i mentioned before. So in general food, service, staff are super good. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for the good service

Zizo, Ahmad, Reda, Zakaria, are the best. Zina, and Achraf the managers are the best best. Chef moukhtar is the best chef ever. He can do anything and everything to make you satisfied. Good food, a lot of options and Excellent service in A la carte restaurant thanks to mourad and fati, WoW service in the buffet restaurant in the evening always better. Cocktails selection is wonderful. Excellent customer service. They have the best juices ever. Akram, Saad, are the best in the restaurant. The hôtel is clean and have good renergy.

This hotel from start to finish was just incredible. The moment we arrived we were greeted with a member of staff who took our suitcase off of us and gave us an all inclusive band to go and get dinner before it shut at 10pm! As soon as we arrived into the restaurant this lovely gentleman (can’t remember his name) greeted us and asked for our drink order, ever since our first day he remembered us and every evening he automatically brought our drinks over before us even saying anything. He would always check in with us which was just so lovely. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were done everyday, the water bottle was always replaced everyday. It was great little touch. The food was great, was a lot of the same food everyday but was still very tasty though. The snack bar was amazing food, tasty again. The only thing I would change about this is being able to grab some food and go back to the sunbed but instead you have to sit down like a proper meal for a snack. This is just personal preference though. The entertainment around the busier/louder pool was great, they never was pushy to go and do activities you could just go on your own accord, special shoutout to Aziz and Oussama who again would come over to us everyday and check in with us and ask how we were doing. Was great at all activities and always showed how to play the game etc. On our last day we were able to use all the all inclusive stuff all day until we left the building. We could use the spa to freshen up if we couldn’t get late check out on our room. I will 100% be going back to this hotel, I couldn’t recommend it anymore, the staff were the best part and what makes me want to go back, never felt so welcome and at home at a hotel before.
