We had an amazing stay at Be Live Collection Morocco. The hotel was beautiful, the food was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic throughout our holiday. A special thank you to Wadood, Emma, Abdul and Osama, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Their excellent service really made the difference. We also loved the entertainment team—they kept everyone involved and made every day fun. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic hotel – amazing staff, food and cocktails! We’ve been having a brilliant stay here! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really makes a difference. The food has been great, with plenty to enjoy, but honestly, the best part of this hotel has to be the drinks! 🍹🍸 The cocktails are fantastic, beautifully presented and just as good as they look! There’s a great variety, and they really make relaxing by the bar feel like a treat. As you can see from the photos, they certainly know how to make a cocktail look impressive! Overall, a brilliant atmosphere, lovely staff, great food and some of the best cocktails of the holiday. We couldn’t ask for much more. Definitely a five-star experience, and we’re thoroughly enjoying our stay! Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with great service and even better drinks! 🌴☀️🍹

Starting off with the positives, the hotel itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area was lovely, especially the quieter pool with the swim up bar. There were always plenty of sunbeds available and the cabanas around the pool were nice as well. The bedroom was lovely and felt luxurious, while the bed was very soft and comfortable, having a bath was also a massive plus! The El e carte restaurant was incredibly good with having a good selection and delicious food. The staff are extremely lovely and helpful and the free running shuttle from the hotel into the markets was a huge bonus. Unfortunately the hotel really fell short on the food though. It was incredibly average, for lack of better words, with service at the snack bar taking 40 minutes to deliver burnt paninis or chicken tenders that were so over cooked it was 90% coating. The buffet was disappointing, with the food having little flavour and it did not feel cared for. The drink selection was good, however, they were made so weak unless requesting specifically for them to be made with more than a single shot. Every day we were there housekeeping didn’t replace our towels immediately resulting with us having to wait nearly an hour one day, after going to reception and calling them again to request some. Same with toilet paper where we would get half used rolls from other rooms leaving us short. I enjoyed the hotel itself, however, in an all inclusive the food and drinks are what is most important and I felt really let down in those aspects leading me to only be able to give it a 3 stars.
