My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing service from Bar Manager Ashraf and waiter Zizou. Ashraf was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. His knowledge, hospitality, and the warm atmosphere he created made every visit to the bar a pleasure. Zizou was equally fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always serving with a genuine smile. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time, adding a personal touch that made the experience unforgettable. Both Ashraf and Zizou went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their dedication and service deserve the highest praise. I highly recommend this hotel thanks to their outstanding hospitality!

Our experience at Be Live Collection Marrakech was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. the rooms, restaurants, and all the common areas are spotless. The pools are beautiful, with one lively pool full of energy and another quiet pool ideal for relaxing in peace and enjoying the sun. The reception team was welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. A big thank you to the entire team for their great service, especially Zizzo and Ahmed at the lobby bar, who always made us feel welcome with their positive energy and professionalism. And of course, DJ Oussama, who created an amazing atmosphere every evening with his music and made the entertainment truly special.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great entertainment, delicious food, and friendly staff. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, making it a perfect place to relax. Zizo and Ahmed are such lovely people! They always make sure your favourite drink is ready before you’ve even sat down.

Our holiday was made so wonderful by so many of the staff! Especially the incredible entertainment team! A massive thank you to Oussama, Emma & Reda never a dull moment when they where around and constantly kept us entertained with activities and conversations, we especially enjoyed learning about Moroccan food & culture (making Moroccan tea, tying head scarves, learning Arabic, belly dancing classes and even a Moroccan cooking class! We also loved the aqua aerobics every day twice a day we were there! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable, we will come back and visit soon!
