Seriously the best 9 days in Marrakech, everything is nearby the hotel. Especially the service was 10/10, kindest heart welcoming workers!!! Mustapha from the swimming pool to has been really kind to us. Mustapha and Salah from the security really made us feel welcoming every time we entered the hotel. We would like to thanks all of them so much for this great stay and lovely memories. Kind regards from the two girls from the Netherlands!!!!

Had the worst experience here, should be 0 star, used to stay here regularly over the years. This was my 8th stay here never had an issue with service. This time was horrific went with my family booked 2 room’s which weren’t connecting even though we had asked for it as my children were young. No one answers the calls when you need something keep telling you 5 minutes which ends up taking an hour. Waited 40 minutes just to receive toothbrushes which was wasn’t in the room, i opened the lotion to use but even that was empty. My sink had a crack posing great safety concerns when i told the staff they said they would change it but even that didn’t happen. Had to constantly ask for towels which seem to be very limited. We ordered room service kids were extremely hungry and waited over an hour for it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would i be staying here again, if your looking for a 5* hotel then spend your money elsewhere because this hotel has drastically dropped its service. Not to forget the breakfast which was included very limited and repetitive, going at 9am is like being in a headless chicken factory no proper service constantly asking for tea, water juice basic food items. They cannot handle the pressure. Atrocious Please do your self a favour and go elsewhere or experience the above and pay the crazy hotel prices, my friends happening to stay at the same time also experienced this too.

Hmm, felt more like an impersonal package holiday resort than an upmarket 5* hotel (although we had just come from luxury boutique riad so maybe a bit of a culture clash). It's a huge place with an enormous pool blasting terrible music. Room ok but a lamp flickered intensely, AC was noisy and the toilet running (don't cleaners report stuff like that?). There's an iron/ironboard though and a coffe/tea maker in the room but no minibar. There's weirdly a fridge that you're not allowed to put anything in, snacks, water, beers etc. will be confiscated at entrance. Positives: The lobby bar and proximity to airport.

Room, shower, location and breakfast were good. We had a rude awakening at 2am when room service walked into the room unannounced. We did not get any sleep later. Spoken to duty manager next morning. She did mention she would contact us before we left. But no update on this. On day of checkout our lights were turned off and wireless access was blocked at 10am, when the checkout clearly states 12 noon. We could not be bothered to query since previous query was not followed up. There is nothing mentioned in hotel description that you cannot bring outside alcohol or food in the hotel. But when you get there that is the case. So if you want to bring your own alcohol or food don't book this hotel. Also pretty sure that you will get better service and rooms for the same price at other hotels in Marrakech. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, staff always attentive and helpful. The hotel is massive 2 big pools outdoors and 2 indoors. There is many rooms, spaces and restaurants as well, which we didn't explore. The hotel is going through some renovations but didn't hamper our stay at all and no noise at any time. There is many nice restaurants within walking distance of this hotel and bonus of having a mall and grocery store next to the hotel. We booked this hotel as it is located 8 mins drive from the hotel on our last day. They even allowed us to extend our checkout free of charge which is a really nice touch to finish off our trip to Morocco.
