I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Soukayna, the Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her warm attitude really made a difference. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

An unforgettable stay! We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the birthday decorations and cake were such a thoughtful touch. Just got back it’s in a great location which is so great however couple of things: the room is spacious but it’s not a 5 star hotel we always had to keep asking for towels we stayed as a family of 3 and they would give us only 2 towels. The breakfast is ok but not 5 star. The staff are generally welcoming and friendly. The staff really make the hotel better. The lunch and dinner menu is the same however the food is lovely specially lamb tangine. The pool could have been better like more activities for kids or a slide etc. overall it wasn’t too bad but it’s not a 5 star hotel.

I stayed here several times in the past and had good experiences. However upon recently returning, the experience was not good at all. There appears to be a change in management. Finding parking for our car was a mess. Check in was quick however the overall vibe in the hotel is tired. The room we got was clean but did not have working air conditioning which made the day time miserable. The housekeeper barged into the room at 8:30 AM without knocking. This happened again 2 hours later with another housekeeper. Breakfast was ok at best. The staff appeared overwhelmed and not coordinated at all. The pool is nice and the location is also very good. All the staff were polite but just overall it was a poor experience. I wouldn’t say this is anywhere near a 5 star hotel anymore.
