What a great week we have had at this hotel. From the moment we walked through the door. Even though we were too early for check in Shariff the concierge made us feel welcome. Our room was in a nice quiet part of the garden not far from the pool. The food was amazing all week, a great selection. Large pool area with plenty of seats and a nice bar. The entertainment man Pitcho is great, he has so much energy and just seems to make everyone happy whether you want to do aqua aerobics or not. My other shout out would be to the bar staff in the lobby, they looked after us very well. So if you want a hotel that has nightly entertainment with a good singer , with a great little shuttle bus to the main square I really do think it's a great hotel. We would certainly return.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kenzi Menara Palace and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the level of service was exceptional. A very special thank you to Mohammed, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. He was always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. His genuine care and attention to detail made us feel so valued and looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. We made so many lovely memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you to everyone at Kenzi Menara Palace for making our stay so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech!

Me and my husband chose to visit here for our honeymoon and we have had a fantastic time. We have been welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always ready to greet you with a smile. The atmosphere has been perfect for our relaxing time here. The reception staff have been very helpful and accommodating, the concierge have helped with suggesting places to visit during our stay, the housekeeping staff have been fantastic, and the bar staff have been brilliant as well. We couldn't have picked a better place for our honeymoon and we hope to visit again one day. Thank you everyone for making our stay an amazing and memorable one. Rachel & Chris

We stayed in this hotel for over a week and we had such an amazing experience. All the staff were amazing, great ambience and service all the time. Shout to Pitcho and Ilyass, part of the animation, had great aqua gym classes and disco music after dinner too! Also Taufik that was in reception and made sure everything was up to standard, and Shariff, that organized two tours for us, where we had great fun. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking to come to Marrakech 🥳
