Beautiful hotel and very clean. Our room is very spacious and clean also. The hotel is located in a nice area of Marrakech with bars and shops nearby. There is a lovely ambience to the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly. The bar men Zakaria and Nordine are very polite, professional and efficient. The events manager Ilyass is always happy to help and make sure you are enjoying your stay and also his team Asmae and Abdel.

If you’re staying here, do yourself a favour and spend some time at the bar, because Ali is genuinely exceptional. From the first evening he remembered our preferences, welcomed us like returning friends, and somehow balanced warm conversation with total professionalism. His cocktails were consistently spot-on, his recommendations were perfect (both drinks and local tips), and the service never felt rushed even when the bar was busy. What really stood out was the care: thoughtful little touches, calm efficiency, and a brilliant sense of timing that made the whole experience feel effortless. Ali is the kind of person who turns a nice hotel into a memorable one. Management should be proud, and if you’re reading this – thank you, Ali.

Incredible service, staff are so helpful and can’t do enough for you. Room is lovely and spacious and the hotel is extremely clean. The all inclusive food has also been extremely good and varied each day/evening. Big shout out to Douraa at the swimming bar and Salma and Khalid at the towel hut. Thank you and we will be back.
