The atmosphere was fantastic and full of positive energy. Soussou from the entertainment team is so friendly and kind, we had so much fun together, we even danced and laughed all night! She really knows how to make guests feel happy and comfortable. The music was amazing, they played every song we asked for and created such a great vibe. The entertainment team is so talented and full of energy. A big thank you also to the barmen, they were professional, friendly, and made delicious drinks.

A special thank you to Soussou, who was incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling. We asked her about the baseball match, and she kindly arranged everything for us without hesitation. She always made sure we were having fun and enjoying every moment. Her positive energy and attention to detail truly made our experience even more special. Everything was amazing, especially the barbecue, it was absolutely delicious, with so many tasty options and great flavors. It was one of the highlights of our trip! We can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel was truly wonderful overall, we were very pleased. The only minor drawback was that the hammam was a bit expensive, but otherwise everything was perfect. The entertainment activities were really enjoyable, and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly and warm. Zerrin, Abdellah, Faissal, Salma, Said, Nouad, Lahfidi Marouane, Jaman, and Abdelhag were wonderful people who made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a family environment. They are such lovely people. Thanks to them, we made new friends. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ✨

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Our room is very spacious and clean also. The hotel is located in a nice area of Marrakech with bars and shops nearby. There is a lovely ambience to the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly. The bar men Zakaria and Nordine are very polite, professional and efficient. The events manager Ilyass is always happy to help and make sure you are enjoying your stay and also his team Asmae and Abdel.

A perfect place to stay with lots of options for dining and enjoying yourself. Beautiful gardens and well maintained area. The hospitality level is very high and a special shout out to Taib in the Italian restaurant and also his colleague in the Marrocain restaurant (don’t no the name) for special evenings where I was well taken care of.
