Staff were great with requests fulfilled promptly and politely. Had entertainment for the kids every evening which was great!! Uber works great- so getting around isn’t an issue. We even hired a driver through their concierge for the day to see some sites. I wouldn’t classify this as a 5 star resort- nor an all inclusive. More so a 3/4 star.. -Buffet was poor with the same food for 5 days straight. We ended up at Nobu as we really had enough of the buffet on day 3! - having to pay extra for things like snacks and ice cream etc which we have never had to before in other all inclusive resorts. - Room was dirty with dead moths around bed even after house keeping- they were still there meaning not a very thorough clean of room being done. - a very isolated location with not much around the resort. Aqua park was great for the kids- but the water was not clean! There was so many dead insects in the pool. My kids didn’t want to use it so we ended up back at hotel pool which was lovely! All in all- a very budget hotel feel.

Here’s a final, lightly refined version with only subtle flow and wording improvements—nothing major changed: We stayed for a week as a family of five, and our kids had a wonderful time over Christmas. The kids’ club was fantastic and gave parents the chance to enjoy some time to themselves. A big thank you to Mamadou and Abby, who were amazing with the children. The buffet was very diverse, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the bar also offered a great selection of drinks. Special thanks to Asmae, Amine, and Ismael for taking such good care of us, especially for always seating us at a lovely table during breakfast. The housekeeping team did a great job resetting the room every day—it always looked lovely. The warm indoor pool was a great bonus as well. The location is not in the city centre, but the hotel offers a driver service for 150 dirhams, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for a family staycation. Overall, it was a great family stay and a memorable Christmas holiday.

We've had a lovely experience at the hitel and the amenities have been good. Staff are absolutely lovely and the staff providing the entertainment for the kids and night time entertainment are absolutely amazibg with guests especially with the kids. My only criticism would be that the bars shoyld have snack inclusive of the all inclusive package and not just drinks

My stay at the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa, part of Delta Hotels by Marriott in Marrakech, was genuinely enjoyable and exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive experience. From the moment you arrive, the hotel offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful grounds and a well-maintained setting that immediately sets the tone for a comfortable stay. The all-inclusive concept is executed particularly well here, especially when it comes to the food. There is a wide variety of dining options available, and the quality is consistently impressive. Whether you’re enjoying local Moroccan dishes or international cuisine, the selection feels generous and thoughtfully prepared. One of the standout features is the swimming pool area. The pools are spacious, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and family fun. The aquapark adds an extra layer of excitement, making it a great choice for guests of all ages. It never feels overcrowded, which makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The gym facilities are also worth mentioning — well-equipped and maintained, allowing you to keep up with your fitness routine even while on holiday. Overall, Eden Andalou offers excellent value for an all-inclusive resort. With its combination of great food, quality amenities, and a pleasant environment, it’s a strong choice for anyone visiting Marrakech looking for both relaxation and entertainment in one place.

Thank you for your response. However, due to character limitations on TripAdvisor, it is not possible to provide a full and detailed account of our experience here. For transparency, we will also be sharing a more comprehensive review on Google. We will also carefully consider our reply here to ensure that our experience is clearly presented and cannot be misinterpreted. Our intention is not to create conflict, but to ensure that our feedback reflects what genuinely occurred This was not a “large celebration.” We briefly placed two bouquets of flowers and a small cake with a candle on a table to surprise our friend. There was no event setup, no decorations, and no disruption. We had also informed the hotel in advance by email that we would be celebrating a birthday during our stay. We did not request any service, did not ask staff to open any bottles, and did not require any assistance. Therefore, referring to the 300 MAD charge as a “corkage and service fee” is misleading, as no service was provided. It is also important to clarify that we did not purchase prosecco from the hotel bar, where it is sold for approximately 500 MAD. The same bottle is available in local stores for around 78 MAD. For this reason, we purchased our own items. Additionally, after posting our review, the attitude toward us noticeably changed. We were also asked to delete our negative review, which made us feel uncomfortable and further reinforced our concerns. Our intention was never to create a disturbance. We simply expected respectful communication and hospitality consistent with the Marriott brand standards. Unfortunately, this experience significantly affected our overall impression of the stay.
