We’ve just come back from a brilliant stay at Eden Andalou and had such a great family holiday. We stayed in Room 216 and it was ideal for us. Really spacious, clean and comfortable – plenty of room for the five of us without feeling on top of each other. It made a big difference having that extra space with kids. A special thank you to Ms. Abdel in reservations who was so helpful before we even arrived. She was patient, responsive and made everything very straightforward for us, especially with transfers and a few questions I had beforehand. That level of service really stood out. The facilities are excellent. The water park was a huge hit with the kids and we spent loads of time there. There’s also a proper kids’ park/play area which was great for our youngest. Another big plus was the soccer pitch – it’s an astro-turf style pitch that you can just go down and play on, which was perfect for kids. We were also really happy with the quality of the food. Good variety, fresh, and something for everyone each day. Even our kids were happy with the options, which is always the real test. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we’re already talking about coming back next year. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a memorable trip for our family.

The kids’ club was fantastic and gave parents the chance to enjoy some time to themselves. A big thank you to Mamadou and Abby, who were amazing with the children. The buffet was very diverse, with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the bar also offered a great selection of drinks. Special thanks to Asmae, Amine, and Ismael for taking such good care of us, especially for always seating us at a lovely table during breakfast. The housekeeping team did a great job resetting the room every day—it always looked lovely. The warm indoor pool was a great bonus as well. The location is not in the city centre, but the hotel offers a driver service for 150 dirhams, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for a family staycation. Overall, it was a great family stay and a memorable Christmas holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden Andalou. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always being friendly, professional, and very attentive to our needs. The level of attention given to guests really makes a difference and helps you feel comfortable and welcome throughout your stay. Transportation was also very convenient and well organized, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The food was another highlight varied, fresh, and delicious, with good quality and plenty of options to enjoy. Overall, Hotel Eden Andalou offers great service, good food, and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay there again.

Had a great stay at Eden Andalou Hotel! The place is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. Big shoutout to the amazing entertainment team especially Chaimae and Marie, who made the experience even more fun and memorable. The bar staff were friendly and professional, the plagiste was great, and the aquapark was fantastic for all ages. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

A group of 9 of us visited the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa in Marrakech for a four-day, three-night break, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. They gave us two large rooms next to each other- that was nice. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The food was very nice and had ample selections. Above all, what made this holiday enduring and enjoyable was the hospitality and caring staff. From the reception staff to the waiters and chambermaids, they are all overly friendly and accommodating.
