Our stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Marrakech Eden Andalou was absolutely amazing and truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Honestly, there was nothing more we could ask for — everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The facilities, food, and overall experience were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of perfectly, making our stay relaxing and memorable. A special thank you to Layla and her team for giving us the best customer service we could have asked for. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made such a huge difference and made us feel truly valued as guests. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. You can really feel that they care about providing guests with the best possible experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

3rd time in four years! Things have changed since becoming Delta Marriott! Firstly, location is about 25 mins from Marrakesh centre, free shuttle from and to hotel great. Taxi expensive but Urber definitely worth out of hours. Hotel itself is clean, great food choices and all staff are amazing. Unlimited local alcohol. Would definitely recommend as a brilliant place to stay. Down side.... things have changed since becoming a joint group. Used to be top up shampoo and shower gel daily. We were 3 adults, only 2 chairs outside, no matter how many times we asked at front desk and room service, no top ups of teabags or milk. Had to ask for towels, water, cups. The attention to detail has definitely slipped and would not call a 5* anymore. Every staff member are amazing and that is what makes this hotel stand out. Big shout out to Lelia, customer relations, who was really friendly, approachable and connected with so many guests. Yassine, A. Youssif and youness were amazing bartenders who entertained, became very good friends who will make you feel very special. This hotel although a journey from main center on Marrakesh has everything to make this hotel the best. My opinion would be much better room service and nighttime entertainment more for adults and not children.

Currently staying here as a family of 4 and have so far found the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is plentiful as you expect from an all inc option, the Asian restaurant is definitely one to try! Shout out the the entertainment team who are very welcoming. They have various activities throughout the day and the aqua gym is super fun! Would be nice to have the evening entertainment upstairs and outside though and more music by the main pool. Waterpark is fun and as it's quiet season no queues for rides even though there's plenty of people here. As everywhere sunbed savers are out early daily

We had a wonderful time at Eden Andalou and have just returned from a 10 day holiday. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, the food was excellent and prepared to a very high standard with great selection on offer. There is a free shuttle bus to bring you to and from Marrakesh that we used on several occasions. The onsite waterpark is a brilliant feature, this alongside the two in-house pools, football and padel courts, pingpong, archery and kids club activities kept the children entertained thoughout the stay. Honestly couldnt fault the Hotel other than its location which is a bit remote... Would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Marrakesh

This my/ our second time in Morocco, and so far it has not disappointed. The hotel is clean, food is decent and the drinks flow freely. The staff in general are polite, friendly and professional. The rooms are of a good standard. The pool is good and has it's own bar from which the staff have been above and beyond. The water park is also very good. Great selection of slides (fast and slow) lazy river. When you add to this the tireless efforts of the entertainment team providing multiple activities and general fun to each day round the pool and throughout the hotel, this is a holiday that the family and I have really enjoyed.
