Our 3 generation girls trip celebration for my daughter’s HS graduation and my birthday was made even more special because of the personal connections we made with the team members at Beaches Negril. From the moment we stepped off the taxi, we were met with exceptional hospitality from Tyree, our concierge to our housekeeping Bridget. We got reservations at all the restaurants at times we requested and our fridge was always stocked. Our snorkeling captain- Creton aka Bubba aka “our Charlie” showed us a sea experience we’ve never had before by bringing safe to handle animals up for us to get a closer look at. Micah from water sports made sure we felt like family. He got us to every water sport we wanted, brought dry towels, checked in on us multiple times from the day we met until we checked out and even brought us a cool souvenir. Shout out to Marc Anthony and Patrick from water sports as well. Shamoyas golden voice and all of the entertainment staff were so talented. ShashaLee and Alexia were particularly fun to watch and interact with. It was a busy night in Mariachi and Edgar came to our table to be sure we were taken care of while we waited. We laughed, hugged and swapped great stories with all the staff like we’ve known each other forever. The Jamaican people made this trip even more special and memorable for our family.

Our stay in Jamaica was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcomed and at home. The hospitality, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded every expectation we had. A very special thank you to our butlers, Anthony and Tawani, who truly went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable. Every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness. Anthony would personally pick us up and escort us to dinner, place our napkins on our laps when we sat down, fill our waters, and even take our drink orders before the waiter made it to the table. He always made sure my 4-year-old daughter had a special drink of her choice, and she absolutely adored him. Seeing how kind and attentive he was with her made the experience even more special for our family. We also can’t forget the emotional goodbye from the staff before leaving the resort. They came out and sang to us, and it had all of us in tears not wanting to leave such a beautiful, magical place. The love and warmth we felt from everyone there is something we will never forget. This trip gave our family memories we will cherish forever, and I highly recommend this resort to all families looking for an unforgettable vacation experience. We already cannot wait to come back!

Best Family Vacation to Date – 10/10 Across the Board! Our family of four (kids 9 and 11) just returned from a week at Beaches Negril, and it was hands down our best family vacation to date. We last stayed here when our kids were toddlers and have visited several other islands and resorts since — but this trip reminded us why Beaches Negril is truly unmatched for families. There is simply no better all-inclusive for all ages. ARRIVAL: Seamless. We booked a private transfer and were greeted with cool cloths, drinks, and smiling faces — the perfect welcome. ROOM: We stayed in the Tropical Oversized Concierge Family Suite, and it was exactly as pictured — clean, fully stocked, and ideal for our family. Even a small ocean view from the balcony! BEACH & OCEAN: Absolutely pristine. Staff constantly maintained the beach, the water was shallow and perfect for kids, and we were never bothered by vendors. Plenty of chairs and excellent beach service throughout the day. POOLS & WATER PARK: A huge highlight. The slides and lazy river were in great condition and never felt overcrowded. Clean pools, perfect temperature, and a fun atmosphere. FOOD: The best we’ve experienced at any all-inclusive. The Jerk Shack was our favorite for lunch, and Soy was exceptional (the sushi was outstanding). Every restaurant delivered, and the staff happily accommodated our kids’ food preferences wherever we dined. YoYo’s frozen yogurt was a daily must! ENTERTAINMENT: The best resort entertainment we’ve seen. Professional, engaging, and something for everyone. The Sesame Street parade was interactive and so much fun. DEPARTURE – ABOVE AND BEYOND: Our departure was smooth, but what truly stood out was a staff member named Nickesha. She noticed how tired our son was after we checked out at 11:00 a.m., with our shuttle not leaving until 2:00 p.m. She went out of her way to find us an empty room so he could rest before we left. She even came to the bus to personally wish us safe travels home. An absolute gem. We were initially slightly worried after seeing news of the hurricane, but the resort looked immaculate — you would never know a storm had passed through. All in all, a perfect 10/10 week. We’re already planning our return — and this time, we won’t look anywhere else.

So much of the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, creating a level of service that truly stood out. It’s obvious the resort has invested heavily in building a strong service culture, and that effort shows in nearly every interaction. The beach was perfect, and while the resort itself is a little dated, it has a relaxed charm that adds to the overall atmosphere. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the food. Considering the otherwise high standard of the resort, the dining experience fell well below expectations and did not reflect the premium pricing. It was the one area that consistently disappointed. That said, the staff and overall service truly made up for it. This is easily one of the best resorts to bring your little ones to, and we created some amazing family memories here. If the resort improves the food quality and restaurant experience, it would be close to perfect.

Beaches Negril is amazing! Nestled on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world the resort is a great place for families and couples to enjoy. Sandals is better for Couples who do not want to be around children. Food was great, Rooms were great, staff were great. Some of the staff that made our stay memorable… Lesmore- The Mill and more (5 stars) Donovan- Concierge (5 stars) Montoya- Concierge (5 stars) Garfield - The Mill (5 stars) Charlene- Front Desk (5 stars) Shauntel - Front Desk (5 stars) Savannah building Ocena View was a great room. YAKU & SOY & The Mill were our favorites. The only recommendation we would make is for sandals/beaches to put smart TVs in the rooms. It’s time Other than that, it’s an amazing place
