Beaches Negril is amazing! Nestled on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world the resort is a great place for families and couples to enjoy. Sandals is better for Couples who do not want to be around children. Food was great, Rooms were great, staff were great. Some of the staff that made our stay memorable… Lesmore- The Mill and more (5 stars) Donovan- Concierge (5 stars) Montoya- Concierge (5 stars) Garfield - The Mill (5 stars) Charlene- Front Desk (5 stars) Shauntel - Front Desk (5 stars) Savannah building Ocena View was a great room. YAKU & SOY & The Mill were our favorites. The only recommendation we would make is for sandals/beaches to put smart TVs in the rooms. It’s time Other than that, it’s an amazing place

The rooms were good but did seem a little old. The property layout was great. We thought it was laid out well and wasn’t a long walk to get anywhere. The beach was amazing! I did think there should be more regular staff walking around to offer drinks. There was only one person the whole time I was there. Also, it seemed like a lot of things were out of stock. We went to Stella’s and the limoncello drink listed was out of stock, there were no Tamago on 2 days we went to Soy, and some other things that they did not have available when we tried to order. The shuttle included with the hotel was fine. We did not have to wait long at all — maybe 15 min. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Our stay at Beaches Negril in Jamaica was nothing short of amazing! From the beautiful resort and delicious food to the endless activities and incredible staff, it truly was a dream vacation for our family. The two people who stood out the most were Tanisha and Tazalee, who worked at the food trucks and buffet. They always made sure we were well taken care of, greeted us with genuine smiles, and went above and beyond to make every meal special. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made such a difference and truly elevated our entire trip. The entire staff was exceptional. They interacted with our kids every day, played soccer with them on the beach, and made them feel so welcomed and included. It wasn’t just great customer service—it felt like they genuinely cared about making unforgettable memories for our family. Thank you to everyone at Beaches for an incredible experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We just left Beaches Negril and it was a perfect family vacation. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Every member of the Beaches Team went above and beyond to make our trip more comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the resort management staff looking to improve their facilities and our experience with asking for constant feedback throughout our stay. The following team members deserve a special shout out. Toya made sure our group of 14 got our dinner reservations. Hopal gave a fantastic deep tissue massage at Red Line Spa. Camisha makes the best drinks at the beach bar. Highly recommend trying her classic drink called the Nightingale. Morrice brought the humor and great night time conversation at the lobby bar. We got to go snorkeling and the crew was the best! Very supportive of beginners. The entertainment crew, Showtime were fantastic every night. They work so hard practicing on their days off to give the customers a great show everyday and night. Delli’s talent is easily seen through his choreography. Jose brings the excitement! Kids love him! Davian is the MC and has the Happy Feet. John Cena’s fire skills are thrilling. Sasha Lee has a beautiful voice. She was my girl and always made sure the kids (and adults) were happy. The food was delicious. We have high standards and it did not disappoint. The fish in a foil at the jerk shack was a personal favorite. The kids were obsessed with the chicken finger food truck. Jerk fries all the way!! The photographers were always around to capture beautiful family photo shoots on the beach with gorgeous sunsets or getting candid shots of the endless water sports. My final rave is about the safety of the resort. The resort is small but in a good way. You can walk anywhere within 5 minutes. We felt extremely safe and secure within the resort and on the beach. I never once was worried when my kids were bouncing around from the water slides, to the ocean, to the gaming room and back again. Thank you to the whole staff for making the trip so spectacular. We feel so blessed to have had this week. We will be back soon!

A very special thank you to TAZALEE, who became such a wonderful friend to our daughter, Sophia. She made her stay even more special. We’d also like to thank the amazing salad/bowl crew (salad bar on the beach) for yummy lunch for our picky family. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back!
