Large, comfortable room. Well trained staff. 24 hour room service. Huge smart TV in room. Quiet location but not far from Sukhumvit. Good value for money.

You will not find better cooperation and support than at this hotel. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Took, the Front Desk Manager, for her outstanding assistance and excellent attitude. We faced an issue with the booking company, which showed no cooperation, yet she handled it with professionalism and care, arranging the necessary steps and resolving the problem perfectly. She set a commendable example that reflects the high level of service and attention to guests.

I stayed there for almost two weeks The food in the cafe is not very good honestly and little expensive. I had the greatest experience with a staff named Took she was outstanding and amazing assisted me with everything I will never forget how great she was kind respectful customer service I swear she won’t disappoint you, whoever there was a staff man named Den I think he was very rude and disrespectful we had little disagreement and he was raising his voice at me and trying to grab attention I was shocked who a person like him be this rude especially to emirate women Overall my experience was great with the girl Took.

The stay was very relaxing and comfortable, they have the softest blankets feels like you’re sleeping in the clouds 🤣 I want to know where they get it from , apart from that they have amazing customer service and a guy called “A” in the restaurant was the kindest and best part of the whole hotel he is so welcoming and caring most of all his customer service is a 10 , the area is a little towards the end of the road so thankfully away from all the noise of the sukhimvit main road

The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent—near BTS Nana, which makes traveling around the city very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really like this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
