🛑 Avoid This Place! Definitely NOT a 4-Star Hotel – Absolute Nightmare This was hands down the worst holiday I have ever experienced. This hotel is masquerading as a 4-star establishment, but it is in a state of complete neglect and disrepair. Save your money and stay far away. The Room & Bathroom: The room itself was in a shocking, damaged condition. The shower leaked constantly, leaving the entire bathroom floor dangerously wet. To make matters worse, the in-room phone did not work at all. If there had been a serious emergency, I had no way to contact reception or call for help. Disgusting Housekeeping & Aggressive Staff: The cleanliness is non-existent. Our bedsheets were visibly dirty and unchanged. I eventually stripped the bed myself and left the dirty linens on the floor to force a change. Instead, the housekeeper picked them up and put the same dirty sheets back on the bed. When confronted, the housekeeper became incredibly rude, aggressive, and started shouting in Spanish at us just for asking for clean sheets. Dangerous Amenities: You can rent an iron, but they do not provide ironing boards. When I asked about this, the reception staff literally laughed in my face and told me to just iron on a towel. The iron they gave me was broken and highly dangerous. Water leaked everywhere, causing the electricity in the entire room to blow out while I was using it. A massive safety hazard. The Food: Inedible and terrible. The exact same buffet options were served every single day. It was blatantly obvious that they were just taking leftovers from the previous day and mixing them with rice to stretch them out. Verdict: Management should be ashamed to call this a 4-star hotel. It is dirty, dangerous, and the customer service is appalling. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The hotel was very clean. During our stay I witnessed the staff go beyond to help people. The staff carried meals and drinks to the table for two elderly people. They were extremely friendly. The cleaners were polite and quick with their cleaning. Central to all the shops. I give a four star not five because of the amount of chipped plates at meal time. Great holiday. Recommend sun lounger on balcony.

Just got back from a short trip. The rooms are lovely and spacious as well as clean and tidy. The food was great and they catered for everyone. Staff were friendly. We paid for additional time in the room on our departure day, they gave us towels so we were able to to wash and change. The only down side was that once they gave us the towels, they didn't tell us that we had to return them to reception which created stress when our collection was imminent, so a friend had to run back up to the room to get them and almost missed the transfer. The gentleman on reception was quite rude. This hasn't put us off and we would return. The location is perfect and fairly close to the beach. You give them a euro for a cup and you go and refill (they do give you a clean cup each time)

We were not very satisfied with our stay. The restaurant staff felt unprofessional, and guests without all-inclusive were clearly treated differently. At times, the service felt overly watchful, which made us a bit uncomfortable. To clarify, this applies only to breakfast and dinner (half board). No drinks are included—one beverage at breakfast and plain water at dinner. Any other beverage at dinner (e.g. tea, even for health reasons) costs €5 per person per day (marketed as “half board+”). The issue for us was not the policy itself, but the lack of transparency, as this was not clearly stated on Booking.com or the official website. As a result, we did not fully feel that we received what we expected, since both breakfast and dinner were somewhat limited in this regard. On the positive side, the reception staff were kind and helpful. The room had a kettle, which was a nice advantage, although overall the room was rather average. The food quality varied—some days it was very good, other days less so—but you will always find something to eat if you are not too demanding. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but next time we would probably choose a different accommodation.

Beautiful looking hotel with nice big rooms,in a central location,however I think thats where it ends. The cleaners need retraining on standards. The bathroom was never cleaned correctly, the shower screen and tiles often had shampoo residue around it. It also flooded everytime you used it, this is due to the shower plug not being taken out to be cleaned (standard cleaning process). There was no toilet roll left 3 mornings running even though I specifically asked, i ended up getting it myself of the trolly. The mirror in front room had water marks up them so obviously weren't cleaned. The toilet had to be flushed twice to get it to actually flush. The patio door didn't have a proper lock on it even though we were low level. The food well!!! Not much choice for children, my daughter lived on chips and sweetcorn for 2 weeks!!! Not much choice for vegetarians and everything was cold,even when brought straight out. The bar although local spirits as per had limited drinks available. Only a few cocktails on the all inclusive menu, 1 lager and no cider, we had to go out every night even though we paid for all inclusive. The staff though were so friendly and accomadating. I loved the location and the staff but there is a lot to improve on.
