Went to try their Valentine’s lunchtime set and really enjoyed the experience. The savory dishes were excellent — well balanced, refined, and definitely the highlight for me. The tea selection was beautiful, very aromatic and calming, you can really tell they put thought into it. Desserts came in very generous portions (almost too generous 😄) — not complaining, just be prepared! The scones were really good, warm and comforting. I just wished there was a bit more cream and black tea jam to go with them (would’ve made it perfect). Also, the staff were lovely, and special mention to Vam, who took great care of us — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I visited Capella Bangkok today with my friends rather spontaneously. We were simply looking for a place to enjoy some drinks, as many places were closed, and we found that the hotel was open — especially the beautiful Stella bar. To be honest, we were dressed very casually and not particularly well-prepared for a luxury hotel setting, so I felt a little self-conscious at first. However, what truly impressed me was how warmly and genuinely every staff member welcomed us. There was absolutely no sense of judgment — only kindness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality. A special thank you to May, Moo, and Nook for taking such wonderful care of us. Your warmth, attentiveness, and friendly service made our evening even more memorable. The atmosphere at Stella was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was exceptional — truly reflecting the standard of a world-class hotel. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely valued as guests. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I was sincerely impressed and will definitely return again.

Stayed here for my birthday with my wife in October last year. I wanted a special memorable birthday and that’s exactly what I got. The staff are incredible, friendly and engaging from the moment you walk in, attentive to your every need. I did mention it was my birthday when I booked and there was a small cake and balloons waiting in the room for me as a surprise, such a nice touch! The bed in room is the type i would gladly rope myself too and refuse to leave! It’s like sleeping on a cloud that only rains marshmallows. The small balcony has panoramic views of the river and is a great place to relax and have a glass of their Capella label champagne (yes, you heard me, their own label! It’s very good too.) We chilled and ate by the pool, was great! We enjoyed the happy hour cocktail gathering. Even greater! We had dinner at the Stella, the jazz bar, where the singer suddenly sang happy birthday to me and they brought me another cake! Great, great, great! The next day I took the free yoga class at 7am which was very professional and helped an old non supple guy like me. Then my wife joined me and we had breakfast (with more Capella champagne!) by the river. Service was great and my wife said the beef rib soup was the best she ever had. Then we returned to the room and enjoyed the deep bath service (simply call and they come and prepare it for you to the perfect temperature with mountainous bubbles.) Then, comes the difficult part, checking out! You know it’s good when it’s so hard to leave. Huge thanks to Jonathan and the rest of the Capella team for making my birthday extra special. I can’t wait to come back 🙏🏽

We had a wonderful stay at Capella Bangkok. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The rooms are beautiful, with breathtaking views that truly elevate the entire experience. Waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alex, the training manager, who was exceptional. He is clearly on top of every detail — professional, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. His presence made a lasting impression. The food was outstanding — truly amazing and one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Capella Bangkok is everything we have expected of a hotel of this calibre. The staff were exceptionally warm, polite and professional from the moment we arrived. Even though we were only there for a short stay as part of our honeymoon, the care and attention shown to us were truly exceptional. From the moment we entered our room, it was clear how much thought had gone into every detail, from the beautiful presentation to the thoughtful personalised touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location felt wonderfully quiet and private, creating a calm and intimate atmosphere that was perfect for our honeymoon. The food was incredible and an evening at Stella Bar was one of the highlight of our stay, the live singer created a beautiful ambience and the drinks were exceptional. We had a delightful and unforgettable experience and would absolutely return in the future. Thank you Capella Bangkok, for making our stay so special.
