This trip was truly all about coming here, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the hotel’s timeless yet elegant design to its beautifully maintained facilities, every detail was impressive. Above all, the seamless service provided by every member of the staff was simply exceptional. A special thank you to Pack, the Culture Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. He took the time to learn about our preferences and surprised us with thoughtful gestures we never expected. Those moments meant so much to us. We also really enjoyed our casual conversations with him—they were warm, genuine, and added a personal touch to our stay. Wherever we went in the resort, we were greeted with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. Throughout our stay, we truly felt cared for. Every request we made was responded to within just a few minutes, and it was these small but meaningful details that elevated the entire experience. Although our stay was short, the wonderful memories we made here will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you to all of the incredible staff for making our visit so special. We can’t wait to come back.

This place is wonderful for a weekend break even when you work in Bangkok like me. We had a room upgrade and late check out, allowing us to spend time relaxing and using full services and facilities. The staff were very professional in all aspects. The bar was lively and fun. The water therapy was interesting and special. I definitely look forward to coming back again. The duck curry in particular is an absolute must try. What made the evening even more memorable was the incredible service. The entire team was exceptionally attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to guide us through the dishes and giving us a wonderful introduction to authentic Thai cuisine. A very special thank you to Big & Tam, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made the evening unforgettable. Exceptional food, wonderful people, and an experience we would highly recommend.
