Went to try their Valentine’s lunchtime set and really enjoyed the experience. The savory dishes were excellent — well balanced, refined, and definitely the highlight for me. The tea selection was beautiful, very aromatic and calming, you can really tell they put thought into it. Desserts came in very generous portions (almost too generous 😄) — not complaining, just be prepared! The scones were really good, warm and comforting. I just wished there was a bit more cream and black tea jam to go with them (would’ve made it perfect). Also, the staff were lovely, and special mention to Vam, who took great care of us — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Capella Bangkok. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. The rooms are beautiful, with breathtaking views that truly elevate the entire experience. Waking up to that view was one of the highlights of our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Alex, the training manager, who was exceptional. He is clearly on top of every detail — professional, friendly, and incredibly hospitable. His presence made a lasting impression. The food was outstanding — truly amazing and one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

I would like to commend the pool staff, Khun Golf and Khun Than for their outstanding service. They are always warm, polite, and welcoming, with genuine smiles that make every visit enjoyable. Our recent stay at Capella Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, we can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with genuine care and attention. The service was impeccable throughout - warm, intuitive, and consistently going above and beyond without ever feeling overbearing. What stood out most was how wonderfully the team treated our children. They were made to feel just as valued and special as the adults, which made the entire experience even more memorable for our family. A particularly special touch was the Capella Culturist service, which felt like having a personal butler on hand at all times. Being able to contact them via WhatsApp for anything we needed - recommendations, arrangements, or small requests - was seamless and incredibly thoughtful, and truly set the hotel apart. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels flawless, but here we genuinely struggle to think of a single fault. We were completely spoiled from start to finish. If you are looking for a hotel that truly defines world-class hospitality, this is it. We would absolutely love to return.

This is our second stay at this hotel and it was a good as our first stay. We stayed in the river front premier king room. It spacious suitable for couples or a family of 3 with an extra bed. Bathroom is also big with great ambience and a large bathtube. The view from the room is great, you can watch the sunset over chaopraya river on your bed. View at night is also beautiful you can watch boats and party boats go up and down the river. Breakfast is also one of the highlight of this hotel, Thai food are delicious but the Japanese and Korean options are also great. Spa here is also award winning with complimentary jacuzzi and steam room but booking advance is recommended. Hotel is kinda pricey thou but they have great offers on Thier website sometimes.
