An outstanding stay at Capella Bangkok. Beautiful property, riverfront setting, elegant rooms, and a calm atmosphere throughout. But what really made the stay was the people. Khun May was a fantastic Muay Thai coach. Patient, encouraging, and genuinely fun to train with. He adjusted the session to my level and I left the class wanting to come back for more. At breakfast, Khun Earth was warm and attentive every morning, remembering preferences and making the start of each day feel effortless. That kind of hospitality is what separates a great hotel from a memorable one. And a special thank you to Khun Nong, our room attendant, who left towel animals for us. A small touch, but it made coming back to the room something to look forward to. Rooms, service, ambiance, all excellent. Thank you to Khun May, Khun Earth, Khun Nong, and the whole team. My wife and I will definitely be back!

I had such a lovely experience at the hotel today. I stopped by the hotel to leave my belongings before heading to dinner at Phra Nakorn, and that’s when I met Khun Mix. Little did I know that this small interaction would become one of the highlights of my evening. The food at Phra Nakorn was wonderful, and the service was excellent. But what impressed me most happened when I was about to leave. My clothes and shoes were wet, so I simply asked for a plastic bag to carry them in. Khun Mix went above and beyond. Instead of just giving me a bag, he kindly took my clothes and shoes and dried them for me. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that really stood out. It made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. Thank you, Khun Mix, for such thoughtful service. These little details truly make a difference.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. The rooms, service, concierge team and overall experience were truly 10/10. A special thank you to May, Lee, Gutay and Matcha for the amazing service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, warm and professional. The bar is also absolutely worth a visit and was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, Capella Bangkok exceeded our expectations in every way. We will definitely come back.

We visited Phra Nakhon for our anniversary, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding and beautifully showcased the richness of Thai cuisine. The duck curry in particular is an absolute must try. What made the evening even more memorable was the incredible service. The entire team was exceptionally attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to guide us through the dishes and giving us a wonderful introduction to authentic Thai cuisine. A very special thank you to Big & Tam, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made the evening unforgettable. Exceptional food, wonderful people, and an experience we would highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Our favorite restaurant in Bangkok.

The hospitality at Capella Bkk was way too amazing and we were blown away. Every location, from concierge, restaurants, pool side, spa... The staff were filled with a giving spirit, doing whatever that's needed to make the guest comfortable. The thoughtfulness and mindset was so beautiful that we were surprised multiple times. Special shout outs to Nenny from the culturist team who helped me find a bag I lost in a mall, and did all the work to get the same things to me as they couldn't find the bag (that I lost and capella had nothing to do with it.... 🤯) and Golf and Oat at the poolside for accommodating us with everything on the pool side❤️ I am definitely coming back. Thank u to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing and special!!
