It’s a really nice property. The room is really fantastic; I got the Executive room. It’s really more spacious with a renovated room with a larger space, able to make our visit more flexible. The other benefits we’re also getting are lounge access to enjoy coffee, tea, and scones during afternoon tea time; it’s worth it to spending time here. I think a good place for people who are working or need some rest during the day, and can enjoy the high sky view. Last but not least, I would love to thank Ziggy and Vipop for his outstanding work and always smiling at everyone

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and booked 2 rooms. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us whenever we needed anything. The service was good, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit outdated and not as nice as we expected based on the photos. The swimming pool area was also a little disappointing. It didn’t have the luxurious atmosphere you would expect from a 5-star hotel and felt more like the pool of a apartment complex. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent service. If the rooms are renovated in the future, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.

returning to Conrad Bangkok felt like reconnecting with an old favourite and this stay reminded me why I had such fond memories of it. The room was modern, bright, and filled with natural light. I especially enjoyed the TV casting function and Byredo amenities. The complimentary shuttle to Ploenchit BTS every 15 minutes made getting around very convenient. The executive lounge was every bit as enjoyable as I remembered. The atmosphere was comfortable, the hospitality attentive, and the evening cocktail menu featured different main dishes each night. Please pass my compliments to the chef. And my heartfelt thanks to Ziggy, Yam PJ, Rose, May, and Mihwa. Their warmth made every visit a pleasure. I hope to return soon

Absolutely wonderful stay at Conrad Bangkok! The location is unbeatable – just across the street from bustling shopping districts, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. While the hotel has been operating for some time, many guest rooms have been fully renovated, blending elegant Thai aesthetics with contemporary modern amenities perfectly. Service throughout our stay was outstanding; every staff member was attentive and warm. The heated swimming pool is incredibly relaxing. The hotel also features a fully equipped fitness centre and a tennis court. We booked a high-floor room and were rewarded with sweeping, panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline. Would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bangkok!

It is a nice hotel overall and offers good value for money. The rooms and common areas are well maintained, and the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, and some tables are placed very close together, but the quality of the food is strong. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at The Diplomat Bar inside the hotel. The setting of the bar is pleasant and the drinks were alright, so quite large and decent in quality. We visited because of a happy hour promotion (buy two, pay for one). However, no one explained the specific conditions when we ordered. When we later asked to pay, there was no staff around and we had to walk up to the bar to settle the bill ourselves. Only then were we told that the promotion applied per person — meaning each guest had to order two drinks individually to receive one free. Since we had other plans, staying longer wasn’t an option. The final bill was much higher than expected. This condition should have been clearly communicated upfront. Without that explanation, it feels misleading. Staff did not acknowledge the communication issue and insisted the full amount had to be paid. Later that evening, an attempt was made to resolve the situation by offering vouchers for the next night within a limited two-hour window. As we already had plans, this was not helpful. A bottle of wine at checkout was then suggested and we agreed, which could have resolved the matter. However, at checkout the next day, no one was aware of this arrangement. A manager had to be called, we waited another 15 minutes, and eventually had to leave to catch our taxi. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly coordinated. While the hotel itself is good overall, the handling of this issue by bar staff and management was disappointing and not in line with the standard one would expect from a Conrad property.
