Great Stay . Great Team Great hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the Team Members made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help, creating a warm and memorable experience throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vivian at breakfast, who went above and beyond every morning. Her genuine care, positive energy, and attention to detail made each day start on a wonderful note. We would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Our room was always impeccably maintained, and I believe Jacky was responsible for looking after it, thank you for the outstanding service and attention to detail. Last mention to Khun Yo from Liu as well great service. The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and key attractions around Bangkok while still providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. Overall, it was an exceptional stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend Conrad Bangkok and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at the Conrad Bangkok on two separate occasions recently, and my experiences were quite different sadly. My first stay was fantastic; both the Premium Room and the service was great! However, my second, impromptu stay unfortunately missed the mark. My limited interactions with the front desk regarding a few issues and requests were met with a surprisingly tepid response. That being said, I have to give a special shout out to the team at the Executive Lounge, specifically PJ, who help me during my stay. Honestly, if it wasn't for them, I might would have rated this a 3 instead of 4. With regards to the room, I highly recommend avoiding the Deluxe Corner Room! I am not sure if these rooms are slated for an upcoming renovation, but they are currently not up to what I expected or worth the cost. The bathroom does not have a bidet (which is odd for high-end hotel in Thailand) as well as a slow shower drain, so you standing in a puddle while shower. Plus the room has a noisy AC unit. Conrad did try and fix it, but it didn't really solve the noise issue. I know the hotel is capable of better, as the AC in my Premium Room during my first stay was perfectly quiet. Ultimately, the Conrad Bangkok has all the makings of a great hotel, but right now, it suffers from a noticeable lack of consistency across its rooms and service.

As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I booked an Executive Room through a luxury travel agency. The Room & Service: My room on the 27th floor was lovely, featuring a great park view and a nice bathroom with a Japanese toilet. However, the turnaround service was missed on the first night. I brought this up at the executive lounge, and to their credit, it was done for the rest of my stay. The Upgrade & Check-in: Check-in was smooth, though it was handled downstairs in the lobby rather than the lounge due to the ongoing Happy Hour. What disappointed me was that despite my Conrad history, HiltonHonors status, and a prior request from my travel agent, no room upgrade was granted. Pool & Recreation: The pool area is stunning, and the service there and in the lounge was genuinely good. A great bonus was the pickleball court, which was fun to try out for free during the first hour. Verdict: If you overlook the missed upgrade and the minor housekeeping hiccup on night one, it’s an excellent hotel.

Absolutely outstanding. Due to its location further away from the main road, it’s absolutely quiet. That’s something you rarely get in Bangkok in other luxury properties. It’s more a resort feeling than a city hotel. Very friendly staff, big rooms (a little bit outdated but still ok) and nice views. The gym is absolutely outstanding and you have everything for a good full body workout (including two! barbell racks). Breakfast is also excellent. Can absolutely recommend.

It is a nice hotel overall and offers good value for money. The rooms and common areas are well maintained, and the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, and some tables are placed very close together, but the quality of the food is strong. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at The Diplomat Bar inside the hotel. The setting of the bar is pleasant and the drinks were alright, so quite large and decent in quality. We visited because of a happy hour promotion (buy two, pay for one). However, no one explained the specific conditions when we ordered. When we later asked to pay, there was no staff around and we had to walk up to the bar to settle the bill ourselves. Only then were we told that the promotion applied per person — meaning each guest had to order two drinks individually to receive one free. Since we had other plans, staying longer wasn’t an option. The final bill was much higher than expected. This condition should have been clearly communicated upfront. Without that explanation, it feels misleading. Staff did not acknowledge the communication issue and insisted the full amount had to be paid. Later that evening, an attempt was made to resolve the situation by offering vouchers for the next night within a limited two-hour window. As we already had plans, this was not helpful. A bottle of wine at checkout was then suggested and we agreed, which could have resolved the matter. However, at checkout the next day, no one was aware of this arrangement. A manager had to be called, we waited another 15 minutes, and eventually had to leave to catch our taxi. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly coordinated. While the hotel itself is good overall, the handling of this issue by bar staff and management was disappointing and not in line with the standard one would expect from a Conrad property.
