This is specifically about The Royal Pour tea experience. It’s a great addition to the property but needs some improvements still. On the positive, the food quality is wonderful and the portions are plenty satisfying. There was also good willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions. However, since it’s held in the hotel lobby, the communication and environment are currently lacking. There’s no clear signs or instructions for how to check in for a seating. With me questioning an employee, I was directed to the concierge desk but waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge or assist me. Then I’m told to wait again while it’s set up. I also initially received the wrong type of tea for my order. That was quickly fixed. However, the server mentioned she was triple seated at once which caused the mistake. That seems like an easy adjustment for planning. It would also help to have markers or a partition to block off the seats for tea from other lobby visitors. Visitors were asked to leave seats reserved for tea because the reserved signs I saw earlier in the afternoon were not repeatedly used. I think the price is reasonable especially for Vegas, but it still needs some modifications to be it’s best.

Super luxurious and high-end touches. Beautiful hotel-great rooms!! Nespresso coffee maker in all rooms. Only downside was getting our room, cool enough. It was really warm at night in our room and it would not cool any better. The location is also not convenient at all, but for the Luxury rooms I would trade that. Highly recommend and would go back!

We just returned from a family trip to Las Vegas and our stay at Crockfords at Resorts World was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Traveling with children can sometimes be stressful in Vegas, but Crockfords made everything feel comfortable, easy, and luxurious at the same time. From the moment we arrived, the service immediately stood out. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to make sure our family felt taken care of. Every employee we encountered — concierge, housekeeping, and guest services — treated us with genuine hospitality. You can really feel that this is the premium property within Resorts World. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. Modern, elegant, and extremely quiet — which is rare in Las Vegas. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great every night. The bathroom felt like a spa, with a large soaking tub, high-end finishes, and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and was very attentive throughout our stay. What really makes this property special for families is the balance of luxury and convenience. The location inside Resorts World is perfect. You have immediate access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without needing to leave the building. With kids, this made a huge difference — no long walks across the Strip and no transportation hassles. Dining options were excellent and very convenient. Having multiple food choices nearby meant our kids could always find something they liked, while adults still had high-quality meals. Everything was organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet and secure Crockfords feels compared to many Strip hotels. Elevators require key access and the property felt very private and peaceful — something we really appreciated traveling as a family. Overall, Crockfords exceeded every expectation. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and family-friendly atmosphere made this trip memorable for all of us. If you are visiting Las Vegas with children but still want a luxury experience, this is absolutely the place to stay. We will 100% return on our next Vegas trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crockfords, and a huge part of that was thanks to Linni Matsuo and Christina Hernandez. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit! Linni helped us with spa arrangements, lounge recommendations (Alle Lounge and Sky Falls), and even guided us to M Jackson One — everything was handled seamlessly and with such warmth. She truly went above and beyond, even surprising us with champagne for our Valentine’s celebration. That thoughtful gesture made the evening feel extra magical and unforgettable. Christina was equally amazing! She prepared the most beautiful and delicious strawberries in our room, and that small but incredibly thoughtful touch genuinely moved us. It was clear that she put care and intention into making our stay special, and we felt sincerely welcomed and valued. Thanks to both Linni and Christina, our Valentine’s stay felt personal, warm, and truly memorable. Their hospitality made such a difference that we’re already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to visit again!

Such a wonderful hotel! Every single one of your senses will be stimulated during your stay. Sight: The pop art, the chic crystal chandeliers, the animal sculptures, that cute, little sphere, the views from your room, and the views while lounging poolside at the infinity pool. Is it Smell: There are gorgeous floral arrangements at every turn; I couldn’t help but to take a moment to stop and smell the roses. Sound: I had a great time vibing to the music and dancing the night away at Zouk! Taste: There are so many wonderful restaurants and chic spots for a drink or to enjoy a delicious meal. Touch: The least obvious answer would be the massage gun that was thoughtfully placed on my bedside table. With all the walking I did, it became my most cherished friend during my stay. And for the most obvious answer, the Casino. There are plenty of slot machines and poker tables for your fingers to enjoy. ;)
