What an amazing place. Everything is perfect. Rooms spotlessly clean! Pool specially for guests (Marty is lovely!) great food choices and coffee in lobby at 6am which is a life saver if you have jet lag! 2 stand out moments! Dorothy on check in took time to explain everything and was sooo lovely. Then last night my wife had cramps and they have a paramedic on hand! You don't want to use this service but nice to know and guess what Dorothy was there to help too! Thank you. We've stayed at a lot of Vegas 5 star hotels and this is by far the best. We will be back kind regards David

We normally stay at the Encore Tower Suites in a Salon or Parlor Suite room. For whatever reason Wynn Hotels has gotten ridiculous with their pricing in the past two years so we have decided to try some of the other upscale properties in Vegas. Crockfords being out first. We arrived and check in was fine and average, nothing special. There was no bellman to help us with our bags so we brought them to our room ourselves. We stayed in an Entertainment Suite approximately 1600 SF. It was nice and modern, BUT there is a cheapness to the finishes and furniture. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the HVAC worked well. The one flaw is the design in the bedroom the air blows on you all night in the bed. Unfortunately this property is not as exclusive as Wynn. Lots of young kids running around and it lacks a special feeling. It kind of reminds me of a cruise ship. Their pricing is good and they have a lot of grab and go food options which is great for people not wanting the high end experience. This property is in no way the caliper of Wynn or Encore, but at the same time who wants to pay $3000-$4000 a night for a room at Wynn properties that they used to be able to reserve for half that. We love Vegas and come 4 times a year, but between airfare and hotel we could go on a real vacation to the Caribbean, Mexico or Europe for what we are paying now in Vegas. It isn't making sense anymore. Crockfords worth a try in a suite, but not our new home in Vegas. PS...hard to get a taxi and a pain to go to rideshare for an Uber.

The hotel itself is fantastic, mostly great service and an excellent value with American Express' Fine Hotel and Resort (FHR) program. There were a few places where they fell short that dropped this from a 5 star stay. I'll start with a minor one, usually FHR provides a breakfast credit and instead they provide the breakfast buffet in the lounge which was quality but quite small and weirdly staffed. I waited 5 minutes for silverware and there were no mugs or coffee left, the food offerings were what I expect for a medium-nice buffet but I'd rather a credit. I was also Hilton Diamond and the desk informed me I could use my credit but didn't tell me that it was restricted so at checkout I was unable to use it. The main issue was the frustration I experienced going from Crockfords West and the front desk 4-5x to checkout. I was happy to receive 4pm checkout but my key did not work at 3:40 when I went back to the room to grab my bag. I went back and forth to the desk 3 more times getting refreshed keys, new keys, manager approved keys. Finally I asked the desk for a phone number since it was now 40 minutes later, yet again the room key didn't work and I waited 5-6 mins for security to come to let me in. Luckily I made my flight but I left nearly an hour after I intended to. There wasn't much of an apology or service recovery from me wasting 45-60 mins running back and forth stressing out about making it to the airport. Prior to this, I'd say it was a slam dunk top stay, now I'm not so sure I'd want to risk the headache.
