Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Since there was a Passholder Discount, we took advantage of some great rates and tried a new resort. It is conveniently located close to the Riviera and Skyliner so plenty of choices for dining and park access. We loved the resort layout with many countries represented in clusters of building, pools and quick service dining. We stayed in Trinidad Bld 38. I only gave the location a 4 star because it was almost the furthest away from the main building and we were on the 2nd floor with only walk up. There was disney bussing and inter-resort shuttles and laundry just outside our building. Though there were only two of us, the room and bath was bright and clean, had a queen bed, couch bed and a pull down which could have easily slept 5. Everyone we came in contact with was a delight to deal with and we splattered cast compliments on the app all around. The main lobby was bustling with kid activities and disney movies. Coffee, sandwich, quick service and Sebastians a family style restaurant was also available. Would definitely stay there again just may rethink the room location. Enjoy!

11 of us ranging in ages 6 to 71 visited disney world and had a wonderful fun time. Room was clean and comfortable but needs 2 comfy chairs for those of us that are older. Services was amazing at caribbean beach resort as well as any place we went. The exception was the hostess's at Hollywood and vine, a bit snippy. Rest of the staff great. We stayed in Martinique and the location was great, close to the pools, food, bus stop and a short walk to skyliner at Rivera...OVERALL a wonderful vacation, the grandkids and my adult children had a blast. Only disappointment was t h e food quality through out the park was not as good as previous visits. Some was ok, some good some just disapointing. But the waite staff was amazing as were those who helped with allergies. Food just not worth the price you paid.

Located where the busses and the skyliner are easily, quickly accessible. The rooms are nice. The service is good. The staff is friendly. My only complaint, and it isn't a big one, but there is almost no water pressure with the shower. In this heat I'm showering twice a day so I guess I'm making do. Everything else has been excellent though. My son got sick really late at night and they brought everything we needed immediately. Id stay here again.

I could write pages of WONDERFUL THINGS about this amazing resort! EVERY person we encountered was personable and helpful! Our room was clean, comfortable, and pretty. We stayed in Jamaica 42, close to the Skyliner and a short walk to the main area. It was quiet and peaceful. Maegen, Max, and the front lobby personnel were epic! Bell service was amazing, the food court, Banana Cabana, and Sebastian's Bistro all had wonderful food. We are seniors who loved our second floor room. We did not mind walking and even though it is a large resort, it didn't feel like it was too big. I really could go on and on about how much we loved Caribbean Beach Resort. I can't wait to go back! Thank you ALL!!

The resort was clean beyond expectation, the service was absolutely amazing. Cast members always had a smile, greeted us, and were happy to answer any and all questions. The food was AMAZING! Location of our room to the Skyliner couldn't have been more perfect. The skyliner was a fantastic way to travel, and has now become my new favorite mode of transportation - hands-down! I would highly recommend the Caribbean Beach Resort to anyone looking for a moderate Disney resort and we plan on staying again for our Bounce back in 2027!
