Very good experience at Pop for my for my first time at this resort. Room was ready when I landed at SFB airport. I walked straight to my room. Enjoyed the view, liked the convenience of skyline a lot, even with long line each morning, it still goes faster than buses. Nice food court/shop, even though I only walked through these, I did not use them. Very clean room, incredibly kind housekeeper.... do not know her name but she was from Venezuela, cleaned on Monday of our stay and we happened to be back at room when she was finishing so we spoke, lovely person, cleaned great, took care of amenities in room... very nice. Good to have nice soaps and towels like fancier resorts. We are DVC members so we have stayed Riviera, GF, etc and besides space, this room was just as nice for our needs of just me and my adult daughter who had us out of room 90% of time it felt like. Figure out a way to cool pool when it is super hot (and a way to heat all WDW pools in colder months) and it would have been nearly perfect stay. You are doing well with this resort. Thanks.

Rooms are not cleaned regularly as they used to be. We stayed five evenings and our rooms were refreshed one time. The quick service operations are about the same as they were 20 years ago. 10pm at night and it took a long time to checkout with a carton of milk, which was warm by the time we paid for it. The luggage service was not as top notch as it had been on prior trips. We were presented with another family's luggage. We felt operations and service could have been better overall. Skyliner is the best part of this resort.

Definitely not for everyone used to moderate and deluxe resorts. The facilities and buildings are in incredible condition and upkept. The rooms are very tight when you add luggage and a stroller, even the one with two queen beds that we had. There is definitely vue to it, especially for longer stays with family and there are tons of things to do with the kids. The service was very nice and Disneyesque. Our only complain is that the walls are very thin, especially in adjoining rooms. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing and/or saying. We were lucky that our neighbors were considerate enough to tone down the in and out playing that the kids where having at around 9pm. Otherwise, it would've been horrible, especially when our infant was sleeping. Has access to the skyliner and the pool areas are really cool. It is a noisier resort but it is expected since it's geared towards kids. Wouldn't be my first choice in the future but would not turn it down if they're having a good deal going.

Good, value hotel. Cafeteria/food court offers reasonable meals. Suggest gong to Art of Animation property across the lake for more food options-check out the Ramen, and broccoli beef there. Double queen room was comfortable. Rooms open to the outside motel style. Pretty common on Disney properties. The themes and decorations are fun. Staff was VERY helpful and patient when we checked in. Nice to be on site and saves time. We enjoyed the free water park access on check-in day promotion they are running. Being on the monorail line on other properties is a big perk, but a step up as well.

Overall, we loved staying here. We always do! But this time we had 2 problems, #1 and most importantly, the a/c was limited to 68° I sweat at 68° in my sleep so I never slept good. #2 the soda fountains at "Everything Pop" were frequently out of ice or out of certain drinks, I know they are high traffic machines but this was a high dollar vacation. I just feel like this shouldn't be so common of an issue, and with the money I paid, I should be able to get my room to a temperature that I enjoy. Otherwise, it was great! The grounds stayed clean, the music was great, the pool was nice.. everything was great.
