I love staying at this hotel! The convenience and price are hard to beat, especially when visiting Universal Studios or Halloween Horror Nights. Being able to walk to the parks using the pedestrian bridge is HUGE! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view overlooking Universal. Everyone at the front desk during check-in was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. After a long day at the parks, it’s wonderful being able to walk back to the hotel without dealing with traffic or parking. The rates have always been reasonable in my experience, especially for such a great location. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Universal!

Great stay! The rooms are very nice, roomy and clean. But the best part is the staff - every person we encountered from the front desk staff to everyone in all of the restaurants were always so friendly, nice, and hospitable!! The only suggestion I would make is not to pay any extra money for a room with “Universal view” - you don’t see the park at all - just the entrance sign that says Universal. Having the walkway from the hotel to the parks is awesome - only about a 15 minute walk and well lit at night - we used it everyday. If you’d rather ride to any of the Universal parks, including Epic, they’ve got you covered with a free shuttle. Just be sure and make a reservation for the shuttle. Wonderful stay!

Stayed here for two nights during our universal weekend trip. The lobby is beautiful, but some budget should really go to upgrading the rooms. Noticed some mold in the bathroom, a lot underneath the shower soap holder. The staff that we did interact with was very nice, and welcoming. Felt very safe here, absolutely wonderful location. Had a universal view which i paid extra for, not as great as i was expecting but still cool! All in all id stay here again, so convenient and close to universal.

We picked this hotel because it was right outside Universal Studios. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with our room, which included hot cookies and bottled water. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and stocked with towels every day. We didn't use any amenities, since we were at the park the whole time. It was conveniently located near many restaurants for dinner. Parking was easy, but unfortunately, there was a daily fee. We definitely would stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Hotel Stay Ever in Orlando! Absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! What made the experience even better was having the opportunity to speak directly with the operator, who was genuinely involved in the day-to-day operations. You can tell when someone takes pride in their property and truly cares about their guests. The experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando. 100% one of the best places to stay in Orlando! I would definitely stay here again! 🙌🏽
