I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok. The hotel was comfortable and well located, but what really made the experience stand out was the excellent customer service. I would especially like to recognize Maruko, the Front Desk Supervisor, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She handled everything efficiently, made check-in smooth, and went out of her way to ensure I felt well taken care of. Her attitude was consistently warm and attentive, and she truly represents great hospitality.

I booked two rooms for my family and myself, and one of the main reasons I came back was because of how exceptional my previous stay had been. I’m happy to say this visit lived up to that memory. The service has been consistently great, and the staff are warm, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast is another highlight because there is a good variety of options, and everything is fresh and flavorful. The location is also very convenient. It’s about a 10 minute Grab ride to Lotus and Big C, or roughly a 30 minute walk if you prefer. There are also two shopping malls within a 10 minute walk, plus two 7-Eleven stores nearby with one just three minutes away and the other about six minutes. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, excellent service, good food, and a convenient location are exactly why I’ll be returning again in the future. Keep up the excellent work!

Very disappointing recent experience. Stay Dates: 31 May – 4 June 2026 During our stay, there was a water leak directly inside of our room entrance—an area where guests would naturally place their luggage. Unfortunately, water seeped into my luggage and damaged several items of clothing. I provided photos as evidence and raised the issue with the hotel. In addition, the main entrance stairway was under construction throughout our stay, causing significant inconvenience, especially for my elderly parents who were travelling with me. The hotel team has not provided any compensation for the damage to my belongings and has failed to respond to my follow-up emails, despite assuring me at checkout that the matter would be reviewed. Guest safety and communication should be taken seriously. A water hazard at a room entrance is unacceptable, and ignoring legitimate customer concerns after departure is equally disappointing. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. The location is excellent, with major shopping destinations like Emporium and Terminal 21 just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
