My wife and I visited for 6 nights over Christmas 2025. I had been here a few times with work, and also stayed in several other hotels in this area over the years. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained, the wifi is good and rooms are quite well sound proofed. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of Asian and European options. The pool area is very comfortable, with lovely staff and in the sun most of the day. Only negative is that some people not staying at the hotel can be in the pool area, so sunbeds can be at a premium on a very busy day. I look forward to returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay with a real personal touch. Recognised as a Hilton Honors member before arrival and contacted to ensure a seamless stay — benefits and possible upgrades depending on status. Easy drop-off at the entrance and parking on site.Warm, welcoming reception with restaurant and bar, fast lifts, and pleasant outdoor garden seating at the rear. Greeted on arrival, thanked for returning, and given the signature warm cookie — a lovely touch.Rooms are modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great storage, universal power points, a very comfortable bed, and city views that look fantastic at night. Bathroom features a large double rainfall shower and a clever sliding partition.Breakfast is outstanding — huge variety with live cooking, Asian and Western options, fresh juices, immunity shots, and more than you could possibly try in one stay. The General Manager often checks in with guests, which really adds to the experience.7th-floor pool and gym are excellent, with attentive staff, plenty of loungers (including in-water), a bar, food service, and non-smoking throughout.Great Sukhumvit location near Phrom Phong BTS, EmQuartier, Emporium, and easy connections across Bangkok. Smooth check-out and helpful staff.One of my favourite Hiltons in Bangkok — not the biggest, but consistently delivers quality, comfort, and genuine service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow, what incredible service, staff, and management. It’s a large and beautiful hotel, yet it feels so genuine and personal, almost like a family-run hotel. The manager personally greeted us during breakfast and again at check-out, truly impressive. The reception team, breakfast staff, pool staff, and housekeeping were all exceptionally friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A must-stay in Bangkok. Stayed here for a few nights in Dec 2025. Hotel very easy to get to from the airport via Airport and Sukhumvit line which took about an hour. We were on the 20th floor with a superior room. Room was a good size, bed was large and comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a nice size but the overhead shower wasn’t that good so used the one on the wall. The breakfast was fantastic, with both Thai and Indian options. The pool is a good size with a good selection of beds but a bit noisy due to the traffic. There are loads of places to eat and drink in the area and it’s easy to get to attractions as the hotel is right by the Phrom Phong BTS station. Only problem we had was the room had an adjoining door and we could hear the people in the next room.

DoubleTree By Hilton Bangkok is a fantastic stay! Perfect location near Phrom Phong BTS train station and EmQuartier shopping mall, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets all around. Service was excellent, and our standard twin room was modern, spacious, and super comfortable—great beds and a spotless bathroom with an amazing shower. The 450-baht breakfast buffet was absolutely worth it, with delicious Western, Thai, and SE Asian options. Loved the outdoor pool with its bar and towel service, and the gym had everything needed for a holiday workout. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I’d happily stay at again!
