Holiday 2026 with my wife in Domenican Republic for the 5th time. -Thank you so much for making it an unforgettable experience for in case you read this Julissa, Claudia, Engel, Cesar, Vidal and the people from the Barefoot Grill-❤️ We stayed from 3 may until 8 may and are sad that we need to leave for our next destination. The walking buffet had sadly not so much variation but the other restaurants in the hotel were pretty good. The Asian restaurant and the steakhouse would be my recommendation. The ladies from the spa provide excellent service and in general for the resort if you did the preferred club upgrade the service the people provide is EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD when you treat them as human beings too. Don't forget that the people working there are also human beings and not everything is about you. Small note: at 11:30 the Barefoot grill opens and they have this snack called Boneless Chicken with Jamaican style sauce, this is a HIDDEN GEM, amazing snack but spicy(Asian level) be warned!!!! The resort has a lot of entertainment and is very child/family friendly. There is a singer/artist walking around at the resort and his name is Vidal, a very very talented singer who plays different instruments and has an amazing voice. I hope that anyone who reads this will be able to enjoy his amazing talent. Hopefully see you again anytime soon. Mucho gracias ❤️

My partner & I had an amazing stay. We went from April 23-28th. We appreciate the service we received and fell in love with the way the staff treated us. In the preferred bar Yamelys, Roy & Andria were amazing! Very attentive, guided us through different things to do in the area, and made amazing drinks. Claudia, Raffy & Pedro in the pool area were amazing as well constantly checking in on us! Felix at the Amstar desk helped us book fun excursion where we met Tons of people ! Our favorite servers at the restaurants were Daniel & Maria at Toro Restaurant! I would definitely go back! We plan on returning in December just because of how amazing the staff was. The hotel was beautiful and our swim up suite was always clean.

The resort is gorgeous, modern, and well-designed. Our preferred club room was spacious, super clean, and upscale-feeling. Service was excellent, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A bonus was our concierge Garibaldi who handled all our needs. Every restaurant delivered solid food and the buffet was outstanding. There are multiple pools, though we stayed nearest the beach with the swim up bar. Daily activities and nightly entertainment were enjoyable. It's a relaxed, not-too-party-heavy vibe. The only caveat for is was that the "ocean front" building 1 we stayed in is quite a distance from the water, and we moved rooms from 2nd to 5th floor (thankfully) because we couldn't see water due to the palm trees.

Our trip was a mother son trip before he went off to college. We went Monday through Friday. The facility was very nice and very clean. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and lunch which was wonderful and many options to choose from. Dinner we had the Italian, steakhouse and Caribbean which were all wonderful. Did not get to try the Asian or Mediterranean due to not having enough nights. Staff was wonderful! Especially Elian in entertainment! He made poolside days the best! Activities were a blast! He is great at getting people to mingle and participate. Bartenders could make any drink that you ask for. If you didn’t know what to order they would make something delicious! I highly recommend this resort!!!

Beautiful resort with great pools!! Travelled with my wife and our 3 year old son. We stayed in a preferred club junior suite swim out room. Our preferred club butler, JOHAN, genuinely cared about our satisfaction. He was professional, easily accessible, and enjoyable to be around. I want to acknowledge ENRIQUE the restaurant manager, DOMINGO the waiter at Olio, RAMON at barefoot grill, and miss ANNY at the explorers (kids) club, who all contributed to a great experience during our 8 days at Dreams. The restaurants were decorated and furnished beautifully, however the food was mid. We wished there were more flexible dining options for night time. Room service was bad both times we tried it. Although certain areas could use some improvements, overall we had a great time at Dreams Cap Cana.
