The hotel is lovely and clean. It's a nice place to stay near all Disney parks and I liked better than staying at Disney hotels. I would definitely stay again. The free shuttle service to the parks was great and always on time. The free breakfast has lots of choices. The free kick back snacks are okay but get a bit boring after a few days, but we're convenient and saved us some money. The swimming pool looked great but we didn't use. There's a laundry room that we used a couple of times. The hotel has a little convenience store, coffee shop, bar and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a few nice places to eat around the corner, go down the hotel drive turn left, walk to the bottom of the road past the Disney sign, turn left again and keep going you will see a cheap gift shop, keep going straight and cross the road (the crossing lights takes a while to change) Chilli's was very nice and so was steak and shake across the road and a Dollar Tree for bits and bobs, there's also burger king, pizza hut, KFC and other restaurants in the area.

The shuttle was so convenient. They checked our luggage on check in day for us while we waited on our room to get ready. then we were able to take the shuttle to Disney springs. The kickback was nice! Adults could get 3 alcoholic beverages a night. The kickback food was ok. The breakfast was awesome. We had a firework view room and loved it! We utilized the pool too.

We love staying at Drury when we can and this location did not disappoint. The pool was awesome! Much larger than your standard Drury pool. The food was great as usual. My son loved that they had Mickey waffles. Our bartender at kickback was awesome! I wish I could remember his name but he found out my son (11) liked soccer, he then spent time talking to him about soccer. He explained that he was from cuba and they played in the streets and usually played barefoot. My son really enjoyed that he took the time to chit chat about something he loves!

This is a well kept secret among Orlando visitors. It is 1 minute away from Disney Springs. Breakfast included is a great start to the day for anyone with a large family. The amenities are really comfortable. There's love entertainment as well as a indoor and a outdoor bar near the pool. Starting here changed the way I see Disney trips. The staff is hospitable. I have to thank the staff especially the hospitality person (Grace)I spoke to over the phone for all the tips and the wonderfully attention to detail. Try the Dury. You'll like it.

Our recent stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Disney Springs Area was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided a great place to relax. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible value. The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was excellent, and the evening Kickback with food and beverages was a fantastic bonus that helped save money during our vacation. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for families, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is hard to beat. Being within walking distance of Disney Springs and having convenient transportation to the Disney parks made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. As an Official Walt Disney World hotel, the added Disney benefits were a great perk as well. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Orlando. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with excellent amenities and outstanding value.
