This was a great hotel for our family trip to Orlando. It's a ten minute walk to Disney Springs and a few minutes drive. The reviews complaining about breakfast are astonishing to me. The free breakfast buffet is the same every day, however, there are so many options. There are two kinds of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, four different cereals, bananas, apples, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, melon/pineapple fruit salad, mini pancakes, mickey waffles. We have never stayed at a hotel with a free breakfast with this much variety. It is above and beyond in our opinion. The rooms were very clean and we always had enough supplies for our stay. The pool was great, very big! We ate at the pool bar/restaurant a couple times for lunch and the food was good both times. The 5:30 kickback was a nice bonus! Pasta, pulled pork sliders, chicken fajitas were on a rotation on different nights. Overall, this was a great hotel and we would this hotel to anyone.

Second year in a row staying here. Last year I loved it and was impressed by the staff service as well as the daily housekeeping. This year was different. Last year I always went back to my hotel room by 11:30am due to the heat. My room was always cleaned by the time I got back. This year the housekeeping was bad...most of my trip I spent all day in the parks but the one day I went back to the room around 2pm, my room still hadn't been cleaned. I saw one housekeeper on the floor and she was in a room by the ice machine, clearly on her phone shouting at someone. I went by an hour later and she was STILL in that room. I wanted to take a nap but was worried I'd be asleep when they came knocking. Went to the front desk at around 4pm because they still hadn't come and no housekeeper was on the floor...front desk said they clean rooms until 8pm!!! Who would want housekeeping in their room that late at night?! Several nights I saw multiple rooms throw their dirty towels outside their rooms in the hallway- clearly housekeeping is taking their sweet time. I never saw this last year. I don't know what's going on, but staff need to stop being so lazy. No employee should be on their phones/ear buds- you're getting paid to work and it's clearly affecting performance. Not only that, but as a guest it looks and sounds incredibly unprofessional that I'm paying to stay here and the staff are shouting to someone on their phone conversation. other than that, they also raised their price to pay to park in their parking lot which is bullshit. I pay to stay at the hotel. I paid to get the rental car to go to the hotel and enjoy my vacation and now I have to pay to park a car there. It's Florida- not the midwest where pavement is affected by snow and salt. There is no reason to charge customers to park let alone INCREASE the price to park there. It's a great location, they're building a Starbucks (hopefully that will be high quality), breakfast included. But housekeeping and pricing need to be addressed.

We had a great experience at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando! There were so many unique features that made our stay stand out: ​Unbelievable Evening Perks: It was a wonderful surprise to have a hot evening reception included with our reservation. They served delicious appetizers, sliders, hot dogs, and hamburgers with absolutely no upsell. ​Complimentary Drinks: Each adult gets two free alcoholic beverages in the evening, with the option to purchase more if you'd like. ​Super Clean & Great Amenities: The hotel is incredibly clean. Both the pool and the jacuzzi were spotless and very well-maintained. ​Very Dog-Friendly: Traveling with a pet can be tough, but they made us feel incredibly welcome. ​4th of July Magic: While the location itself isn't highly walkable, it was the absolute perfect spot for the holiday. We sat in our room and watched fireworks from all over the area. Best of all, we got the stunning views without the loud booms—our dog absolutely loved that part! ​We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely great until we got home and discovered that members of our family had lice. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially after what seemed like a pleasant visit. The staff was amazing, friendly, and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bedding is a serious issue that cannot be overlooked. I uwould strongly recommend that management review and improve their sanitation procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests. Because of this experience, my family and I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because the staff did a wonderful job, but the condition of the room ultimately ruined what would have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were a way to leave 10 stars, we certainly would! Whether you're headed to Orlando for Disney World or simply making your way to enjoy Florida's beautiful coastal beaches, Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando – Disney Springs Area is an outstanding place to stay. For travelers coming from East Tennessee, it's about a 9½-hour drive and makes a perfect first stop to relax and unwind. The property is beautiful, very clean, and we always felt safe during our stay. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was very good, and the pricing was fair for everything you receive. We would highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone simply needing to get away, let their hair down, and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. If we're ever back in the Orlando area, this will definitely be one of our first choices again. Highly recommended! By GB Jr. Express LLC.
