The shuttle was so convenient. They checked our luggage on check in day for us while we waited on our room to get ready. then we were able to take the shuttle to Disney springs. The kickback was nice! Adults could get 3 alcoholic beverages a night. The kickback food was ok. The breakfast was awesome. We had a firework view room and loved it! We utilized the pool too.

We love staying at Drury when we can and this location did not disappoint. The pool was awesome! Much larger than your standard Drury pool. The food was great as usual. My son loved that they had Mickey waffles. Our bartender at kickback was awesome! I wish I could remember his name but he found out my son (11) liked soccer, he then spent time talking to him about soccer. He explained that he was from cuba and they played in the streets and usually played barefoot. My son really enjoyed that he took the time to chit chat about something he loves!

Our stay was absolutely great until we got home and discovered that members of our family had lice. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially after what seemed like a pleasant visit. The staff was amazing, friendly, and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bedding is a serious issue that cannot be overlooked. I uwould strongly recommend that management review and improve their sanitation procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests. Because of this experience, my family and I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because the staff did a wonderful job, but the condition of the room ultimately ruined what would have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Rooms are excellent. Very clean. Super comfy. Mine was a standard king (no balcony) on the 14th floor and it faced north. I had a nice, distant view of the Universal fireworks. I’ll give a shout out to the shower. Not low flow. Not a sand blaster. Perfect flow rate. Quick to heat up. Great space. Everyone I interacted with from checkin to meal/drink staff and room attendants was pleasant and friendly. Was just there one night and the menu included chicken fajitas, veggie soup, and much more. Tasty. It was packed (believe they have 1500+ people on site each night) but the staff kept things filled. There were multiple stations for each item (including drinks) and it moved fast. Breakfast was equally efficient and yummy. I did head down for a quick dip in the pool and hot tub after dinner. There were a good number of people down there but no problem finding a chair or seat in the hot tub. Location. I love to take long walks in the morning. This is a great spot for that. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to Disney Springs and just beyond that is the Disney Saratoga Springs resort with lovely walking paths along/across ponds and little lakes. The Disney parks are very close and they offer a free shuttle. Great place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando Disney Springs Area was excellent from start to finish, but what truly made it exceptional was **Shawn Kelley, Assistant General Manager**. From the moment we arrived for check-in, Shawn made us feel genuinely welcome. He took the time to ask about our plans, what was important to our family, and what we hoped to experience during our stay. Based on that conversation, he kindly upgraded us to a room on a higher floor with a fantastic view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. It made a magical evening even more special for our 9-year-old daughter. Shawn also shared many helpful tips and tricks that made our visit smoother and more enjoyable. His professionalism, attention to detail, genuine care, and warm personality created an outstanding first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. We stayed for two nights, and everything about the hotel was great, but Shawn's exceptional hospitality is what we will remember the most. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our family had the best possible experience. Thank you, Shawn, for making our stay so memorable. Drury Plaza Hotel is fortunate to have someone like you on their team. We look forward to staying here again!
