Had a great week here with my family. Always found sun loungers through the day and my son enjoyed the entertainment around the pool. Staff were great and we always found something that we liked in the restaurant. Brilliant area with lots to do and in walking distance. Only problem was that the bar area at night where the live singers were was not really big enough to accommodate the amount of people. The other live entertainment room was great but should definitely have a bar for drinks. We stayed the first week of October, was still busy and hot weather. Can imagine it being a lot more hectic in July/august.

We absolutely loved this hotel and had an amazing holiday! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who really made our holiday so much fun. They were incredibly entertaining, full of energy, and worked so hard every day to create a fantastic atmosphere. There was always something going on, from fun daytime activities to brilliant evening entertainment, and they made sure everyone felt included. A special thank you to Gonçalo, who was fantastic, but every member of the team deserves recognition for their enthusiasm, friendliness, and the effort they put into making everyone’s holiday so enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had two weeks at Elba Carlotta in August this year spanning over my 50th birthday. Not only did the hotel upgrade us to a sea view room with a bottle of fizz on arrival, but on my birthday there was another bottle and a lovely plate of food items wrapped up and a card to the side. This hotel is lovely, we had a fantastic two weeks, and although the hotel was very busy, you never really noticed it. Sure there were many people round the pools but when you went for a drink at the bar, there was never more than 6 people in the que. Same at meal times, the staff work so hard and are always happy and again, you never had to wait to get the food you wanted and the choice was plentiful. This hotel runs very smoothly and the staff are amazing from reception, right through to the cleaners, we have been here before and will happily return again someday soon hopefully.

We had an amazing stay at Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort. We went all-inclusive and the whole resort was brilliant — great atmosphere, lovely facilities, good food and we felt really well looked after throughout our stay. A massive special mention has to go to Yousef. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He had such great energy, was always happy and friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy chatting with us. Nothing felt forced — he was just a really pleasant, genuine person who always made sure we were cared for and enjoying ourselves. Staff can make such a huge difference to a holiday, and Yousef definitely did that for us. He’s a credit to the resort and honestly one of the main reasons we would happily come back again. Fantastic resort, fantastic holiday and an even better experience thanks to Yousef. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️🌴☀️

Very good hotel, it is now few times that we visit the hotel. Everytime same great atmosphere, very helpful reception. Food is great, everyone will find something to eat. Pools are great, one pool is heated all year long. The pool bar Arrecife very nice, thanks to Paula for her great service with serving drinks! The beach is just in front of the Hotel, great location. We will be back there for sure again 🙋
