we stayed here for a week and everything about our experience was perfect. the food, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was great. the staff here are all friendly, helpful, and full of energy. shoutout to brais, he is definitely an asset to the entertainment team! i also appreciated the overall hygiene of this hotel, with well-kept rooms that are thoroughly cleaned every day. the location definitely made our experience worthwhile, as you have access to anything you may need with a shopping centre and airport at your doorstep. also great if you’d like to travel around the island as it is located right in the middle. although we are very sad to leave, if we get the opportunity to visit fuerteventura in the future, we would absolutely come to this hotel again. we even received a complimentary bottle of wine!

I didn’t really enjoy my stay at Elba Carlota hotel. This didn’t seem like a 4 * hotel but rather a 3* hotel at best. The location is good. I paid for a ‘sea side view room’ and could barely see the sea, most of my view was other rooms and balconies. Everyone keeps mentioning the animation team yet we only interacted with 2 of the team members and 1 of those 2, Ismail, kept asking me for cigarettes and kept saying racist remarks about his work colleagues which me and my partner didn’t appreciate. At one point he was even trying to make a joke out of me with his newly found friends at the hotel which again, I did not appreciate. The other hotel staff are fine but not very welcoming or friendly, the bartenders were delightful. Dan on the animation team seemed like the only genuine person there. Food was very very standard and basic, good selection but nothing special. Again my stay here was ruined too by our neighbours and their children running around and screaming the place down every morning at 8AM, no consideration whatsoever. I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels in my lifetime and this is one hotel that I will definitely not be returning to. There’s better hotels in Fuerteventura and this area Caleta is very dead and boring. Better off finding somewhere in Corralejo or Jandía.

We stayed for 8 days on an all-inclusive basis. We arrived at 12:30 and were immediately given a nice room with a large balcony. The guy at the reception was very friendly and fulfilled my requests regarding the room. On my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a bottle of champagne, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel staff were very friendly and served us with a smile. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. For the first time, we were served very tasty non-alcoholic cocktails. There was always a huge selection of fish to suit any taste, and seafood was available every day. Breakfast, however, was more than standard. As for the downsides, there were pigeons, small ants, and the hotel itself is definitely not new. As for the guests — mostly pensioners. And if the wind is strong, even the heated pool water feels cold.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the hotel and everything was very well organized. We especially appreciated the beautiful pool areas and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made our holiday feel truly special. The service from all the staff was excellent, always attentive and professional. The entertainment team deserves special recognition for creating such a fun and lively environment every day. The shows were entertaining and full of energy, and we were truly impressed by the performances. A very special mention goes to Giorgia, who does an excellent job, her talent, professionalism, and stage presence made every show even more enjoyable. Congratulations to the whole team for their amazing work!

We had such a good holiday here !! I would 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely come here again! I can’t put into words how amazing the entertainment team are - they are so friendly, welcoming, hard working, and they involve everyone. There is always something to do and they make it so enjoyable no matter what activity!! We are not morning people - yet we have been setting alarms just to wake up and get involved with the activities!! The waiters and waitresses also work so hard to make sure all the tables are clean, people have their drinks, the tables are set, and the turn around is so quick, they do a really good job. Big shoutout to Gonçalo, Lucas and Riyana - they are absolutely incredible ! So good at their job and an absolute credit to this hotel !! Those 3 have absolutely made our holiday, so a big thank you to them🥰❤️
