The entertainment team is amazing so engaging with both adults and children. Plenty of activities for range of ages. So inclusive and equal. Admire everyone and always smiling and say hello to everyone. Evening entertainment never the same and amazingly planned out. Special thanks for the amazing entertainment team (ismael, Francesca and Rosanne) made it very special and so fun. Such an amazing hotel with an amazing programme nothing bad to say.

We stayed for 8 days on an all-inclusive basis. We arrived at 12:30 and were immediately given a nice room with a large balcony. The guy at the reception was very friendly and fulfilled my requests regarding the room. On my birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a bottle of champagne, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the hotel staff were very friendly and served us with a smile. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. For the first time, we were served very tasty non-alcoholic cocktails. There was always a huge selection of fish to suit any taste, and seafood was available every day. Breakfast, however, was more than standard. As for the downsides, there were pigeons, small ants, and the hotel itself is definitely not new. As for the guests — mostly pensioners. And if the wind is strong, even the heated pool water feels cold.

Fabulous hotel! Booked a 4 night break here last week and all expectations were totally exceeded 🙂 Really lovely food, with lots of choices... particularly at breakfast. I ate some of the most succulent, tasty grilled meats here that I've ever had. Rooms were clean and spacious, our bathroom was beautifully fitted out, modern and clean with a better shower than my own at home! Outside area is huge, there were always sunbeds available, in sunny or shaded areas, along with room in the pool for a proper swim. Evening entertainment was good. Two evenings had female singers who were great. The best act by far was African Feet, who kept the audience riveted for their entire performance. Incredible skills! The gardens lead through to a stunning small beach which never got over crowded. Sunbed and parasol prices were good, just €4 each for the day. The hotel has a beautiful calm feeling about it, is spotlessly clean and wonderful staff in all areas. The reception team were genuinely helpful and welcoming...thank you 😊 Lovely to be able to refill water bottles from the restaurant when open, or the cocktail bar throughout the day. There's a small well stocked gift shop, that had a really good choice of clothes, holiday shoes, essential toiletries, gifts and niknaks. I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel and I'm already dreaming about returning next year, maybe for a few nights longer.

I didn’t really enjoy my stay at Elba Carlota hotel. This didn’t seem like a 4 * hotel but rather a 3* hotel at best. The location is good. I paid for a ‘sea side view room’ and could barely see the sea, most of my view was other rooms and balconies. Everyone keeps mentioning the animation team yet we only interacted with 2 of the team members and 1 of those 2, Ismail, kept asking me for cigarettes and kept saying racist remarks about his work colleagues which me and my partner didn’t appreciate. At one point he was even trying to make a joke out of me with his newly found friends at the hotel which again, I did not appreciate. The other hotel staff are fine but not very welcoming or friendly, the bartenders were delightful. Dan on the animation team seemed like the only genuine person there. Food was very very standard and basic, good selection but nothing special. Again my stay here was ruined too by our neighbours and their children running around and screaming the place down every morning at 8AM, no consideration whatsoever. I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels in my lifetime and this is one hotel that I will definitely not be returning to. There’s better hotels in Fuerteventura and this area Caleta is very dead and boring. Better off finding somewhere in Corralejo or Jandía.

Recently returned from our 1 week stay and we can't wait to go back! Family room was just what we needed for our family of 4. Our air conditioning didn't work but after saying to the front desk, a member of staff was sent up to fix this immediately. Everything was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area where sunbeds were plentiful. The beach is just outside the gate so very easy to come and go between the beach and pool area. We particularly appreciated the gluten free options for our child who is coeliac. With a gluten free section at breakfast and a pre order menu available for lunch and dinner. Some might say there could be more food variety but we were happy and always found something we enjoyed. Overall we had a great time and are currently looking at returning as soon as we can!
