Exceptional Service at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh Bar 🌟 My wife and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Royal Palm in Marrakesh, and I felt compelled to share our gratitude for the incredible team at the hotel bar. They didn't just serve drinks; they created genuinely memorable experiences, especially on my wife's birthday night. The team went above and beyond to celebrate her. They organized a fantastic feast of dancing and celebration, making her stand up and feel like the star of the evening. It was a truly unforgettable moment that made her birthday absolutely special. The level of service, professionalism, and warmth from every individual on this list was fantastic and truly stood out. Their combined efforts are a testament to the high standards of the Fairmont brand. I recently stayed at the Fairmont Marrakech and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My room was extremely comfortable and luxurious, with excellent service throughout my stay. The location is absolutely incredible—far more beautiful than the website photos can convey. The views and surroundings truly have to be seen in person to appreciate how stunning they are. All of the restaurants were superb, offering high-quality food and impeccable service every time. I travelled alone to relax after being seriously ill, and the hotel staff were wonderful. They supported me throughout my stay with kindness, discretion, and genuine care, which made a huge difference. A truly exceptional hotel. I would highly recommend the Fairmont Marrakech to anyone looking for luxury, tranquillity, and world-class service. I look forward to returning.

Outstanding hotel and golf resort located 12 miles out of the city with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. Every member of the Fairmont team was OUTSTANDING - friendly , caring, helpful and genuinely wanting us to have a fantastic time. We met Michael the Regional GM and I shared our positive feedback at this 5 Star hotel and his amazing colleagues. Our caddy Shabir was really knowledgeable and helpful on the golf course. Food amazing in the restaurants especially the Lebanese/ Moroccan restaurant where the food was delicious. Highly recommended and much better than the hotels in Marrakech.

Thank you for the wonderful birthday experience I received! The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated. The room was beautiful as well, with a very confortable bed. There was plenty of activities to do there and the fitness center was great also. The guest experience was perfect! The staff was very listening which made my birthday special. We felt like we were in a palace. I will definitely come back to the Fairmont of Marrakech!
