Overall a great stay for one week at the Fairmont Marrakech with the whole family in late July. The family suite is perfect for a family of four and kids! The resort is top notch, very high quality, good choice of restaurants and great pool, gym, spa facilities. The concierge team, the service staff including buggy drivers were truly amazing and provided top notch service. The quality of food was also amazing across the restaurants and pool bar. In particular the Italian restaurant was a favourite for us! Special shout out to Salah and Lahcen who were in particularly amazing every day helping us and going the extra mile! One small downer was our check in - we had booked via British Airways Holidays which included a free upgrade on arrival (subject to availability) - we were informed the accommodation one level above was not available during our stay although when checking online on the Fairmont website this was showing as bookable and available! So was not the best start….

We had a lovely 1 week stay on half board as a family with kids. From the moment we arrived we were upgraded to a beautiful large family suite, and honestly it was grand! Miri took us for a tour in the buggy cart of the grounds as to there everything was and even gave us a tour of the rooms and explained everything, he was extremely helpful during our stay and catered every need. The staff at Fairmont all go above and beyond at this magnificent hotel they are already aware of your every need without even asking. It's so lovely how they all call you be your name early on, they really make the experience personable. The grounds are lovely, the pools are spacious - our kids had a fab time as they had a kids pool too. Oliviers is great to get a bit of food outside or by the pool. Room service are amazing they kept our room looking immaculate and stocked up our coffee and water. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, such an wide variety of pastries and danishes, egg station, cereals, fruits, there's something for everyone. Once again the staff are very attentive and really get to know you, After day 2 staff knew exactly what coffees I liked to order and would have it ready before me even asking. Big shout out to Driss for always being so warm and welcoming throughout the day, always smiling and making sure we were ok and had everything we needed. The restaurants for dinner also didn't disappoint, Al Ain is lovely for some Moroccon Lebanese food and portions are extremely generous. Thank you to all the staff there for being so kind, polite and helpful especially to Miriam for being so lovely and helpful. We also had dinner at Capricci which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the food there especially the Semifreddo dessert - it's the best! Thank you especially to Flan and Iliyas for always looking after us and our needs, I have a fussy 5 year old and they always made sure he was catered for. All the staff are really professional and their customer service is top level, we were left so impressed I cannot praise them enough. They are a huge asset to Fairmont and really do justice to the brand. This was our first time at the resort and honestly I'd come back again because of how amazing the customer experience is. Yes it's a big resort and you will need a buggy cart most of the time but it's a great experience in getting around, you can still walk to main areas of the resort but cart is still fun to take. The resort is about 20mins from the airport, 20 to 25 mins to Menara Mall and M Avenue- which isn't actually too bad of a drive. There is an onsite gym at this resort, spa and hairdressers which was lovely, great facilities including a womens only pool within the spa and the gym has a large pool of its own. Tennis courts are really good, my family really enjoyed this! Overall we had a fabulous stay, thank you to every single member of staff for giving us such wonderful memories, your customer service and the experience you provide is top level, because of this experience we look forward to coming back. We’ve had the most wonderful stay at the Fairmont Royal Palm. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and genuinely looked after. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and everyone was consistently kind, friendly and happy to help. Travelling with two young children isn’t always easy, especially at dinner time, but the team were so patient with them. They would chat with them, keep them entertained and make them feel so special, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy our meal. Those little moments meant so much to us. The level of service throughout our stay has been exceptional, but what makes this hotel truly special is the people. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want everyone to have the best possible experience. A special thank you to Alaa, Mouhja, Hamza, Mohammed and Maryam. You were all so kind, thoughtful and attentive, and you really made our holiday extra special. Your warmth and generosity won’t be forgotten, and you are a real credit to the Fairmont Royal Palm. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and hope to be back again one day.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful resort travelling with 2 infants. What made our stay even more special was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The staff were some of the most welcoming, attentive people I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and stayed very calm and positive through the entire weekend. I will absolutely be back and would recommend a thousand times over. Karim, Abu, and Flan were stand outs to me. Highly recommend getting a spa treatment, they were so good and relaxing. one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. GO HERE
