Let me start by saying I truly don’t understand the criticism this hotel receives. Fontainebleau is absolutely stunning, luxurious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The way they incorporate their signature bow tie everywhere is carefully designed into every part of the property. I previously stayed here with a friend and loved it so much that I chose to return for my anniversary. During my first visit, we experienced the spa, which was nothing short of exceptional. On this most recent stay, I visited with my husband for his first trip to Las Vegas, and he already can’t wait to come back—specifically to Fontainebleau. The restaurants are among the best on the Strip, and between the top-tier dining and free parking, there’s really no reason to venture elsewhere. Our room offered breathtaking views of the Sphere and the Strip, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The hotel’s high ceilings and smoke-free environment make a noticeable difference; it feels open, fresh, and far more comfortable than many other Vegas properties. This is, without question, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. While some may mention the location, I found it perfectly fine, especially considering that most people Uber between hotels anyway. Lastly, I feel the hotel is reasonably priced for how high end it is. I would highly recommend Fontainebleau and look forward to returning again.

It is an amazing hotel and great experience. Rooms are very clean, updated. Bathrooms are amazing, we were at the 52nd floor, and water pressure was much better than any hotel I ever stayed, even better then my house. They provide from razor and shaving cream to mouth wash. Soaps, body wash, even toilet paper is very luxurious. Bath robs, omg, lets talk about resisting to temptation to pack one of those, luckily if you have the budget, they sell them in their store 2nd or 3rd floor, can't remember. We did not had the budget for it at the time. Wearing one of those after a hot shower it feels like you are 8 y.o again and your mom is hugging you... Bed is very soft and firm same time, come and learn what a "heavenly bed" really is, Westin. Casino....If you watch any of the review videos, so many complaint about the casino, it being very basic. I played in multiple different casinos in the strip, and I lost around $20 total... guess what? I won around $32 in the fountain blue, so I loved their casino, basic or not... I definitely will stay again here, and will certainly visit the casino, may be I will play more than $10 this time to win little bigger... I wish there was a coffee machine or complimentary tea, in the room or lobby. I saw multiple people in their bathrobes at the coffee place in second floor, and I can not blame them, I want to drink a coffee when I get off the bed firs thing, even before putting my socks.

I had an amazing stay at Fontainebleau and would absolutely come back. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells incredible — the aroma alone sets the tone. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the entire property felt clean and well taken care of. There’s plenty to do without even leaving the building, with shopping, restaurants, and a full casino all inside the hotel. The room itself was a standout. The automatic lights and curtains felt next-level, and the bathroom was huge — a large soaking tub, separate shower and toilet, and plenty of space to get ready. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on; it felt like sinking into a cloud. There are a couple of drawbacks to be aware of: the soundproofing isn’t great, so you can hear activity in the hallways, especially louder guests or early-morning cleaning crews. Also, the mini-fridge is fully stocked with paid items, which means there’s no room to store your own food or leftovers. The location is a bit removed from the main strip, but getting an Uber or driving over was quick and easy. Despite the minor cons, my overall experience was excellent. The comfort, quality, and service made it a 5-star stay for me. I’d definitely return.

Valet service is too fast!!!!!!! I arrived at about 6:30pm on a concert night btw. I understand they have to move people however I don't want to be rushed so much that I forget something Which...I did...so then you have to take time to get valet and get back to your car. Room service was one hour late and not hot even though it was in a fancy heater thing when it arrived and I paid $100 for it..however coffee was HOT AND DELICIOUS and the Brioche French toast flavor and poached eggs were delicious but cold. I paid ahead for a concert and room bundle and they couldn't find it in their system which was just over $800 then I was charged again over $700 when I arrived. Their Leisure department had to look into it and half was refunded and the other for "incidentals" refunded upon check out. The room and hotel are Breathtaking! They handled my complaint in a timely manner. Staff very helpful and respectful. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, robes..alcohol..munchies..tub and shower. Rooms are quiet. Beautiful view. I would visit again!

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which set a positive tone for our entire stay. Our room was consistently clean and well maintained, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. Whether due to the season or simply the hotel’s atmosphere, it was pleasantly quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable and peaceful. I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my birthday getaway, it truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. We also loved the variety of restaurants located within the hotel. Papi Steak was a standout—definitely try the Briefcase Steak. The presentation was incredibly unique, complete with music, and unlike anything we’ve experienced at other restaurants. Another favorite spot was Le “Bonbon” at Fontainebleau, which quickly became my go-to coffee stop. They always had the best matcha, and it was the perfect way to start our days. Without a doubt, I would happily choose this same hotel again the next time I visit Las Vegas.
