Phenomenal experience at the Four Seasons Marrakech, Morocco!! Everyone went above and beyond at all times to ensure that we were well looked after. The customer service was 11/10!! The rooms were beautiful and the grounds were breathtaking. Thank you so much for an unforgettable memory!! We will definitely be back and can hardly wait. A true hidden gem 🩷

Four Seasons Marrakech exceeded all expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning gardens, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities throughout. The pool areas are fantastic, offering plenty of space to relax, and the atmosphere is peaceful despite being close to the city centre. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was of a very high standard, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore Marrakech while still enjoying a luxurious retreat. A wonderful hotel that I would happily return to.

The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of a city. It’s calm, beautifully maintained, and filled with the sounds of chirping birds. The most memorable part is the staff. From Youssef greeting us like family at breakfast every day, to Ayoub and Nihal taking care of us at breakfast, it started our day off right! Chef Rachid ouzkit prepared foods for us to try and Anas was always there to greet and help. What a fantastic staff. If we had any issues, they were responsive and determined to make it right. The lighting is absolutely stunning. I loved coming back to the room to see the lamp on with the ornate reflection on the walls. After a long day we returned to the room to find a pomegranate mint drink in a cute pot waiting for us!

Great resort and property in Marrakech. Stayed for 5 nights in a premium garden view room. The property is about 10 min from the airport and about the same from the old city of Marrakech. So you're in a bit of a 'no-mans-land' while staying there and nothing is really walkable, except for a shopping center/mall that's right next door. I'd recommend Ubering to places - about half the price of the taxis and you don't get the shenanigans that can come with the taxis (them calling ahead to contacts in the square to get you to follow them to their shops, selling you on their services for other places they could take you, etc.) The pool & spa are fantastic. Had a great massage and the adults pool is beautiful and refreshing. Great, attentive service was had at every corner - the pool, room service, check-in/check-out, breakfast, etc. Food and drinks were also very good. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The biggest issue was with the floors being marble and the chairs not having furniture pads on them so we would constantly hear our upstairs neighbors moving them around. One night it was happening around midnight. Wasn't a huge deal, and we did notify the front desk (they asked us to let them know when/if it happened again so they could come see where it was coming from), but for a Four Seasons and this level of hotel I would expect a very relaxing and comfortable experience while in my room. We did one night at Riad 72 in the hear of the old city and I think we enjoyed that, more authentic experience, a bit more. I'd recommend this resort if you're looking for just that, a resort experience with a big pool/spa, big breakfast buffet (that was delicious), and big property..but get a room on the top floor. Otherwise, go for a Riad in the old city.

Having recently experienced the flawless hospitality at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, I deeply admire this global brand. Morocco is a beautiful, world-renowned kingdom precisely because of its magnificent diversity, where its Amazigh, Arab-Islamic, Hebraic, Andalusian, and Mediterranean components harmoniously enrich our collective identity. This cultural tapestry is what elevates our nation .However, during a recent morning front-desk interaction, a female receptionist interjected personal, reductionist commentary into a premium client's itinerary specifically surrounding my guest, Andrew, delivering unsolicited and historically incomplete generalizations about Moroccan society. One must ask: is she a certified anthropology researcher or a university professor validated to lecture international guests on national identity A luxury front office operates at its best when maintaining absolute professional boundaries and discrete hospitality. Curation of our country's rich history should be left to certified cultural experts. I highly recommend management reinforce these professional boundaries with front-of-house staff to preserve the sophisticated, impeccable sanctuary that the Four Seasons is celebrated for
