This is our 5th year in a row visiting Sri Lanka, so we've seen a lot — both good and bad. This time we arrived as a big family of seven, including a wheelchair user, and we’ve been genuinely impressed. The service and staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. A huge plus: the pool is fully wheelchair-accessible. There are two paths to the beach: • One is just a minute away and takes you to a spot with turtles, waves, and corals. • The second leads to a calmer area without big waves — perfect for people with limited mobility. We’ve already spent 10 days here and still have another 10 to enjoy. Very happy we chose this place. P.S. There are two great restaurants nearby — one with excellent fresh fish and another Italian place with great pizza. The best part? You can order from both at the same time, so everyone gets what they want. Highly recommend — 100%.

Brilliant hotel. We had a great experience, here are our reflections.... Pro's..... - Staff were brilliant, so helpful, humble and friendly. Our room steward 'Madushanka' was brilliant, a real credit to the hotel! - The gardens were immaculate and we loved the pool and all the parrots that came to roost at night. - The food was superb. Lots of choice, well cooked and lots of flavour. - Plenty to do with e.g. swimming, gym, squash, badminton, music etc.. - location is great Con's.... - Some of the rooms are a bit dated and could do with some renovation - The check in staff need to remind all guests at check in that they shouldn't touch the sea turtles. There is one small sign, but far too many people disturbing the turtles. The hotel could do a better job of reminding guests. So my overall impression is that it's a very good 4 star hotel which needs a bit of money spent on it. However, we would definitely stay again as it's worth the cost and will recommend to others. Thank you

We are staying here for 15 nights. Location is amazing. We have turtles who visit daily, beautiful beach. Swimming pool is lovely, staff are just the best. We’ve eaten here several times as well as daily breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here. Easy travel distance for whale watching and safari. Staff are lovely especially Muthamali and Kavindi.

We visited Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon for our office outing, and overall it was a memorable experience. The lunch buffet didn’t offer a very large spread, but the items available were delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. The hotel’s beachfront view is truly stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and chill, with a majority of the guests being foreign travelers, which gives the place a peaceful and resort-like feel. The room views were equally impressive, offering a beautiful outlook over the ocean. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. This hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing escape with good food, great views, and a serene ambiance.

The location made it easy to get around, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The food was also really good, with fresh and tasty options throughout my stay. It was truly great value for money, and I would happily return again.
