Had a wonderful stay at this hotel on 22nd & 23rd The location is beautiful, with a calm and peaceful sea view that makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing, and the quality and variety were excellent. A special thank you to F&B Manager Mr. Yasarathne Bandara for his outstanding support and hospitality. His friendly and professional service truly made our experience memorable. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

This has been a great holiday for our family at this stunning resort. The location is perfect, access to the beach is incredible and all the activities you can choose from just make the stay even better. Breakfast was a highlight for us - we’ve never had better hoppers in our lives - Jasinthe is the hoppers queen! I had her hoppers everyday for breakfast and would come back to have more. She and the entire wait staff were amazing and caring, helping us throughout our stay. Mahesh and his team looked after us on the ground actively, Lavaneethan and his team ensure our rooms were well cleaned and looked after. Our children were actively trashing the room so I appreciate the effort he went to ensure it was a clean and safe space for them to play in. He also made sure we were never short of water either. It’s definitely a place worth the visit! The team just make it so easy for families to come and stay. We stayed for four nights and it was seem less. From check-in to check-out it was great!

The convenient, quiet location of this hotel becomes obvious right from the start. After a warm greeting, quick check-in, a welcoming iced tea and cold face towel, we were already enjoying the view of the pristine pool and ocean from the lobby. The butler/concierge had our luggage taken care of within minutes and was available whenever we needed anything. We stayed on the 1st floor, which turned out to be a great choice, with views over the courtyard, pool, beach and ocean. The room was clean, well stocked, well lit and serviced every day. The air conditioning could probably use an upgrade, but it worked fine during our four-day stay and really didn't take anything away from the overall experience. The sandy beach is literally steps from the pool, with plenty of deck and lounge chairs and beach towels provided. The sea was noticeably calmer than on the western and southwestern parts of the island, so I would definitely recommend coming here in September. I especially want to mention the staff in the dining hall, the cooks (great buffet choices) and the reception manager. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, but without making it feel forced or overly formal. And the smiles — you really can't beat the friendliness here. It genuinely feels like everyone working at the hotel enjoys having tourists around. All in all, Trinco Blue by Cinnamon was excellent value for money and a very enjoyable four-day stay. You really just have to show up, relax and enjoy it. Highly recommended, and yes, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

What an amazing experience. Im not really a resort type of person but this place is simply wonderful. From the beautiful pool, gardens and our lovely beach facing room. The staff were amazing and special mention for Hasith and Jeyantnan from the restaurant. These 2 guys were genuinely happy and very attentive. Also a mention for Kaveesha in reception who was very helpful. The beach and beach water was clean and very swimmable. And the dinner and breakfast buffet was probably the best we have had in Sri Lanka and it was great to speak with the executive chef who runs the whole show.

We visited for the buffet dinner to celebrate my parents’ anniversary. Yeshani and Maheshi had thoughtfully arranged a beautiful cake for the occasion, which made the evening even more special. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. While the buffet offered a simple selection of dishes, everything was delicious and prepared to a high standard. The live music added a wonderful atmosphere to the evening, and the lovely view made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a memorable celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
