Our recent stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon was absolutely fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly open, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The level of service was truly outstanding across the board. A special shout-out must go to Manesh. He was exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and consistently ready to assist with any request, big or small. His positive attitude made our days brighter! We also highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services. The Marheni Spa massage was a highlight—complete professionalism! You will genuinely feel reborn after your visit there. The hotel also prioritizes safety and security. The entire environment is well-cared for and protected by dedicated guards, and we felt very secure knowing that the beach was monitored throughout the night. Overall, a brilliant experience with top-notch service and relaxation. We can't wait to return!

We spent two days at the beach chalet. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we had a wonderful time in Trincomalee. As we were travelling with an infant for his firstBirthday, the staff made sure to assist us with everything. We truly appreciate the housekeeping team for their beautiful decorations. A big thank-you goes to Prakeeran for joining us and taking photos during the baby’s cake-cutting. The housekeeping team checked on us regularly, which we really appreciated. Jayanthan and Mahesh at the main dining area did a wonderful job of keeping us comfortable. Sameef and Rafeel took great care of our baby’s needs. We would also like to acknowledge the professional service provided by Thakshila and Kelum. The buffet was overall good, but serving processed chicken “bacon” instead of real bacon was disappointing for such a reputable hotel. Finally, we would like to mention the issue of wild dogs roaming around the chalets. One of the dogs even slept on the outdoor mattress. With a baby, we cannot risk hygiene, so better control over this would be appreciated.

Hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The warm welcome and the thoughtful send-off made our stay truly memorable. I want to especially highlight the outstanding service of Mr. Gamini Disanayaka from the CNT team. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were truly unmatched. He consistently checked on us, anticipated our needs, and ensured that every part of our stay was smooth and comfortable. His dedication made a remarkable difference, and it is clear that he treats every guest with the highest level of respect and warmth. He is truly the heart of this hotel’s hospitality. Kudos also to Mr. Siva from the F&B team, whose service was equally warm and top-notch. The food was delicious with great variety, and he made sure we were always well taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. Combined with the incredible service from both Mr. Gamini and Mr. Siva, Trinco Blu truly stands out. With staff like them, it feels like the “palace of Trincomalee” : from service to food to comfort. I will definitely return to Trinco Blu whenever I am in Trincomalee.

We had a lovely stay at Trinco Blue! We went on a trip with family, the view is just stunning, sitting on miles of beach. We had the best time swimming in the beach and just coming back and diving into the pool right after! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Madusha at the front desk went abovd and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We really loved it there
