We stayed here for my birthday and had a wonderful time! The staff were incredibly thoughtful - when I came back to my room to find it beautifully decorated with flowers. It was such a nice touch. They also surprised me with a complementary cake. It was lovely and sweet. A huge shout-out to Maheshi, for making the evening unforgettable. We booked two rooms, and they were spotless with amazing sea view and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the Captain's deck, and the staff went above and beyond.The food was 10/10 and the service was top-notch. Will definitely be returning again and Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

Trinco Blu is truly a marvelous place filled with breathtaking beauty. It is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, offering a calm and relaxing environment that makes your stay unforgettable. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings create the perfect escape from busy daily life. A special appreciation goes to Kalum at the restaurant, who did a wonderful job throughout our stay. He was always caring and attentive to our baby's requirements and made sure we were comfortable at all times. His kindness and excellent service made our experience even more special. We would also like to thank Indika, the Guest Manager. Although he was very busy, he personally cared for each and every guest, going towards them and asking about their requirements. His dedication and attention to detail truly show excellent hospitality. Anjalie at the restaurant also provided very good service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience pleasant. Trinco Blu is definitely a must-visit destination for anyone looking for relaxation, comfort and exceptional hospitality.

We had an exceptional stay at TrincoBlu.. the staff was very attentive and took care of us well. Food was amazing, the buffet had such a variety of food options. Well worth the price you pay and highly recommend. Also great for kids with a baby pool and easy access to the beach! Highly recommend! Special mention to Maheshi at the buffet service who took care of us and our little one.

Recently, we had a lovely two night stay at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon. The white sandy beach and the beautiful view from our room made the whole experience feel so relaxing. While the rooms could use a little renovation, it honestly didn’t affect our stay at all. The food was fresh and really tasty, and the service felt warm and genuine almost like being at home. A special mention to Kelum from F&B, who always went the extra mile with his service to make sure we were comfortable. Also girls from the front desk make it home. Overall, it’s a great spot for a simple, cosy getaway with plenty of sunshine, sea breeze, and the perfect place to recharge. And I have to say, the beds were incredibly comfy too. 🌊☀️

Trinco Blu By Cinnamon gave my family and I a great stay and experience for the few days we were at Trincomalee. I must say that as soon as we stepped foot into the luxury resort we were greeted with kindness, amazing hospitality, wet towels and some complementary drinks 🍹. I cannot stress how much the view of the resort is, you can honestly spend an hour lying on one of their hammocks getting immersed inside of the beautiful ocean waves and sounds. All 4 meals we had during our 2 night stay were delicious and there wasn't a single thing that disappointed our likes. The pool was well maintained and precautiously looked after by the staff there. We could also order drinks anytime during our stay in the rooms and outside at the pool which truely elevated our experience. I must say that the highlight of our entire experience at Trinco Blu was the service of the extremely warm and welcoming staff of the resort. Each and every staff member treated every one with overwhelming respect and such thorough attention. Here are star staff members names who made our stay here even more luxurious and homely: Jeyanthan, Mahesh, Ravi, Thanajan, Sudeeka and Jashintha. Although each and every staff member deserves to be praised with the exceptional assistance they served for us and the others who stayed at the resort. Overall Trinco Blu by Cinnamon is Trincomalee's best resort you can stay at and definitely one of Sri Lanka's most finest ones yet. I hope to come again and wish that whoever plans on coming here is met with the same experience that we had. ❤️🏝️
