This hotel is nice, with luxurious facilities and kind, sincere staff. My son puked when he first came and the staff were very patient, with no complaints or unhappiness whatsoever. My compliments to Thusitha especially, who left a cool towel art surprise on our bed! He was very attentive to our requests. The pool is great as well, enjoyed a nice cocktail and the poolside bar. The only thing is everything was closed pretty early — kids club by 5pm, spa by 6pm. The breakfast was quite limited as well. All in all, a good stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Eden Resort Beruwala. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing with excellent hospitality throughout our stay. A special thank you to Miss Lithara for her outstanding service and kindness. She was extremely professional, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. Her warm and friendly attitude truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

I would like to thank Ms./Mrs. Sukathna, the trainee receptionist, who truly impressed us with her warm smile and outstanding hospitality. I visited with my wife and three children for one night, and every request we made was handled promptly and willingly. She never hesitated to assist us and made our stay very comfortable. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Thilaka (or Thilanga) from the buffet area. He always had a smile on his face and provided quick, efficient service. His attention to detail and excellent arrangements were superb. Overall, the service was outstanding. The hospitality, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff made our experience truly memorable. We look forward to visiting again, especially because of the excellent service and the welcoming smiles of the staff. ❤️❤️❤️

We recently visited Eden Hotel on April 9, 2026, with our co-staff team for our company annual trip and one-day stay experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully arranged and professionally managed. The hotel atmosphere was absolutely amazing, with elegant room designs, a relaxing theme, and very comfortable facilities. The swimming pool area and beach surroundings were especially beautiful and created the perfect environment to relax and enjoy with the team. One of the highlights of our stay was the night beach party with live music and a bonfire. The entire event was well organised and created unforgettable memories for all of us. The service provided during the party was exceptional, and the staff members were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the night. A special thank you goes to Miss Nethmi and Miss Lithara for their outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service. Even though I cannot remember all the staff names, the entire team truly made us feel welcomed and cared for until the very end of the event. Special thanks to the overall Eden Hotel team for their dedication, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Your excellent service made our company trip memorable, enjoyable, and truly special. We highly recommend this hotel for company events, group outings, and relaxing vacations.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway at hotel Occidental eden. The staff were incredibly friendly special Shehana and wentout of their way to ensure our comfort from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless and great decor and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast lunch buffet, which had a huge variety of options, and the flexible restaurant service was much appreciated. The location was perfect. We hope to be back for longer visit in the future and highly recommend thishotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming stay!
