We had a lovely week staying at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, very freindly, polite and courteous. Our room was fine, fairly standard of any resort we have stayed at. The food was delicious and consistantly good, with a huge amount of choice as you would generally expect from an all inclusive buffet. The cold desserts were a bit odd at times though, and were a bit rubbery and tastless. We prefered the hot puddings such as the sago and bread and butter pudding. There was just a few things which we felt a bit let down with, considering the cost of the holiday and the all inclusive aspect. These were the lack of ANY sugar free drinks (apart from soda water) unless we paid for them, and very poor wine, which was only served at dinner service. There was no choice, except for red or white, and even though I am not fussy about red wine, I really look forward to a glass at dinner. I was served a very sweet (almost like a dessert wine) which I couldnt drink most nights, and ended up having to pay for a decent red wine! Neither myself nor my husband are heavy drinkers and only had a few drinks each evening so I felt we really didnt get any value and it would have been cheaper to not have paid all inclusive prices when booking. That aside, we really enjoyed our holiday, and the staff absolutely made it for us by making us feel so welcome. Thankyou!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The calm and beautifully designed rooms created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The front office staff were exceptionally friendly, making every interaction pleasant and welcoming. A special thank-you to **Gayan at the reception**, whose professionalism and warm attitude made my stay even more memorable. The food and drinks were delicious, with a **large and impressive buffet** offering plenty of choices. Overall, the experience was truly **worth the money**, combining comfort, great service, and excellent dining. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway!!

Occidental Eden Beruwala is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have visited in Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly designed for a comfortable stay. The hotel surroundings are clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the overall environment truly gives a sense of luxury and calm. One of the best parts of our experience was the incredibly smooth and fast check in process. We didn’t have to wait at all, and everything was handled with great efficiency and professionalism. I want to give a special mention to Kawya, who helped us from the very beginning. She was extremely friendly, polite, and supportive, making sure we felt comfortable and fully informed. Her warm smile and helpful nature added so much value to our stay. Kawya’s dedication and genuine care for guests really impressed us. She made everything easier for us and always checked whether we needed anything. Because of her, our first impression of the hotel became even more positive. Overall, Occidental Eden Beruwala is a wonderful place with excellent service, and Kavya truly deserves appreciation for making our experience memorable. I would happily visit again.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Eden Resort & Spa with our team, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort’s location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by natural beauty and offering a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay so relaxing. The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at Occidental Eden Beruwala! From the warm welcome at arrival to the friendly smiles throughout the stay, everything was perfect. Adithya helped us in the check-in. He is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with a relaxing ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of local and international dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
