If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had a very pleasant stay at Royal Palm Beach and overall really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is beautiful and offers many facilities and activities, making it a great place for families. As it is quite large, it can feel a bit more complex and busy than smaller resorts, which is something we personally enjoy a little less. However, everything is well organized and easy to access. Please note that there is no direct access to the beach, which is something to keep in mind when booking. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. They were especially lovely with the children and even gave them soft toys, which meant so much to us. Their kindness and attention made a real difference. We are very grateful for the warm welcome and great service, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and friendly family stay.

Nice hotel with friendly service. We visited this hotel kn the 14th of Feb and the hotel gave us a free room upgrade to a sea view suite. They also gave us chocolates and flowers. The food was good and tasty had a wide variety. The pool was huge and well maintained. Must say that there was no beach access to the hotel. Which was really a disappointment. And the rooms were quite old and nit sound proof.

The hotel offers good hospitality and a nice view, and the cleanliness level was acceptable. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. However, there are limited good choices available, and late check-out is charged at USD 15 per hour. The biggest downside is that there is no direct access to the beach. Additionally, the gym is in modest condition and has an unpleasant smell, which affected the experience

The property was lovely and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was amazing. We loved our stay. I visited for my birthday with my husband. We did not inform the hotel in prior of my birthday. However, Sampath from restaurant staff organized me a birthday cake at the breakfast table just after seeing my husband brought me gifts. Very impressive service from all staff.

Hotel stay was really great that we extended it for an additional day than planned. Food was great, service was great. The pool and overall vibe is pretty amazing and relaxing. Had many activities including badminton, table tennis, tennis, squash etc. Was a lovely stay. We got the Executive Suite, and it was great as well.
