The hotel offers good hospitality and a nice view, and the cleanliness level was acceptable. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. However, there are limited good choices available, and late check-out is charged at USD 15 per hour. The biggest downside is that there is no direct access to the beach. Additionally, the gym is in modest condition and has an unpleasant smell, which affected the experience

The property was lovely and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was amazing. We loved our stay. I visited for my birthday with my husband. We did not inform the hotel in prior of my birthday. However, Sampath from restaurant staff organized me a birthday cake at the breakfast table just after seeing my husband brought me gifts. Very impressive service from all staff.

Where do i start there has been so much disappointment. Food barely edible and most of the time cold. Even the restaurant you pay to go in, the food was got but the meat was tough as old boots. Drinks very watery sometimes wondered if there was any alcohol in them, then they ran out of coke zero only drink hubby could have being a diabetic so they tried to just give normal coke without saying. The hotel grounds need some TLC cushions on the sun loungers all stained, broken parasols, tiles around the pool area mouldy, pool a nice size though. Some staff are a little rude but majority are very friendly and want to help, you do get them keep coming over whilst you try and relax mainly as the want tips. We complained numerous times but they just tell you there sorry and will sort things but to be honest the management don't seem to give a shit. There is no way this is a 5 star hotel more along the 3 star rating from previous places we have stayed. Also false advertising as there is NO BEACH just rocks with the sea all the way upto them so unable to go out to the sea either. They also have corporate events alot and they all just seem to get drunk, very loud and over take the pool and restaurant. On one day they had to pull 5 guys out of the pool as they were face down, management nowhere to be seen it was left to the gardener and pool guy to sort them. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Royal Palm Beach Hotel is a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway by the sea. 🌴🌊 The location is excellent, right on the beach with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The garden areas and pool are well maintained, making it perfect for both families and couples. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really adds to the overall experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities. The food is also very good, offering a nice mix of local and international dishes. Evenings by the poolside or beach are especially beautiful, with a cool breeze and the sound of waves. 🌅 Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service in a beachside setting

This hotel provides an exceptional guest experience, starting with the work staff who are incredibly friendly and attentive. The property's defining feature is undoubtedly the pool, the longest I've ever seen, which is immaculately maintained thanks to proper management. The food was consistently good, and coupled with the superb service and amenities, it makes this a place I will absolutely visit again.
