My travel plans unexpectedly changed, requiring me to pivot and head to the Hilton Sukhumvit earlier than standard check-in time. Luckily, the property was incredibly accommodating. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, they brought me straight up to the Executive Lounge for check-in, got me into a room early, and even upgraded me to the 19th floor on one of their Executive levels. The hospitality has been amazing my entire stay; the whole staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The property itself has a beautifully refined Art Deco theme that gives it a great vibe. Downstairs, the breakfast buffet is an incredible spread with a massive variety of high-quality options. The location is unbeatable—it's right by the Emporium for shopping, there’s a super convenient 7-Eleven next door, and plenty of great food and drink spots within walking distance. Finally, don't miss the rooftop: they have a very nice gym right next to a fantastic pool. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok! From the moment we arrived at the lobby to our time at the Executive Lounge and breakfast every morning, the service was truly outstanding. A special shoutout to the breakfast team — Linda at the front who greeted us, Chef Joke in the kitchen, and Tom, the supervisor. Mornings at the restaurant are clearly busy, but every single day they stayed warm, attentive, and professional with every guest, including us. You could really feel how much care and dedication they put into their work, even during the rush. It honestly made our mornings so much more enjoyable. The whole hotel experience was excellent — great location, lovely facilities, and the Executive Lounge breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks were all a real treat. A huge thank you to Linda, Joke, Tom, and the entire team for taking such good care of us. Wishing you all continued success and happiness, both at work and in life. During my 30 years of travelling all around the world, this was the worst hotel experience ever. We had many issues and we had to change rooms 2 times. First issue was blood stains on the bed sheets. I complained and the staff changed the sheets. The staff offered us a late checkout, and I thought it was a fair compromise. But then the worst thing happened. The second issue was that the toilet seat leaked water and filled the whole hotel room with disgusting toilet water, it destroyed my baggage, slippers and shoes. At this point I didn’t want to stay at this hotel anymore and I was very fed up but I kindly asked for a refund so I could change the rest of my stay at a different hotel. They said that I can change to a different hotel but they refused to give back my money. And again I got a new room. Imaging having toilet water in the whole hotel room that destroyed and contaminated your belongings and the staff didn’t even care about it and our bad experience. They offered to dry our bags and shoes. They didn’t offer any kind of compensation after all of our bad experience. It was something I had to suggest after my last room change. So we got a new room again, but this time there were yellow stains in the bed sheets. So I talked to the staff again, but they still refused to give me a refund so I could change hotel. Instead they offered a better room and after I asked for some kind of compensation they offered a transfer to the airport. This is not a fair compensation for the all the disgusting issues we’ve been through. And they refused to compensate for my baggage that was destroyed by the disgusting toilet water. This is by far the worst service and experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I stayed at the Hilton for my first-ever solo trip, and they made it unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday — from the cake to the decorations, every detail made me feel genuinely appreciated and cared for. The breakfast was incredible. So many options, everything fresh, and honestly it felt endless. It became something I looked forward to every morning. The gym was another huge highlight. It’s on the rooftop with amazing views, and having 24-hour access was perfect for my routine. Working out as the sun came up felt unreal — such a peaceful, energizing way to start the day. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location was central and safe, with super easy access to the BTS. Even during my very late-night walks, I felt completely comfortable in the area. For a first-time solo traveler, that sense of safety and care means everything. Hilton made me feel welcomed, celebrated, and supported from start to finish. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever switch from Hilton — especially for international trips. They’ve definitely earned a loyal guest for life.
