Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical Tenerife really is a dream come true for anyone craving a fabulous holiday in the sun-kissed island of Tenerife. This charming escape in the popular resort of Costa Adeje boasts tastefully-appointed accommodation with a host of excellent facilities to ensure total comfort during your stay. Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical was absolutely amazing. The hotel is in a stunning location with beautiful surroundings, a wonderful atmosphere and such a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Our room was immaculate, the food was superb and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and professional. My father-in-law lives in Tenerife, so we would usually stay with him. However, after I lost my passport during my birthday trip and our time on the island was unexpectedly extended, we decided to treat ourselves to a few nights here and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The entire experience was out of this world and completely flawless from start to finish. I genuinely have zero complaints. The whole team should be incredibly proud of the service they provide, as every detail was handled beautifully. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife. An unforgettable birthday stay in a truly special hotel! Also Las Rocas Beach Club which is 2 minutes from this stunning hotel is amazing too for evening drinks with a fantastic DJ and beach views. We watched the sunset here one evening and it was phenomenal experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel — we will definitely be back! ❤️ We have had such a wonderful stay here as a couple. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been incredible — genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and extremely well maintained, with gorgeous tropical gardens and lovely views. Our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable and felt every bit as luxurious as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The toiletries and mini bar were a lovely touch too. The food has been amazing throughout our stay. I have several food allergies, and I was genuinely impressed by how carefully the staff handled them. They were knowledgeable, reassuring and made sure I always had plenty of choices rather than making me feel like a problem. That made such a difference. Another huge bonus is the location. There are restaurants, bars and shops just a couple of minutes’ walk away, but the hotel itself feels wonderfully peaceful. We also never struggled to find a sunbed, even at different times of the day. The housekeeping team deserve a special mention too — our room was always beautifully looked after.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back! The name “Tropical Resort” truly says it all. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning tropical gardens, countless palm trees, and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, delicious food, great variety, and surprisingly good value. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection of different dishes to choose from! And don’t miss the Sunset Bar! The name says it all: breathtaking ocean views, unforgettable sunsets, and some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. The only small downside was the housekeeping. We requested fresh bed linen, but only the sheet was changed while the duvet cover and pillowcases remained the same. Used towels were occasionally folded and put back, sometimes still damp. We also experienced an unpleasant smell from the air conditioning. It was fixed once, but unfortunately returned after a couple of hours. Overall, these were only minor issues during an otherwise fantastic stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife

Spent a week here in april 2026, and we absolutely LOVED it! Perfect location, wonderful and superfriendly staff, and the hotel itself was magical. Supercalm atmosphere. We had a junior suite since we were staying so long, and it was absolutely massive. The bed was enormous and the best bed I have ever slept in. We had asked for a quiet location because of our child, and we got a room towards the parking area, which suited us nicely (we could even see Teide from our balkong!). We couldnt here a thing in our room, even when there was live music in the bar. The pool area is big, with one Maine pool and one baby pool. It thought the water was absolutely freezing and uncomfortable, but the rest of the family quite enjoyed it. Lots and lots of sun beds. We had halfboard, with breakfast and dinner or lunch, unfortunaltly that was a waste of money. The big buffet had ALOT of different foods, but the allergen warnings were a big mess. Most of the time, you didnt know what belonged to which dish and many dishes didnt have any signs at all. Most of the food were also very boring, but the dessert selection was outstanding. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice, but the concern with allergy warnings were the same unfortunatly. We only ate at the Italian theme resturant, and it was not a good experience. The waiter was not very impressed with our order, it was very strange. The pizza was bland with too much tomato, the carbonara was good but tiny portion. We swapped dinner for lunch one day, and ate at the Barefoot grill. It was okay. Everywhere was clean, and the places with a set menu had good allergen markings. We did hire a car and payed to park in the hotel parking lot. It cost 15 euro a day, but we thought it was worth it :) Overall, lovely staff, magical hotel design and location. We will probably return to this hotel if we come back to this side of tenerife again, but with a sea view room and just breakfast.

Had an absolutely amazing time in this hotel. Stayed here in May with my wife and daughter. From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and treated us very well. Breakfast was super everyday. We ate dinner mostly in places around the area but I tried the buffet in the World Cafe one of the evenings and the choice was excellent. The pool area was very clean and good choice of beds. The games area is fantastic. The room was cleaned everyday and the ability to order special pillows using the webapp was really good. We didn’t find any faults with the hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality.
