This place deserves zero stars. The photos online must be from when the hotel first opened, because what we experienced looked nothing like them. Honestly, a basic motel would have been a better option. The lobby is the only nice area of the property. As soon as you step off the elevator, the hallway is dark and smells old and musty. When you enter the room, you’re immediately hit with a strong odor that smells like dirty diapers. I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms, which they did. Unfortunately, the second room was somehow even worse than the first. When we walked in, there was a broken can of cleaning spray sitting right in front of the door, and the room smelled like it hadn’t been aired out in months. This was supposed to be my daughter’s birthday weekend, and she actually cried because she wanted to leave. Just walking into the rooms made you feel like you needed to get out immediately and take a shower. Before dismissing this review, please take a look at the photos I’ve attached. For the price they charge, this hotel seriously needs to address cleanliness and maintenance.

The condo we rented had plenty of room and was fairly well equipped, but was definitely out of date and well-used. That didn't really bother us. We were there in the "off-season" and it wasn't teaming with kids but there was the day to day noise of traffic. Locals driving cars with loud sound systems and silly exhaust systems were the real issue. Overall, this was a budget friendly location for accessing the big parks and shopping areas if you don't want to spend the money to stay on site. The pool is attractive enough but nothing to write home about. They do want to pitch you their time-share deal when you check in and offer a come-back-soon deal as you leave, but neither sales pitch was overly aggressive. We simply indicated it wasn't going to be a thing for us and they were fine. From this site to the area theme parks is around 10-15 minutes drive, although traffic at peak times can really impact that. There's lots of good shopping nearby if you're into that. The web site talked about no-charge early check in, but our experience was that this isn't really likely to happen. They weren't ready until just about 4pm and I could see other families waiting as well. There's an "Irish Pub" style restaurant on site. It was pretty much empty and the reason for that is that the food wasn't very good. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. Seemed like a nice guy running the place though, so I hope he finds a good cook and turns it around.

Not my favorite at all. Website made it look amazing but once you leave the lobby and go to the towers of rooms, your met with what I can only describe as a dirty diaper smell. The entire building smelt like fecal matter. Rooms were not well kept at all. Towels were stained with makeup/tanning lotions (*I hope*) trim around door ways was broken like someone tried to take it off the wall, the shower rod fell and hit me while I was just trying to take a shower, good amount of water damage in the bathroom as well. Obviously is water damage because the shower curtain doesnt stay closed. As soon as its pulled to stop the water from spraying out, it collapses back in on itself. Balconies are randomly wet at times (even when it didnt rain?) Stains on the chairs and carpets, no curtains over the windows just blinds so keep that in mind because your windows look directly over the pool. Key to get into the room.... hopefully you have a strong bladder because it will take a good 10+ times for the card to actually read in the door. Only positive is no bed bugs. Legit only positive. The shops use dollar tree products and sell them for 8 or 9 dollars. No shampoo and conditioner are not included beyond a 1 time use sample bottle.

Walk to discount outlets. Near Disneyworld, buy tickets at reception. The apartment for 5 of us was wonderful. Balcony overkooking the pool, full kitchen, main bedroom was enormous with separate spa bath, huge walkin shower, separate toilet. Share bathroom was shower in bath. Washer, dryer was an added.bonus. Each room was nicely appointed, just like home.

First week of March ‘26. Well appointed 2 bedroom condo/timeshare in building #1. Great location with outlet mall basically attached to property. Lots of everything nearby. Not too crazy busy. Staff friendly.
