We both enjoyed the hosptitality of all the hotel staff from receptionists, butters, restaurant staff. But I would like to emphasise the service from the concierges that provided us the boat service from the hotel to Taksin Pier and back from the River City to hotel. It definitely made our stay much more pampered. It's definitely one of our most luxurious holiday and ticked our bucket list box. Thank you very much for a memorable stay. Highly recommended if you can afford it. It's well worth it!

An Exceptional Stay — Luxury Beyond Expectations From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The atmosphere was exceptional — elegant, refined, and beyond what one would simply describe as “luxurious.” The room was beautifully designed, sophisticated, and every bit as impressive as its reputation suggests. Breakfast was outstanding, with excellent quality, variety, and presentation. What made this stay particularly memorable, however, was the combination of beautiful surroundings and truly attentive service. My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. As always, from the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. All the teams, from the pool to Bamboo bar, the level of service is truly world-class. Every meal was exquisite. The rooms are elegant, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. A special mention must go to the pillows—they were simply the most comfortable I've ever slept on and made every night's sleep absolutely perfect. I can't wait for my next stay.
