My stay at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and attentive — everyone made me feel truly welcomed. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed with a mix of classic luxury and modern comfort. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the room had great amenities like a large bathtub, a separate shower, and a view over the river. It felt peaceful and relaxing every time I came back in the evening. The hotel itself is stunning — well-kept gardens, a beautiful riverside location, and lovely common areas to walk around. The pool area is relaxing with lots of space to lounge, and there are excellent dining options right in the hotel. From the service to the details in every part of the hotel, I had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Without a doubt, some of the best, if not the best hotel service I’ve ever received! The staff were all super friendly and would do anything to make sure you have exactly what you need. We ate at Ciao Terrazza where the food was amazing! I would recommend getting the beef! We reserved our table late and requested a table next to the river which the staff were able to accommodate making our Christmas meal perfect! Getting around Bangkok from the hotel is super easy too due to the hotels private boat service which takes you over to ICONSIAM mall. From there you can get anywhere on the river which made it really easy for us to see the sights. We had an early departure flight meaning we would miss our breakfast. The hotel staff made up some bags filled with fruits, meats, juices and pastries for us to take with us which was a really nice touch. Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, I hope you stay and have a wonderful time like I did.

What an amazing experience this hotel is! I stayed here with my new husband on the last two nights of our honeymoon in Thailand and what a wonderful send off! The room was large and spacious, the amenities in the room were next level! Your own private bar, a Japanese style toilet, a rainforest shower, a super king size bed, fresh flowers, flat screen tv, I could go on. The staff were such an amazing help, so friendly and polite and incredibly respectful! The pool area is large and very clean. The food options for around the pool are exceptional, my husband asked for something off the menu and they happily prepared it. Nothing is too much of an ask here and the hotel itself is beautiful, I’d 100% reccommend booking here, even if it’s just for a night or two, you won’t regret it!

From start to finish, we had the most wonderful experience. Warm greeting at the airport, transported in a luxurious car. On the return journey to the airport, a hotel representative dealt with all details until we passed through to departures. Hotel is exquisite and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, engaging and the whole operation runs like a well oiled yet very human machine. Fabulous breakfast, lots of choice for a delicious dinners. Loved the pool with very attentive staff bringing iced water, towels etc..Lovely touches such as Christmas sticking in the room, book mark on the bed where I had left my partially read book etc. we have travelled the world and this hotel is head and shoulders above most hotels.

Mandarin Oriental Bangkok is a legendary hotel with a rich history and truly exceptional service. The interiors are classic and slightly retro in style, yet the rooms themselves are very comfortable and well maintained. The beds are wonderful, with excellent quality linens, bathrobes, and towels. Everything is impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated that the staff remove their shoes before entering the room, a thoughtful and respectful touch. The breakfast is outstanding, the pool area is relaxing with comfortable loungers, and the spa is located on the opposite side of the river. A private boat is provided on request, which makes the experience even more special. In addition, ICONSIAM shopping mall with luxury boutiques is just a five-minute ride away. The concierge service is professional and very helpful. Overall, it truly feels like this hotel is worth every penny.
