Our October stay was fabulous. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. From check-in to the gift shop and the pool service, they were all pleasant and happy to help. Kenshin was very attentive throughout our pool day with our multiple orders. He checked on us frequently to see if he could bring us anything, were satisfied with our order, and even picked up our trash. It was a beautiful property and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Please ignore my accidental 1 Star post. The room was amazing as was the location. It was the service that blew us away. Hb Our wheelchair accessible room had 2 queen beds, a roll in shower, and a very large balcony overlooking the pool area. It was beautifully decorated with extra large drawers, mirror and closet. We took lots of pics. There were many stores and restaurants all within walking distance including a mini mall and a town center area with palm trees and play areas. Lots of photos/videos were also taken. We ate at Euphoria in the resort, and it was great. The customer service was phenomenal! We asked for extra cups and coffee for the coffee maker, and received it immediately with a smile. We also asked the front desk for a shower chair and six extra pillows. They were delivered within 30 minutes. The clerk in the gift shop was especially wonderful. Margaritaville, Orlando, is definitely a 10 out of 10! Two Texas Teachers

First night staying at the resort, and we went out for a late dinner at Euphoria. The resort is beautiful and clean, the food and drinks were excellent. But our server Riahh was AMAZING! What a breath of fresh air! She was lovely and very good at her job! Thank you Riahh for a lovely dinner.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great overall stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando. We did have an issue with our cottage when we arrived, but the staff handled it the right way and ultimately made it right. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly, and the property itself was clean and well maintained. The water park was also really good for what it is. A few of the rides were closed during our visit, but there was still plenty to enjoy. The bar food was okay, and the drink selection was good. My only real negative experience was with the sales presentation for the vacation packages. I would honestly recommend saving yourself the time and skipping that part. Our sales representative was extremely disappointing. I’m in sales myself, and I genuinely believe you can be persistent and push for a sale while still being respectful and professional. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he repeatedly talked about having “sold his company for $184 million,” which honestly made the interaction even more bizarre. I’m an extremely calm person and didn’t let his behavior ruin my stay, and I also understand that one employee doesn’t represent the entire team. Putting that experience aside, everything else about our stay was good. The resort was clean, the staff outside of that interaction was welcoming, and they did a good job making things right when we had an issue with the cottage. Overall, I’d stay here again and would recommend Margaritaville Resort Orlando. Just skip the sales pitch and enjoy the resort!

We just finished our stay. We had two rooms booked, the hospitality suite, and a standard double queen room. The hospitality suite is labeled that it has one king bed in a separate bedroom and is marketed for four people because it is supposed to have a pull out couch in the living room . It in fact was not a pull-out couch. It was a sectional couch with no bed to pull out and There was no bed for my children to sleep in. Had I been made aware of this at check-in I would have requested a different room that had two beds. While we enjoyed our stay and the amenities were wonderful and enjoyed the free passes to Island H2O water park.... The hospitality suite was in shambles. And for what I paid to stay in that room, I think it's ridiculous that the hospitality suite room 122 had broken tile in the bathroom, layers of soap scum on the walls, none of the sliding doors to the bedroom or the bathroom closed appropriately. They were all broken at the bottom. The vinyl floor in the kitchen was peeling up at the entry point to the kitchen and everyone kept tripping on it, there were chunks taken out of the vinyl flooring all throughout the room. We went and purchased groceries for our stay because we had a full size refrigerator and all of our freezer food spoiled because the freezer did not work. The dishwasher was not appropriately secured to the countertop so when you opened the top rack it would fall forward. I also had the unfortunate experience of my bathing suit being stolen off of our balcony. It was hanging on a chair drying on our balcony and when we woke up the next morning it was gone. Nobody else's clothing that was hanging there was gone so I know that hotel staff did not remove my clothing from the balcony. In our queen double one side of the curtains did not open, and the bathroom was very dirty to the point of where I had to clean it myself. Also, the doorbell did not work and continually our wristbands that are also your room key would not open that door. For what I was charged which was just over $3,000 for a three night stay, I think that the rooms could have been in much better condition. We did have great service throughout our stay. Great pool service, but each day that we went to the pool, there was a smell of burning plastic in the air. That was so bad on Saturday that we didn't even spend more than an hour at the pool because everyone was getting headaches. I don't think that we would stay again. And especially not in a hospitality suite for $1,700 that was in such terrible condition. Also, both rooms said that they were a pool view but you can't actually see the pool because of extremely tall bushes blocking any view of the pool.
