I was chilling poolside on a Friday afternoon and had a great time! There was a live dj with the vibes, but the atmosphere still felt relaxed. What made my visit awesome was the staff! The bartender, Christine was crushing it. There was a line, but she was moving quick and doing it with a smile. I had a piña colada and added strawberry flavor (which I learned is called a Miami vice). Be mindful that drinks and food can be pricey! I'm huge on customer service and Cory and Rey were excellent. They were warm and welcoming upon entry to the pool. I'm not sure if there were servers assigned to the clam shell area, but no one asked me if I wanted to order anything while I lounged. Until Cory checked on me, that is. He brought a menu so I could order food from the comfort of my shell and even delivered it to me too! I had the blackened Mahi sandwich with fries and it was so good. Much better than I expected for bar food. They also had a bingo game, which Cory hosted and made the game fun with his quick witted humor. Overall, my experience was lovely and I would definitely visit again in the future.

We had an amazing visit and will definitely be back again. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and everything you need on site or within walking distance. The only part of my entire stay I didn't like was the open shower. I got a little cold, but it wasn't that big of a deal and the shower itself was nice. Other than that, it was perfect and you don't find that very often especially in resorts, from my experience. The on-site restaurant had amazing brunch options and wasn't overpriced. They had delicious margaritas in the evenings as well as good live entertainment. Provisions had a wonderful chai tea that I enjoyed and just about anything I would have needed had I forgotten to pack something. I'm looking forward to my next stay, hopefully longer than the 3 days I had this trip.

Decided to stay here for the Disney marathon, and I’m glad I did. The Check-In process can be slow, but the whole vibe of the resort is just fun. Ty eyes a ‘tropical resort’ vibe to all this and your room keys are all in armbands. I also liked the magician at the lobby. I stayed at one of the cottages during my stay and I enjoyed it! We got a 2 bedroom cottage instead of 1, so that’s a total upgrade. I also liked how quiet it is. However, we had to leave early due to reasons outside of the hotel’s control. Overall, would recommend.

The front desk employees here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They clearly work hard, and the issues I experienced during my stay were absolutely not their fault. However, the property itself and its administrative processes left a lot to be desired. In all honesty, the rooms feel very dated. In my specific room, I noticed warped floorboards, and the showerhead had significant scale build-up, causing water to shoot in random directions. Future guests should pay close attention to the true final cost. In addition to the quoted room rate, my bill included a "Resort Fee," "Resort Fee Sales Tax," and "Resort Fee Occ Tax." For my stay, this added up to $54.48 per night, meaning my 4-night stay came with an extra $218 in unexpected fees. If you are booking through Amex Platinum and expecting the $100 property credit, be very careful to verify your checkout receipt on-site before leaving. I was instructed to charge my meal at Euphoria Restaurant to my room number so the credit would apply. At checkout, I was told an itemized receipt would be emailed to me. It never arrived. Two weeks later, I had to call the hotel and spend 30 minutes on the phone just to have the receipt manually emailed. Once I finally received it, I saw that the restaurant charge had been billed directly to my credit card in full, without the applicable Amex credit applied. Had I not spent my own time chasing down the receipt, I never would have known about the error. At the end of my stay, both I and the person I was with felt heavily pressured by the hotel's messaging to leave a positive review. Because of this, I highly recommend taking their overall ratings with a grain of salt. While the staff is lovely, the dated rooms and messy backend billing systems mean I cannot recommend staying here.

Great place to vacation. Exceptional service from the front desk David and Rafael. Fantastic drinks from Jaime and Wonderful brunch service. Dinner service from Julain was top notch. Everything detailed and friendly. Clean rooms and amazing pool. Water park tickets with room reservation
