We chose Mövenpick Marrakech for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The hotel offers beautiful facilities, great amenities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive, always ensuring that everything was running smoothly. The breakfast option is a must with a massive variety of food for all tastebuds. M Avenue is literally a 3min walk from the hotel and the souq is about 13 minutes away by taxi. The rooms were quite big, very clean, excellent showers with daily changes to bedsheets and towels. The balconies also make a massive difference. Eventhough the hotel is busy, the noise levels at night are almost at zero making sleeping very comfortable. You’ll probably be awakened by the birds chirping in the morning from the hotel gardens but I quite enjoyed that. A special thank you to Soumia, the Guest Relations Manager, for her outstanding care and attention to detail, which truly enhanced our experience. Also a special mention and thank you to Mariam and Sami in the breakfast kitchen. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay. See you guys soon

Had a massage and pedicure at the Movenpick O de Rose spa today. It was wonderful! So relaxing and very luxurious. The masseuse.did an excellent job making me feel relaxed and pampered. Bouchra gave me a beautiful pedicure that left my feet feeling like butter. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Marrakech and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach Marrakech’s main attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful atmosphere. The gardens are meticulously maintained, the pools are inviting, and the overall setting creates a true sense of tranquility. A special thank you to the reception team and specially Basma for kindly upgrading us to a suite. It was spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and, most importantly, incredibly quiet. The soundproofing allowed us to enjoy restful nights, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with our twin babies. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Both the suite and the common areas were spotless and very well maintained. What truly made our stay memorable was the service. Every member of the staff we met was welcoming, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay. Overall, Mövenpick Marrakech exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, a peaceful atmosphere, and an ideal location in Marrakech. We would be delighted to return on our next visit.

Banana Worm

The hotel is amazing, but I am 100% certain the ice cubes in the drinks made me severely ill. Luckily I only started to get ill in the last day, but this is still ongoing and I got home 5 days ago. Had to attend out of hours and can’t keep food down, resulting in time off work. To top it off we had a cockroach in our room, and it took them that long to attend and get rid of it I had already caught it as it had gone into the bin and I took it out of the room, 30 minutes later someone attended. When we checked out they gave us a 2pm time to leave. Put all of our luggage in a “safe and secure” room. It turns out this room has a leaking water machine which they knew about. This leaked all over our things, my bag was drenched and it soaked right up and into the bottom of my passport, if we checked out at 10am this would have been so much worse. The woman knew about the machine leaking, so I am unsure why people’s things were being held in there??? She had to go and dry my jumper and wanted to dry the bag although I refused because I would have had to unpack and re pack. I would advise not going to Morocco in general, outside of the hotel is just dirty and grubby. A week in Blackpool would be cleaner. Thanks for what I can only describe as a parasite in my stomach, I’ll know for sure when the results come back 🤮
