Another amazing trip to OCT! The facilities are clean and well taken care of, the food is great whether at the buffet or any of the a la carte restaurants. A great selection of food that is cooked perfectly and has amazing flavour! Take part in any of the many daily activities, Spanish lessons, guacamole making, mixology, beach volleyball, stretching and yoga on the beach, also activities specifically geared towards kids! Mask making, a teen lounge with bowling, pool, foosball. Don't forget the nightly entertainment which will regularly being in talented acts performing fire dances, acrobatics, talent shows etc. The staff is where this resort really shines. The staff and how they treat the guests is the entire reason we came back a second time and brought our children with us. Special thank you to our Concierge Carlos, very attentive and goes the extra mile to ensure things are perfect! Sommelier Rafael, super energetic and positive! Ricardo at the beach and Ricardo at Ocean Burger, both amazing! The entire breakfast crew at the Privilege Lounge Jason, Jesus, Adolpho, Adan.. I know I am forgetting some. Also Erik our most amazing host at the Mexican and the Italian restaurants, May the Force be with you ! Again, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend booking the Privilege package so you don't miss out on any of the amazing services this resort has to offer!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive! Antonio at bill marina Pool area was always joking with us and bringing us drinks. Gustavo and Alejandro at pool bar are the hardest workers with the biggest smiles! Eduardo and Henry at the chill out bar were extremely attentive and fast! The rooms are so clean, and very modern! The entire hotel is so well maintained, clean and just lovely to be at. Huge shout out to Abel at the dive shop, we booked multiple excursions through him including snorkeling, a trip to Isla Mujeres, and a dive!

Great place and great people. Luis did a great job as our butler. He was always available when we needed him and he would send us updates everyday on the different activities. Claudia and Jose had great service- they always had our chairs ready in the morning by the pool. Eduardo and Jose served us well in the privilege lounge, they were top of the line service! Fabian did GREAT with the activities, very engaging! All around great experience! The only thing I would change is the amount of raccoons on the property- there are many and they come to have dinner with you.

Awesome vacation! Ask for Luis as your butler and he will take care of you. He will send you activities for the day first thing in the morning and book all of your dinner reservations. If you want to go for a great Snorkeling trip that doesn’t break the bank go directly from the resort. Irving Escobar is the guy to see for excursions. It’s only a two hour excursion and you will see lots of fish, turtles, and stingrays. Jesus at the privilege lounge and Gustavo At the party pool are the best bartenders you will find. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Elizabeth at the El Beso pool was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to help us with Spanish lessons. She and Ricardo made spending time at the pool very enjoyable with their fun activities and excellent drink service! Jose and Claudia kept our towels and water fresh. David at check-in & Jesus and Eduardo in the Privilege lounge were friendly and efficient. Sebastian was helpful and friendly. Escobar at the Dive It shop checked on us before our arrival and throughout our stay! Even though we ultimately didn’t book an excursion, he still checked on us regularly without pressure to book!
