Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is one of the biggest advantages, with direct access to MBK Center and easy access to many of Bangkok’s main attractions, shopping malls, and public transportation. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The gym is outstanding, the swimming pool is beautiful and very clean, and the restaurant next to the pool was also very good, with excellent service. One small disappointment was our departure day. We had a late-night flight but still had to check out by 12 PM. Unfortunately, a late checkout wasn't possible because our room was already booked and the next guests had checked in. Moving to another room wasn't practical for us. However, the staff offered us access to the pool and spa facilities, including showers, towels, and an area to get ready before our flight. Our luggage was safely stored in the lobby, and everything went smoothly. Another big plus for business travelers: I had several late-night Zoom meetings during our stay, and the hotel allowed me to use the business center next to reception until very late at night. It was quiet, comfortable, and made working remotely extremely convenient. Overall, a great hotel with an unbeatable location, excellent facilities, and genuinely helpful staff. A very good choice for both families and business travelers in central Bangkok.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we honestly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Bangkok. We’ve loved both of our stays and have already recommended the hotel to our family, who will be visiting soon. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the Club Lounge. Big, Terfun, Rose and Tanya are amazing. Every day they greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Travelling with two children under the age of six can be a lot, but they made us all feel so welcome. They were always thinking of the little things that made such a big difference. From bringing the kids strawberries each day, to cutting up an apple without us even asking, or putting their favourite shows on the TV, they genuinely went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and happy. It’s those little touches that you don’t forget. They made our children feel so special, and as parents, that meant the world to us. Their kindness and genuine care are what make this hotel stand out, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Thank you for making every visit feel so special. We already can’t wait for our next trip to Bangkok, and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great breakfast at an amazing location. You can easily hail taxis from downstairs and you also have a side entrance to MBK. The rooms are spacious and it's nice there's an option for a 3 bed room. Clean and nice visually. I will just mention that the check-in process was long for some reason
