This was our second stay at this hotel, and we honestly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Bangkok. We’ve loved both of our stays and have already recommended the hotel to our family, who will be visiting soon. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the Club Lounge. Big, Terfun, Rose and Tanya are amazing. Every day they greeted us with a smile, remembered us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Travelling with two children under the age of six can be a lot, but they made us all feel so welcome. They were always thinking of the little things that made such a big difference. From bringing the kids strawberries each day, to cutting up an apple without us even asking, or putting their favourite shows on the TV, they genuinely went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and happy. It’s those little touches that you don’t forget. They made our children feel so special, and as parents, that meant the world to us. Their kindness and genuine care are what make this hotel stand out, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Thank you for making every visit feel so special. We already can’t wait for our next trip to Bangkok, and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Our stay here was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The place itself was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and very comfortable, it instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Every little detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our experience even more special. What made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They always greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. It’s rare to find a place where you can truly feel the sincerity and hospitality of the people around you. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent breakfast buffet. Every morning felt like a pleasant surprise because there were always delicious options to enjoy, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. We upgraded to a suite room snd enjoyed every bit of it. Spacious, clean, separated room, huge shower. The pool is big, one can swim quietly and others can play with separated areas. Direct entry to MBK. Good location for catching rides and good drop off. Breakfast is reach, oriental, nothing is missing. The hotel service is superb. The price is competitive. I recommend

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last month. We will definitely come back again. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, it will make you easy to relax and feel at home after a long day. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. The location is great as it offers direct access to one of the biggest malls in the area, which is incredibly convenient. Whether you’re looking for place to shop, dine at a variety of restaurants, or even squeeze in a workout at the gym, everything you need is just a short walk away.

I just got back from my beautiful trip, I must say staying at this hotel was a bliss. The way we were greeted and given so much kindness/respect was amazing. Concierge, front desk, room attendants, buffet staff, basically all members were very helpful, welcoming and just wonderful to be around. I come from Australia and we’re supposed to be a country with “first world values” but my visit to Thailand was a beautiful reminder what true respect and kindness feels like. You are made to feel as one in Thailand and I admire those values. Thank you everyone from Pathumwan Princess Hotel, I will see you guys again some day.
