We’ve stayed at several hotels in Bangkok by now, and when it comes to location, Pathumwan Princess Hotel is definitely one of the best. It’s very central and everything is easy to reach. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also large and spotless. For the location and the room alone, we would definitely come back again. The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bangkok, where the selection was more varied and extensive. The club lounge was okay, but not particularly special either. What really stood out to us was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the best hotels in the heart of Bangkok, offering exceptional convenience with easy access to many of the city’s most popular destinations. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and perfectly sized for my mother and me, providing both comfort and functionality. I especially loved the bathroom—it was beautifully designed and felt like a true highlight of the space. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring a wide variety of options that catered to both Asian and Western tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and it was truly one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. This was my first time staying in a hotel that is also connected to a shopping mall, which made the experience even more special. All the staff and employees were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. The location of the hotel was excellent — everything I needed was very close by. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking and felt almost unreal. However, there was one small issue that bothered me. At the beginning, they encouraged us to upgrade to a bigger room at a higher price, and after we paid, they informed us that we also had to pay a deposit. This should have been clearly communicated from the start. Despite that, it was still one of the best experiences. Once I saw the incredible view and the level of luxury the hotel offered, I no longer felt upset. The buffet had a very wide variety of food, which I really appreciated. Although the food personally wasn’t to my taste, this is just my opinion — my family really enjoyed it and were very satisfied. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last month. We will definitely come back again. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, it will make you easy to relax and feel at home after a long day. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. The location is great as it offers direct access to one of the biggest malls in the area, which is incredibly convenient. Whether you’re looking for place to shop, dine at a variety of restaurants, or even squeeze in a workout at the gym, everything you need is just a short walk away.

Beautiful hotell that offers everything you need. It is close to the Skytrain, shopping, places to eat and the hop on-hop off bus. Great rooms that are clean and have everything you need. In the room you will find complimentary filtered drinking water that you can tap on your own bottle. I recommand the limousine service if you want a stressfri journy to the hotel from the airport and back. The staff was service-minded, helpfull and nice. You really get the feeling that you are in a 5-star hotel.
