Overall, a very good experience. Room is clean and quite, check-in process was smooth, the front desk is usually a short wait rather than a long cue. Although the Diamond benefit doesn't cover full buffet breakfast, $30 credit is quite sufficient to be used at Muse Cafe for breakfast, they offer quick and friendly service and nice food. Two restaurants, Harvest Bistro and La Luce also have good food options for lunch and dinner, kids can eat free with adult entree order. This makes eating at the hotel a great choice, much better food comparing to Disney Park and even lower total cost. Pool and lazy river are kids' favorite! Even hotel was highly occupied during our stay, these places are not crazy and still plenty of bench chairs available. I will definitely consider to stay in the future if they keep the same standard. The only complaint might be the business center- they don't actually have a business center but just a FedEx station. There is no Hotel Internet (you have to pay via credit card for conference system).

To avoid tarnishing your Disney Resort memories by staying at such a terrible hotel, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. The restaurant is excellent, but the accommodation is not worth the stay. Both the staff's hospitality and the standard operations fall well below even the level of casual hotels such as Signia or Hilton. It might be rare for rooms to be ready by 4:00 PM. In my case, I was unable to access my room even before 6PM, and not a single staff member said sorry for this situation, every guests were responded coldly.So I realized it happens all the time. Due to the severely insufficient number of front desk staff, waiting in line for more than 30 minutes appears to be the norm. I personally had to stand in line four separate times just to get my room key—about as long as waiting for an attraction at Magic Kingdom. A few members of the front desk staff behave in a very rude and offensive manner. That said, there are also some genuinely kind and helpful staff members, and I am grateful to them. The front desk staff member named SHAY was particularly rude and condescending in her behavior toward us. I will refrain from providing details however, her words and attitude toward my family were completely unacceptable. As a result, what should have been a family holiday became a deeply unpleasant memory. I have maintained Hilton Diamond status for many years and have been a loyal supporter of the Hilton Group. I sincerely hope that these issues will be addressed and that this hotel will improve to become a respectable property.

Best part of this hotel is that its near Disney Springs ( approx 10min drive). The dinner n movie at AMC there was well worth the price. The hotel is nice, pool with lazy river was enjoyable. The pool area restaurant was pricey and the food was good (2 chk sandwiches w/fries, oder of wings 8pc, 2 alcoholic coolata drinks=$170 w/o tip). The biggest drawback to this hotel is that unless you do valet parking get ready to walk nearly a mile from your parking spot to your room, luggage in tow. The parking garage is detached from the hotel, This was not disclosed to us at booking. Quite the shock and an immediate buzz kill after check-in; brutal! Save yourself the headache and pay for the valet.

This hotel is amazing! From free shuttle service to Disney parks to the service throughout the hotel. Alyssa was my bartender at Beech restaurant at the pool she is phenomenal to say the least!! Brad is the manager and is so kind and willing to go above and beyond even when as a guest we make mistakes. The service was impeccable everyone was really kind. My husband even lost his phone and it was returned to him within the hour. 10/10 across the board if you plan on taking a family trip to Disney I recommend staying here!!

Upon checking in our rooms were ready. However, Lacy was amazing to quickly get one room ready. Lacy, Brian and Emily were all fantastic. The staff here is absolutely incredible, professional. Housekeeping team has done an excellent job cleaning daily. This is my second time at this property and I will be back . Thank you Lacy, Emily and Brian for making sure I have pure wellness rooms since my daughter has allergies. I am forever thankful to each of you for the exceptional assistance and accommodation.
