This is a wonderful Hilton property. Very spacious. Nicely designed interior and exterior spaces, great rooms and many amenities. The grandiose pool is excellent for kids and has a very relaxing lazy river. Staff were friendly and professional. Being inside the Disney property brings some conveniences like the Shuttle and access to the excellent golf course next door. Highly Recommended!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay at Signia. Friendly and efficient staff. Big, modern, and comfortable rooms. The pool area is lush and tropical. Every inch of the hotel is spotless. The early entry to Disney and the shuttle are a real bonus. It was a fabulous couple days.

The Experience: Stayed here for BHCON 2026. While the staff were genuinely nice and professional, the property itself fell short on comfort and basic maintenance. Room & Cleanliness Issues: The beds were far too hard, making a decent night's sleep nearly impossible. The A/C unit was completely inconsistent, leaving the room uncomfortably warm for large stretches of the stay. The "Nature View" room was a disappointment, overlooking the front parking lot rather than anything scenic. Upon inspecting the bathroom, I noticed concerning black spots on the shower head that appeared to be mold. Amenities & Pricing: The in-room comfort issues and environmental conditions unfortunately contributed to me getting sick during the trip. To top it off, the pricing inside is excessive even by resort standards: a single 12 oz can of soda costs $8, and a bottle of Smartwater runs $12. Appreciate the hospitality from the front-facing staff, but given the price point and sleep quality, I wouldn't stay here again.

The place over all was amazing. The pool was never overcrowded, service was great. Justin at the Beech restaurant was on point! The amenities are really good. Parking wasn't an issue for us and was easy to navigate. Popcorn at 4pm was really cool. The Disney fireworks at the lobby level you can see a few of them but it is better if you have a higher room facing Epcot. Only issue was the elevators. They were constantly overcrowded and it seems that there was only 2 out of the 4 working on our area. Long lines to get into the elevator to go up and to go down you had to wait 8-10 minutes. But we would definitely come back. And recommend this place for families. The lobby is a great place to hangout. I am really impressed with the staff and their service. And big kudos to the team during our stay!

Overall, a very good experience. Room is clean and quite, check-in process was smooth, the front desk is usually a short wait rather than a long cue. Although the Diamond benefit doesn't cover full buffet breakfast, $30 credit is quite sufficient to be used at Muse Cafe for breakfast, they offer quick and friendly service and nice food. Two restaurants, Harvest Bistro and La Luce also have good food options for lunch and dinner, kids can eat free with adult entree order. This makes eating at the hotel a great choice, much better food comparing to Disney Park and even lower total cost. Pool and lazy river are kids' favorite! Even hotel was highly occupied during our stay, these places are not crazy and still plenty of bench chairs available. I will definitely consider to stay in the future if they keep the same standard. The only complaint might be the business center- they don't actually have a business center but just a FedEx station. There is no Hotel Internet (you have to pay via credit card for conference system).
