What a great hotel! Great reception by Sebastian when I arrived getting me to a room quickly and earlier than anticipated. Claudia and other members of the wait staff were extremely friendly, and provided great service. Room was comfy, (TV was meh with some channels being off-air disappointing when trying to watch SNF & MNF) bathroom was spacious, plenty of counter space, amazing shower, water pressure. Gym was very good met all my gym needs.

We enjoyed our stay at the Signia. The hotel is very nice. The entrance and lobby was modern, open and inviting. We used the lazy river, pool, and hot tub several times during our stay. The pool is not too deep and there is a kiddie pool that is even more shallow for younger kids. The gym has many pieces of equipment for a full workout. It had everything I needed. There were plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. There were free weights, kettlebell, squat rack, and a few circuit training machines. The hotel room was great. The blue/silver color palette is very relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with functional and compact pieces of furniture. There is plenty of table surface area in both the room and bathroom. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of lighting options. We stayed at the hotel with plans to visit the Disney Parks. The shuttle stop is a very short walk from the hotel, before the parking garage. Although there are a few signs near the shuttle stop, some visible damage in the lobby or entrance would've been helpful. The shuttle bus was very convenient and punctual. Overall, our stay was excellent and we will definitely consider staying again for future trips to Orlando.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Hilton. Not only did they erroneously bill the incorrect card for my hotel stay, when I called the number on my bill, I was put on hold for 15 minutes only to be forwarded to the wrong department. The representative who assisted me while my call submitted a ticket but also disclosed they were unable to contact the appropriate office and suggested I call back. That is incredibly unacceptable. This is supposed to be a four star hotel and I had a one star experience. Now I have to jump through hoops with the hotel and my company to be properly reimbursed. At check in, I confirmed with the employee that my company card would be billed for my stay and they assured me that the card on file was for incidentals only. I am disgusted that not only was I deceived but there was no one to resolve my issue and no reasonable solutions have been suggested. If I could give you 0 stars for how valued I feel as a guest I would. I would not suggest this hotel to any of my colleagues for a conference.

Very comfy beds!!!!! The lazy river was pretty cool, but the hottub needs to be fixed, as the jets weren't working much. Just a little tip..... dont forget your room key!! You will DEFINITELY need it to get out of the parking garage. Lol.

Honestly super clean, nice modern hotel, restaurants good for the pricing range. Pool gorgeous layout and oversaw all for an event the convention area was beautiful. Recommend for anyone to stay, especially local floridians. Only downside is that the disney bus are very spaced out so checking and planning is a must and parking is not included. Wish an optional package was included in booking.
