Our stay at Signia by Hilton - An Official Walt Disney World Hotel was great. Provided waters in the room so that you don't need to ask or go to purchase some. Valet service and Bell services provided. Valet parking $63.90 per day. Labor Day holiday was very relaxing in the lazy river: grounds, pool and resort well maintained: one of the hot tub is not heating but I'm sure that will be taken care of soon. I was surprised that the resort was not crowded for the holiday. Employees were polite and willing to help, housekeeping was great, nice, clean room and linens. For buffet breakfast $34.00 person at the Harvest Bistro. Brenda at the restaurant was so amazing and very helpful and pleasant each time she checked if we needed anything else to eat etc. and kept bringing hot coffee AWESOME. She has worked with Hilton for 17 years - since 2009; I hope she can receive an award or recognition for her services. Will definitely stay here again. There was $300.00 hold taken immediately at check in that I was surprised about. Michelle RN

The place over all was amazing. The pool was never overcrowded, service was great. Justin at the Beech restaurant was on point! The amenities are really good. Parking wasn't an issue for us and was easy to navigate. Popcorn at 4pm was really cool. The Disney fireworks at the lobby level you can see a few of them but it is better if you have a higher room facing Epcot. Only issue was the elevators. They were constantly overcrowded and it seems that there was only 2 out of the 4 working on our area. Long lines to get into the elevator to go up and to go down you had to wait 8-10 minutes. But we would definitely come back. And recommend this place for families. The lobby is a great place to hangout. I am really impressed with the staff and their service. And big kudos to the team during our stay!

Great weekend stay My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel was beautiful, the pool area was really nice, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. Lisa checked us in and made us feel welcome right away. Bruno at the concierge desk was also great and helped us book our Epcot tickets, which made everything easy. Salvador took great care of us with our poolside orders as well. We had dinner at La Luce on Saturday and Zeta Asia on Sunday, and both were excellent. Rex and Brianna, the hostess at Zeta Asia, were especially friendly and took great care of us. Our server at La Luce was also fantastic, along with the rest of the staff there. I just wish I could remember everyone’s names! Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The buffet in Harvest for breakfast is UNBELIEVABLE! Worth every penny. Even kids loved it. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and gorgeous view of amazing pool. Best staff I’ve EVER had in 10 years. I wrote to GM directly. All the Zach’s and the rest - just so attentive, kind, and friendly. Thank you from Mike, Chelle and Alki the wonder dog!

Stayed at the Signia this past weekend. Cleanliness is the biggest drawback - 5/10. Room was not properly cleaned nor was it properly sanitized. No toiletries in the room. Front desk service was abysmal with the personal being detached, unfriendly, and cold. At the end they will put hidden charges on your room, like long distance calls, so watch out for that. The location is fine, within a group of partner hotels inside the Disney area, about 15 minutes drive to each park. Parking costs about 45 per night, valet about 65. If you are booking with Amex platinum, know that you will not be upgraded (they will say they upgraded the view, which is ridiculous). Bottom line - do not recommend.
