We stayed just a few of nights but we loved the location and the rooms. There was a lot of parking space as well. I loved that at night all main entries were locked and you could only get into the hotel with your key. It was very chilly so we ordered a few more blankets and they provided them with no problem. It does get noisy sometimes but nothing annoying. Bed was comfortable and the room vas very spacious. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The sink had soap and hand lotion. They give you one complementary coffee per person at the cafeteria in the lobby. Staff was great too. It was at a walking distance from restaurants, bars and is right in front of the Icon Park. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely come back.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent for getting around Orlando, close to main roads, attractions, and restaurants. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A big plus is the large parking area, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. Special thanks to Danny, the General Manager, who helped me a lot with a delayed airline luggage situation. His support and professionalism really made a difference. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a fantastic value. Very clean and well maintained property. Large suites. Good parking included in the reasonable daily resort fee. Starbucks coffee on-site. What made the stay truly exceptional was the service provided by Roxy at the front desk. She is so cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 nights at Sonesta ES Suites, overall it was a good experience. The pros - great location on International drive - right opposite icon park, close to all the theme parks. There's a Whole Foods just a mile away if you want to buy groceries. Our unit was clean and spacious, best value for your money - was great to have a decent kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a very reasonable price. The pool looked clean and inviting, we didn't have the time to use it. The cons - our unit was a corner unit facing Icon park, was a bit noisy. The appliances were dated, the stove took forever to heat up and the dishwasher was old and didn't clean the dishes, I had to hand wash everything. The pillows were super squishy and not supportive, we requested replacements at the front desk, they were able to provide only one instead of the 3 we requested. That said, we did have a good stay and I would book here again if I were to visit Orlando.

An Excellent Stay in an Amazing Hotel We have been visiting Orlando and staying in this hotel for many Years . The Receptionist Staff was Friendly and Cooperative,and always happy to help if you needed anything. We booked Two Suites “Two Bedroom Suite- King and Queen “ ,stayed for Two Weeks. Both Suits spacious and Very clean containing all the amenities.Beds are comfortable. The kitchen had all Needs. Towel and bin change every 3 days and full cleaning every 7 days. There are a Laundry,Starbucks,Pool,Gym and Car Rental office on site. Location of the hotel is Perfect and walkable distance to ICON Park,Restaurants and Shops . It was an Excellent stay,made all of us feel at home,Surely will come back to our favourite hotel. Great Thanks to Front Office Manager Vanessa and all her Colleagues in Sonesta ID. All in all a great stay would Highly Recommended.
