We've had such a great experience! Great location! Very clean! The two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms and a table for the kids to eat at had me sold. The front desk clerk Wonjae is one the nicest, most helpful individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting! We've already extended our stay but we will be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando.

Stayed on the last 2 weeks of August have no complaints at all room was perfect for travelling with a teenager as they can have there own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of good places to eat nearby so you could have a different meal every night no problem. Shower had fantastic water pressure was great having a kitchen in the apartment too had breakfast every morning before leaving for a day at the parks if we are ever lucky to go back to Orlando Will definitely be looking at stopping here again. All staff that I had any interaction with were very friendly and helpful.

As frequent travelers, I can say this has not been the best first impression of the hotel. The location is good, but our expectations were completely different. For the same price, you can find hotels with better amenities and, most importantly, a much smoother check-in experience without such long delays in getting the room ready — especially when traveling with small children. Courtesy, consideration, and empathy toward guests should stand out in the hospitality industry. We’ll see what happens once we finally get our room, but for now I can honestly say that I WOULD NOT RETURN and I would not recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and I can tell you that we are very satisfied. We loved the service from the moment we stepped inside. We felt welcome and had no problems with our reservation. The hotel was well organized, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely recommend this place and we will be back. ♥️ Thank you to the entire team for your hard work.

Wow.. loved this place. Perfect for all those who want to enjoy everthing orlando has offer and especially along international drive. With really specious rooms and full size fridge freezer to get ready for a day at the parks it's has everthing you need. Free WiFi for guests, a Starbucks to get that much needed caffeine fix before a long day with a good selection of food, decent pool with a hot tub, arcades and a gym if you fancy and with icon park across the way it's perfect for just waking out into a place with lots of food and drinking options. Plus a free bus that takes you to and from Disney and universal parks which saved us a fortunate on ubers. The team at the desk etc were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Only issue we had was the the hot water takes a while to run through hot enough to wash or shower but once it's running is plenty hot. Would definitely stay there again... oh and just be aware it's a $250 deposit required at start of stay but we just charged Starbucks breakfast each morning to the room
