As frequent travelers, I can say this has not been the best first impression of the hotel. The location is good, but our expectations were completely different. For the same price, you can find hotels with better amenities and, most importantly, a much smoother check-in experience without such long delays in getting the room ready — especially when traveling with small children. Courtesy, consideration, and empathy toward guests should stand out in the hospitality industry. We’ll see what happens once we finally get our room, but for now I can honestly say that I WOULD NOT RETURN and I would not recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.

4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom. Great amount of space and well layed out floor plan. Everything was clean updated and in working order. Vanessa at the front desk was fantastic so friendly and even remembered me when I called from the road to request early check in. She is very helpful with questions about the area. Location was great ICON is across the street with bars, restaurant's, and rides. Great location ! Great pool area and warm pool.

My family and I stayed in Room 447 on May 31, 2026, and our experience was completely unacceptable. The problems started before we even got into the room. The door would not open, and a staff member had to come from the front desk and force it open because it was stuck. Once inside, we immediately noticed a severe roach infestation. Roaches were crawling in and out of the bathroom sink, on the walls, and even in the beds. We have photos and videos documenting this. There was also roach feces around the sink area, making it impossible for us to feel comfortable using the sink or drinking water from it. The room was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was cereal and food debris left on the floor, and behind the refrigerator there was trash, food residue, and evidence of bugs feeding on it. I have photographs showing the condition of the room. In addition, the toilet in the second bathroom would not flush properly and was obviously not functioning correctly. The bathtub was chipping badly, leaving paint chips on our feet while using it. When we reported these issues to the front desk, the response was disappointing. The employee simply sent someone to clean the room but did nothing to address the roach infestation. We were told that the hotel was undergoing renovations. However, if renovations were taking place, I do not understand why guests were being placed in rooms that were clearly not ready to be occupied instead of being assigned to renovated rooms. The customer service was poor, the room conditions were unsanitary, and the overall experience was one of the worst hotel stays my family has ever had. We paid our hard-earned money expecting a clean, safe place to stay and received the exact opposite. I have photos and videos documenting the roaches, the condition of the room, the sink area, the refrigerator area, and the other issues described above. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses these problems so future guests do not have to endure the same experience.

This hotel is a fantastic value. Very clean and well maintained property. Large suites. Good parking included in the reasonable daily resort fee. Starbucks coffee on-site. What made the stay truly exceptional was the service provided by Roxy at the front desk. She is so cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely stay here again.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel and I can tell you that we are very satisfied. We loved the service from the moment we stepped inside. We felt welcome and had no problems with our reservation. The hotel was well organized, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely recommend this place and we will be back. ♥️ Thank you to the entire team for your hard work.
