I stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok from 4–5 August, and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived until check-out. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional. A heartfelt thank you to Trippy, Benz, Breeze, and Panpim from the Front Office for making every step effortless with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Khun Keng from the Security team for always assisting with parking so efficiently. Every arrival and departure was smooth, convenient, and stress-free thanks to his excellent service. Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you to Chef JoJo for the wonderful breakfast and for making every morning feel special. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding. I was also fortunate to experience the hotel's charity market during my stay. It was wonderful to see the hotel supporting such a meaningful cause while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around and ended up taking home several lovely items. Thank you to everyone at The Sukhothai Bangkok for making my stay so memorable. I truly look forward to returning again soon.

Just returned from a six night stay at the Sukhothai - my fav of the many five star hotels that Bangkok has to offer. What differentiates the Sukhothai? 1) Although 30 years old, the hotel retains its classic/modern Thai design that comes from the founders of the Aman Hotel Empire. 2) The hotel has huge grounds and gardens, set far back from the street, so it it is very quiet, although in the city center. 3) This includes one of the best swimming pools - 25 meters. 4) The newer Spa complex, constructed using the wood from an 100 old Thai villa. is a special places indeed for massage or other traditional Thai treatments . 5) Excellent breakfast buffet -- I hope they will bring back their home made German rye bread by my next visit 6) I prefer a hotel in the center of the city than along the river, given the always challenging Bangkok traffic in moving around town. And finally hospitality of the staff is just what you expect from a five star hotel.

I have visited Bangkok many times, but this was my first stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok, and I was truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, so many staff members made us feel genuinely welcome. The team at the entrance, the bell staff who helped with our luggage, the wellness core exercise instructor, the spa staff, and everyone involved in the wellness activities were all incredibly kind and professional. Although I don’t know everyone’s names, I want to thank all of them for making our stay so special. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made this a truly memorable experience. I would definitely stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok again on my next visit to Bangkok and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience

My stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok was truly wonderful. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. What impressed me the most was the staff. Without a doubt, Kratai was the No. 1 employee at the hotel. 🩷🩷🩷 She always greeted us with a warm smile, paid attention to every detail, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. When I made a request, she thoughtfully prepared a well-organized document with all the information I needed and even looked for an even better option for me. The management should do everything they can to keep such an exceptional employee. She has incredible talent and a very bright future.😎 Bus was calm, kind, and professional. He remembered every request without fail and always made us feel genuinely welcome.🫶🫶 Aom was also incredibly attentive. She always listened carefully and responded with kindness, making every interaction pleasant.😆 The hotel itself is beautiful, but its greatest asset is its people. The outstanding staff made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We stayed here during our wedding for preps and had our reception in Celadon. I was in awe the first time I saw the place but even more amazed when I experienced the stay and the food! Even our guests who flew from different parts of the world enjoyed everything. The team was really accommodating, shoutout to the best events manager Khun Ploy! The the reception team, Khun Kay and Khun Arm, they all went above and beyond making our experience memorable. I will definitely come back ❤️
