A group of friends and I stayed at Unico 2087 and it was amazing! We took a cooking class with Chef Angela and a mixology class where we learned the origin of tequila.I had a spa visit with Yolanda who did a wonderful job helping me to relax. The food was great, as well! Over all, the best part about the trip was the service and the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.The staff at the pool were diligent and fun. Alberto and Alam were the best! The men who organized group activities at the pool was great too! If there were any complaints, it would be the beach being covered in seaweed, but that is because we traveled during their off season. However, they were always doing their best to clean it up for everyone! I definitely recommend this resort, especially if you like a chill, quiet hang out environment.

We had a wonderful trip to celebrate a dear friend’s wedding at Unico. The resort and staff were wonderful to our entire group. We loved starting our day at breakfast being cared for by Astrid at 20 87, she really got to know us and knew how to make us feel at home. Annette & Olibert were our local hosts that made sure our family had what we needed in our rooms and that we had proper dinner reservations each evening. Our friends worked with Roger and Flores and made sure we all had spots at the pool each day! It was such a restful and relaxing trip all around. Dinners at Mi Carisa and Cueve Siete stood out for the quality and tastes with Mura House a close third!! A shout out to Jose who saw us to both of our rooms, helped us feel at ease with his friendly smile and also to Luis who cared for our large group several days at the member pool with his infectious energy and smile!!

Just got back from an incredible week at Unico 2087. This was our fourth trip and it was as good as the first. The pools were warm and the service was great. Diego the pool concierge at the members pool had our towels on our chairs everyday when we arrived to the pool. Luis never let anyone go thirsty. He delivered a bucket of water and kept the drinks flowing. We spent father's day at the quiet pool. Raul and William made sure we did not go without. They stocked the refrigerator in the cabana and kept the Coati away from our food. Had breakfast at Mi Carisa. Luis always had a smile and made you feel welcome. Housekeeping did an amazing job with turndown service. Giovanna at the mixology class was entertaining and informative. Ewa in Vacation Makers was extremely helpful in planning our tours. She even checked the weather forecast for our sunset cruise. Laura was our local host from a previous vacation at Unico. She stopped by several times this trip to check on us and to say hello. Roger and Flores were our butlers. They messaged us before our trip and made our dinner reservations. They sent text messages daily with the activities and checked on us throughout the day. They were quick to handle any requests including booking our spa treatments, updating dinner reservations, aromatherapy, fixing our room reservation and anything else we needed. We didnt spend any time at the beach due to the saragasm but we were expecting that. Overall we had a great vacation and can't wait to return.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, every detail was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. The true highlight of our vacation was the incredible people who made us feel so welcomed and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing butlers, Berenice, and Erick. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail made us feel completely taken care of. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and elevated our vacation in every possible way and Yessica was always there to add to our experiences and make us feel like family! The team at the 2087 pool was equally outstanding. Brayan and Alfredo made every pool day relaxing, fun, and effortless. Along with Rosa and Allam, the pool staff consistently checked on us, kept the service (and the Don Julio) flowing, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They created an atmosphere that made it easy to spend entire days by the pool. The entertainment team deserves recognition as well - Sebastian and Ricardo were great (Even though Sebastian made me to do sit-ups) his enthusiasm, energy, and sense of humor made every activity memorable. Whether it was fingerprint or aqua spinning or doing shots at the pool, everything was so much fun. The entertainment staff struck the perfect balance of keeping guests engaged while making everyone feel welcome. Our dining experiences were exceptional from beginning to end. Our Chairman’s Dinner was amazing!!! Carlos ensured everything ran seamlessly and clearly takes great pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Chef Miranda created a menu that exceeded our expectations, and Walter provided service that was attentive, friendly, and genuinely memorable. Really, every meal felt special, and every cocktail was expertly prepared. What impressed us most was how seamlessly everything came together. Every day felt perfectly orchestrated, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment. The hospitality, attention to detail, and pride every team member showed in their work were evident throughout the resort. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation so special. Because of each of you, we leave with incredible memories and hearts full of gratitude. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we truly couldn’t have left happier. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had the best time at Unico, would definitely return! Javier and Rodrigo made our stay feel like true luxury. They were on top of all our needs and we could not have asked for a better team. We always had a space at the pool reserved, dinner reservations were set, and all the little tiny things we could even think about were taken care of promptly. The best guys and the best service! The resort is perfectly walkable, and getting around is easy. We enjoyed the swim up pool, water aerobics, pool side service, and relaxing each day. Dinner at the steak house is something we still talk about! From the appetizers to the steaks to the desserts, everything was phenomenal. Each day had new activities and the staff were on top of it with the energy! The spa experience was crazy, never have we had a true deep tissue massage before is the consensus we came up with. Those ladies sent us to another universe! Truly truly recommend if you are looking for a romantic getaway!
