Obsessed with this place is an understatement! Food and restaurant options were amazing, even my gluten-free boyfriend had a lot to choose from. The staff is friendly and kind, and the cleanliness is perfect. I love the turn down service every evening. We had a personal concierge upon arrival who helped with dinner reservations (although I’d recommend making those before you arrive if possible). The pools were stunning and separated into “party pool” and “quiet pool” for different vibes. Really nice landscape ☺️ but note! Adults only.

This place is like home away from home and a beautiful paradise wrapped in one I’ve been i’ve been two years in a row and have no complaints. Laura our host was fantastic and make sure everything went smoothly. Can’t say enough about the staff in the hospitality. What a treat everything was perfect the food the atmosphere the beautiful beach can’t wait till I go back next year and make this a regular thing. The transportation to and from was very comfortable and quick! I’ve been going the last two years with a group of people and we all can’t say enough about this place. It is the best I give it five stars a real good deal for your money. All the liquor is top shelf. All the food is fresh and delicious.

Our first stay at UNICO 20°87° exceeded all expectations, and we already can’t wait to return! One of the things we loved most was the size of the property—it felt intimate and easy to navigate while still offering plenty of amenities and activities. The service throughout the resort was truly five-star and made our vacation feel effortless from start to finish. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Legendary pools and appreciated having the flexibility to venture off property for a day during our four-night stay. Every experience was seamless. A special thank you to our butlers, Rodrigo and Javier, who were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to assist with some unique needs, including accommodating food allergies and helping us obtain a prescription medication. Their communication was exceptional—they were always available, proactively shared daily schedules and recommendations, and consistently checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Any issue or request we had was handled quickly and professionally. Rodrigo and Javier were not only incredibly helpful, but also genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire UNICO team for such a memorable vacation. We look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I just came back from the most AMAZING week at Unico 2087 for our honeymoon! The pools were so relaxing, food and drinks were delicious, and our local host Karla went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special for us. She set up a special room service breakfast for my husband and I to enjoy complete with champagne, and also decorated our room with flowers and balloons and provided us with a nice bottle of wine and Mexican candies. Karla was so kind, patient, attentive to our needs, and assisted us with all of restaurant bookings and spa bookings. We absolutely would love to return to Unico and will be requesting Karla as our host again! Also special shoutout to the pool servers (Lucia and Elvira) for being so patient and attentive, as well as Carlos from Cueva Siete and Christopher from Avec. Those were by far our two favorite restaurants and their service went above and beyond. We are still reminiscing on our special week at Unico and will remember the memories for a lifetime!

Our stay at UNICO was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. The food, atmosphere, pools, and overall attention to detail were incredible. A special thank you to Patricia Pech, who checked on us multiple times after we received an undercooked steak to make sure we were completely satisfied with our meal. Gustavo at the front desk was also excellent and very informative throughout our stay. Olibert, our local host, was extremely helpful and attentive, and Lorena, our waitress by the pool area, was so kind and provided outstanding service as well.
