Great stay overall. Lovely, comfortable rooms and the location makes getting to the parks really easy. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the pool was closed for an entire day due to forecast colder weather that never actually arrived, which was a bit disappointing. Staff were absolutely fabulous throughout our stay. One small note: the rooms come with a lot of disposable items, which did feel a bit wasteful. Would happily stay here again.

Have stayed here before and always great as a passholder but this time the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. We got stuck in Florida for 4 days beyond our vacation with 2 cancelled flights due to snow and had a nightmare day at the airport while attempting to work there and then in the car. We lost the same room we had at Cabanna Bay from the 1st cancellation and had to get a new car rental. May went out of her way and got us checked in early and helped to get an upgraded room so I could have space to work in peace until we got a flight home. The room was comfy and super clean with everything we needed. The staff checked in often for anything we needed. We took advantage to quickly run over to the parks at night to have some fun, why not! Thank you so much for the extra kind service that turned a bad day around. Being passholders at both universal and disney we always say universal knows how treat both types of guests special. We will def be back for future trips. 😀

I had an incredible experience at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The entire hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had such a relaxed vibe that made the stay even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a smooth stay. The shuttle service to the parks was fast and convenient, making it really easy to get around. I also loved the pool area — a perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the parks. Overall, this resort delivered way more than I expected for the price. Great service, great atmosphere, and great value. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Surfside Inn & Suites to anyone visiting Orlando!

The staff at the front desk have been amazing. The check-in process was smooth and Marcos helped start our vacation off on the right tone. They send check in texts once in a while and are usually pretty quick to respond to questions or requests. Most of the other staff and cleaners have also been really great. Only minor staffing complaint I had was the few people taking your food order didn't seem friendly, not rude but not friendly either. The food and drinks in the cafe were a bit pricey but I mostly expected that. Almost everything we tried was pretty decent though. From breakfast, to lunch and dinner we had good meals. The family suite is nice, decent space with 3 beds, one in a separate room with a door. We have a decent size little fridge and a microwave. A nice picnic type table with a bench on one side and chairs on the other. There's a useful double sink outside of a separate bathroom with the toilet and shower only. Overall pretty nice little suite. The Sand Bar is nice, really friendly bartenders. Wasn't overly crowded most of the time. They offer decent priced drinks with a discount for using the endless summer cups. The pool area is nice, good amount of seating without being overcrowded. The pool is cool with some mini fountains in the front. We didn't use it a lot but it was nice. We were able to get the free shuttles from the resort to Epic along with City Walk and the Universal Parks. Two different shuttles but both were running pretty consistently. During peak hours they have more buses, sometimes one right after the other. The only really issue we had while here was the noise in the rooms. The walls, floors and ceiling are really thin so you hear more than you should from other rooms lol. We eventually had to ask the front desk to send someone upstairs to quiet them down. The kid would be running back and forth, music or TV was loud, chairs scraping against the floor. By the time 11pm had hit, we had enough and wanted to go to sleep. They sent someone up and it got quiet after that, so it was a good and speedy resolution.

The Magic has returned but it's at Universal. Friendly with a capital F. The place is brand new so it's immaculate. All the senses are hit, all the time so their design is masterful. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Facial recognition so my phone was in pocket the whole time. I actually got to enjoy the parks; I haven't been able to do that since Fastpass 2019. I notice how they don't have cost as rating, this does hurt but if you plan well, it's worth it.
