I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Their professionalism and willingness to help made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Both the guest rooms and common areas were spotless and showed great attention to detail. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for their guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, cleanliness, and a relaxing stay.

What an amazing location! Rooftop bar has the most epic views! It is clean and well kept. The hotel room are a bit on the smaller side and remind me of cruise cabins, and I happen to be claustrophobic -However, it was a birthday weekend and they gave us a free upgrade- which literally made it the best birthday trip ever! The first person we encountered at the front desk was a sourpuss -HOWEVER we all have bad days and everyone else was very nice and helpful. I would go back! I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the parks. It sure mad our trip special.

We stayed at Universal's Aventura Hotel and had a great experience overall! The room was clean, housekeeping was accommodating, and we had an amazing view from the 4th floor. The kids loved the pool, and the water was a perfect 80 degrees. We also appreciated the complimentary pool towels. The hotel had everything we needed, a nice Universal gift shop, Starbucks, a fresh pizza oven place, and other food options. We did a lot of tips and tricks we found from TikTok videos before our trip, and staying here made everything so convenient. We really never had to leave the hotel except for the parks. The bus stop right outside made it super easy to get around, and we used it for everything. We also loved the kid-friendly rooftop bar, it had a really fun vibe. I also used the laundry room during our stay, which was very convenient and helpful to have on site. My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard, and breakfast was pretty pricey. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This is one of our top universal hotels. We have been staying on site for about 10 years now. Aventura has been our go to for the last 3. All the hotels have different things which make them ideal for every kind of holiday. We pick Aventura for the quiet and calm, the hotel is tall rather than sprawling like the other, so less walking and easy elevator access. A lot less people and a quieter experience for us. We adore the parks, the heat, the party atmosphere. This hotel provides a calmer down time for us. The pool is a good size for the property and up to the usual high Universal standards. Food options are excellent. Roof top bar has amazing views and great food & cocktails. We traveled as a couple with no kids so this was our perfect spot. If we have kids we may have picked one of the busier hotels. If you want quiet, calm, quality and amazing service this is for you! Vending machines and an amazing laundry on several floors made our holiday even easier.

A positive experience, but room comfort was not great. Check in was easy, with no wait for our visit in February 2026. After check in, we easily got our park passes. The hotel lobby was sleek and open, with several food options and a convenient Starbucks. We appreciated the easy bus access to the parks. There were plenty of elevators and we never had to wait long. Our room was quite tight with an odd glass barrier between the bathroom sink and the beds. Although the pillows were OK, the bed linens were quite thin/cheap. The blankets were straight from a hospital, including the towels/washcloths. You could tell they went cheap on the construction of this hotel, including the finishes of the bathroom with plastic instead of tile. Housekeeping only cleans your room every other day... another cost cutting effort. The website noted that the pools were heated... not so much. In colder seasons, the hot tub is an option or the pool is more like a cold plunge. With the express pass, the early entry benefit is not really necessary.
