This was a great stay for our time at universal! This was a great and inexpensive option (FL resident) to not only be close to the parks but also have early entry and transportation. That alone was worth it. Food was decent at the hotel as well. I would highly recommend this hotel or even the sister location if you don’t want to take out a loan to stay at Helios. The main advantages seem nearly the same except views and taking a shuttle to Epic. Again, early entry was EVERYTHING! Especially to Epic where every day is likely to be packed. Service was great, rooms were clean. The only thing I didn’t love which is the main complaint for most newer hotels is the fact that the ceilings and walls are paper thin. You can hear most things from other people above and around you. So if you are lucky, neighbors will be considerate. Brings earplugs just incase.

Our party checked in from December 2nd to December 6th. It was an incredible stay. Soleil, Austin and Brianna were very welcoming and personable especially with helping us choose the perfect designs for our Room Keys! (Harry Potter and Jurassic Park of course) The atmosphere was pleasant. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it was stunning from our view on the 7th floor. I definitely would like to point out that the gym is great! It has adequate equipment and an actual locker room with showers. Perfect for when your party is all getting ready at the same time, you can shower right after your workout! There’s sufficient elevators where you never wait long at all, unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at previously. The room’s are a bit small, but still comfortable. There is also a Universal store conveniently located in the lobby stocked with a wide array of merch and gifts! Lastly, The shuttle services are an absolute necessity and convenience! They ran smoothly and everyone was so polite!

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. Great location for Epic and not bad for the other universal parks. We did find hair under the sheets of one of our rooms which was not ours and had some issues with the drain and toilet that was an easy fix. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable. Bus drivers were friendly.

My husband and I were celebrating our mini moon. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by hotel staff. We were lucky enough to be accommodated for an earlier check in. Our room was so nice and clean and the views to pool was our favorite. The bartender at the pool bar was very attentive and friendly. Hotel atmosphere was nice, surprisingly quiet being that there were many families, and we enjoyed the many amenities the hotel offered. Transportation to the parks was easy, seamless, and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus.

a very pleasant and great hotel at this new area. the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. if your main reason is the Epic Universe this is the place. it's just a 5 min bus ride to the theme park (but no walking path for now). the bus is running so frequently so you didn't loose time taking the bus. i'll stay again next visit at the Terra Luna: good value for the room rate.
