Our party checked in from December 2nd to December 6th. It was an incredible stay. Soleil, Austin and Brianna were very welcoming and personable especially with helping us choose the perfect designs for our Room Keys! (Harry Potter and Jurassic Park of course) The atmosphere was pleasant. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it was stunning from our view on the 7th floor. I definitely would like to point out that the gym is great! It has adequate equipment and an actual locker room with showers. Perfect for when your party is all getting ready at the same time, you can shower right after your workout! There’s sufficient elevators where you never wait long at all, unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at previously. The room’s are a bit small, but still comfortable. There is also a Universal store conveniently located in the lobby stocked with a wide array of merch and gifts! Lastly, The shuttle services are an absolute necessity and convenience! They ran smoothly and everyone was so polite!

We stayed 2 nights and did 1 day of universal studios and islands of adventure and the other day was Epic. It was a great facility. The staff was attentive and amazing. The servers at the bar always made sure to ask for our names and we're personable. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long park day. I do wish they would've made rooms with king sized beds though but we managed. We used the bag hold service on our last day while we were epic and came back to collect them after the park day. The gift shop has a good mix of everything from epic. Our room was a view of the Stella Nova hotel across the street and you could even see epic from our room. Very cute theming.

The front desk staff deserves a big compliment, every interaction I had with them was friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal, especially for business travelers like myself attending events at the convention center. Unfortunately, everything else about my stay fell short. While I don’t typically watch TV, it didn’t work at all in the room. After a long day, I was ready to get some sleep only to find visibly dirty sheets on the bed, including what appeared to be skid marks. I checked the second bed and found a stain on the comforter and more soiled marks on those sheets as well. When I tried to call the front desk, the room phone didn’t work either. I walked down to speak with someone in person, and again, the front desk staff was excellent. However, despite rooms appearing available online, I was told the hotel was at capacity and couldn’t offer a room change. In the end, Housekeeping changed the sheets (which once again, staff was great) and I was given a breakfast coupon. For a newer and more expensive property, this was an extremely disappointing experience. It may have been an oversight in management, but it left a lasting impression and unfortunately, it’ll be my last. Edit: not to pile on but the shampoo was empty as well…

This was one of the new Value Hotels and it was nothing fancy, but did what we needed. It was quite minimalist in decor throughout the hotel and rooms, white with splashes of color. The beds were comfy. The rooms were small. It would be hard for four adults to maneuver but parents and two kids could work. As per any amusement park accommodations, we spent little time in them. There was a nice pool area with a bar and fire pit. The only food was from a food court arrangement, one part like a grocery/ deli and the other the other with eat in or take out selections. There was a strange selection of ethnic foods mixed with pizzas. The best feature was the transport to Epic Universe. It ran often and until after the park closed. It was fine for a couple of nights.

The location was perfect, the buses are there every 10 minutes, very convenient for getting to the park. New hotel (2025), swimming pool, bar, fitness, we gave it 4 stars because there was still not great soundproofing of the noise coming from the hotel, we could hear people walking or running above and suitcases rolling on the floor. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable and the cafe restaurant is very good in terms of price and quality. Service was also very great, Victoria at the desk was absolutly lovely. We will definitely come back.
