Staff was very friendly and helpful for the entire stay. Rooms were clean and relaxing. The accommodations at this hotel were surprisingly great. We checked in to the hotel at 10am. They provided us room keys, answered all questions, stored luggage, provided park passes, and shuttled us to epic universe by 11am. Very impressed by how efficient and seamless the whole experience was. The pool, hot tub, gift shop, etc were all top notch. Will definitely not hesitate to return here for our next universal trip.

Overall an excellent hotel. Pricing for the room was reasonable and comparable with off-site hotels from Marriott/Hilton. Rooms are clean, staff is all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was nice with towels available for guests. The water pressure in the shower is good. The food in the cafe and poolside cafe was good, the market has a good selection of snacks, drinks, etc. as well as a full-service Starbucks setup and an ice cream stand. Shuttles to the theme parks were frequent and clearly labeled, room delivery of items from the theme park is extremely convenient, so you don't have to carry a bunch of souvenirs around all day. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the parks to stay at Terra Luna.

Hotel was very clean and well laid out. Used the gym facilities daily which were also clean and had a lot of equipment. Found linens to be thin and scratchy, rooms are a bit small for 4 people but we weren’t in the room much. The pool area was great. Plenty of chairs and towels without having to check them out. Found service in the Moon bar and omega cafe slow and prices were quite high. I liked the texting option to front desk and housekeeping. Shuttles were fast and clean. Definitely a good choice if visiting Universal Parks.

We had an amazing stay at Terra Luna Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Victoria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — check-in was smooth, fast, and welcoming. The room was very clean, and everything looked beautiful and well maintained. A huge shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who were both incredibly kind and helpful. The shuttles were a huge help, making it so easy to get to the parks and back to the hotel and vice versa without any stress. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Terra Luna to anyone visiting the area!

Great hotel, lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy . Hotel staff are all lovely, the food is great and lots of choice. The swimming pool was lovely and a nice temperature and boys loved the late night movie being played as the pool is open until 10pm. The buses to universal were amazing and always lots of them so never waiting long! Early entrance to the parks are also a great bonus! Would highly recommend this hotel! We had a fantastic holiday
