The personal check-in was really helpful, and they always made sure we were comfortable. We loved the food and beverages; there were enough options for us to try something different every day, and everything was delicious. My daughter especially loved the chocolate pancakes for breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub after long days at the parks. My kids loved the roomit was clean , and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Terra Luna.

We had an amazing stay at Terra Luna Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Victoria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — check-in was smooth, fast, and welcoming. The room was very clean, and everything looked beautiful and well maintained. A huge shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who were both incredibly kind and helpful. The shuttles were a huge help, making it so easy to get to the parks and back to the hotel and vice versa without any stress. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Terra Luna to anyone visiting the area!

Great hotel, lovely rooms and very comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy . Hotel staff are all lovely, the food is great and lots of choice. The swimming pool was lovely and a nice temperature and boys loved the late night movie being played as the pool is open until 10pm. The buses to universal were amazing and always lots of them so never waiting long! Early entrance to the parks are also a great bonus! Would highly recommend this hotel! We had a fantastic holiday

We were genuinely disappointed with this stay, especially considering the price — over $200 per night plus parking. At that rate, I expected a noticeably higher level of comfort and quality. The food was extremely underwhelming and honestly felt more like a high school cafeteria than a resort dining experience. The bathroom toiletries were very basic, and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest well. The most frustrating issue, however, was the air conditioning system. We were told it operates on a motion sensor and “senses when you are in the room.” Despite reporting that the room was not cooling adequately at night, we were given the same explanation. When you turn off the lights and go to sleep, there is naturally no movement — and as a result, the room became warm. I spent four nights waking up sweating, which significantly impacted my comfort and overall stay. I understand energy efficiency is important, but it should never come at the expense of a guest’s ability to sleep comfortably. For the price paid, this experience did not meet expectations. I hope management seriously reviews both the A/C system and how guest concerns are addressed

Our party checked in from December 2nd to December 6th. It was an incredible stay. Soleil, Austin and Brianna were very welcoming and personable especially with helping us choose the perfect designs for our Room Keys! (Harry Potter and Jurassic Park of course) The atmosphere was pleasant. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it was stunning from our view on the 7th floor. I definitely would like to point out that the gym is great! It has adequate equipment and an actual locker room with showers. Perfect for when your party is all getting ready at the same time, you can shower right after your workout! There’s sufficient elevators where you never wait long at all, unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at previously. The room’s are a bit small, but still comfortable. There is also a Universal store conveniently located in the lobby stocked with a wide array of merch and gifts! Lastly, The shuttle services are an absolute necessity and convenience! They ran smoothly and everyone was so polite!
