We stayed at Dockside Inn & Suites for 8 nights while attending a volleyball tournament, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location couldn't have been better—only about 3 miles from the Orange County Convention Center, with Uber rides averaging around $10, which made getting back and forth incredibly easy. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and gave everyone plenty of room to relax after long tournament days. We also loved the pools, which were a great way to unwind, and the lobby was beautiful, welcoming, and always well-maintained. One of the best things about this hotel is how convenient it is to everything. Whether we were heading to the convention center, the parks, or grabbing food nearby, it was all quick and easy. We truly loved every second of our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Dockside Inn & Suites for families, tournament travel, or anyone visiting the Universal area!

We stayed here for seven nights and had an amazing trip! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we were lucky enough to get a room on a higher floor overlooking the nightly fireworks at Epic Universe. We found the hotel fairly quiet overall, although if you're concerned about noise from neighbouring rooms, I'd recommend requesting a room without an adjoining door as we did hear one of next door's conversations at one point. The Starbucks downstairs can get quite busy in the mornings, but there are other locations at CityWalk and in the parks that tend to be quieter. The hotel has a walgreens, 7/11 and an Ihop nearby which we also made good use of. The shuttle buses were frequent and a great help for getting to and from the parks, although we found the Volcano Bay shuttle was a little slower than the others. The food options downstairs are convenient rather than spectacular, but they're a welcome option after a long day at the parks when you don't feel like heading out again or dealing with DoorDash. Coming on a holiday weekend, the Early Park Admission (EPA) from staying here was a major help in avoiding the long queues, especially at Epic. We could have stayed outside the resort for $250 less, but we're glad we didn't because the EPA was more than worth it. All in all, the staff were fantastic, and we were really pleased with our stay. We'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Universal parks.

The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our entire stay and always went out of their way to help. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The team at the vacation desk was knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently provided excellent service. I recommend this resort 1000%! Although Universal classifies it as a "Value" resort, the service and hospitality feel truly luxurious.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Universal’s Endless Summer Dockside Inn and Suites in a 2 bedroom and it was great. The room was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We were on the 10th floor and had a really nice view that made the stay even better. The bus service to the parks was fantastic. A special thank you to Lena at check-in. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel valued right away. She acknowledged our anniversary and truly helped make the start of our stay feel special. Her kindness and positive attitude stood out and set the tone for a great trip. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will absolutely stay here again!

My family of 3 (myself and two children) stayed here in May for 2 weeks. It was a fantastic stay. The Pier Market was pricey but still extremely convenient and had tasty options. We went down there multiple times every single day. The 2 room suite was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. WiFi was great. Pool was great. We go to Orlando almost every year so this will definitely be our hotel of choice now.
