We had a wonderful experience at Edge Steakhouse! Bobby and his assistant Maricela provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were attentive, friendly, and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal to make sure everything was exactly as expected. The service was fast without ever feeling rushed, and they truly made us feel taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. Every part of our dining experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Bobby and Maricela, for helping make our evening so enjoyable.

I stayed in the timeshare portion of the resort on the 24th floor, conveniently located near the Westgate Owners Club. Room 2483 was newly renovated with modern decor and the bed was very comfortable. Be mindful that the walls were "thin" so you can clearly hear your next door neighbors conversations especially if there is an adjoining door between the rooms. The television worked fine and integrated well with our personal streaming accounts like Netflix. The bathroom was very clean and fully stocked with soaps, body washes, shampoos and conditioners. The water pressure in the shower was decent too. We ordered in-room dining for breakfast, and the food was amazing and was delivered faster than expected. The restaurants on property were pretty good, especially Benihana. There were also some cool gift shops and convenience stores. We loved the fitness center and the spa (the massage was top tier!). The casino floor was not extremely crowded or cramped which was a pleasant surprise since the floor was not as large as some of the other resorts on the strip, but it was still very nice (if you can stand the cigarette smoke). I think they should upgrade the ventilation system. The Sportsbook area was a very unique touch. I didn't get to use the Monorail or Westgate shuttle, but that helps if you want to hang out on the Strip. I forgot to add that the resort is conveniently located next door to the Las Vegas Convention Center which is perfect if you're attending any trade shows or conferences. Overall, I would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Westgate Las Vegas, and I want to give a special thank you to Amed Gonzalez. I was visiting for my birthday, and Amed went above and beyond by providing me with a complimentary room upgrade. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make my stay special truly stood out. The upgrade made my birthday trip even more memorable, and it’s employees like Amed who make guests want to come back. From check-in to check-out, the experience was excellent, and I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Thank you, Amed, for helping make my birthday celebration such a great experience. I highly recommend Westgate Las Vegas and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our four-night stay was delightful, thanks to the exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms with breathtaking views, friendly staff, and excellent infrastructure. Daily housekeeping services were efficient and unobtrusive. The pool area was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The fitness center offered a range of amenities, and there were also designated play areas for children. Additionally, a Starbucks outlet was conveniently situated on the ground floor. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The lanai room away from the pool was great. We lived the outdoor area that was quiet, shaded and facing the back of the building so it was calm and could be enjoyed even on a 100°f day. Only down side is we spotted a few giant roaches but I guess that is to be expected when you have an outdoor patio. Our original room was connecting and had pretty thin walls that we could hear the neighbor brushing their teeth and full on conversations. The room we were moved to however was not connecting and we did not notice if there was anyone next to us or not. Our room also came with $100 room credit per day which was great but we only used one day's worth. Benihanas land the italian restaurants looked decent to eat at though we did not try them. The room also came with a spa day pass which we did not get to use (We have a baby and no sitter). Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay. No frills, easy to get in and out, lots of bonus items and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Craig at the front desk for all of his help with extending our stay. He went above and beyond with our room change so it did not disturb our trip.
