If I could make 4.5 I would but unable to out a half star. The location is great close enough to the strip without being on it. Easy access to the monorail. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and decent amenities. (Wish we had a coffee/hot water maker) What really put the hotel over is/was the staff: polite, professional, and respectful. My room attendant, Jessica Carrera, was amazing! She was so nice and willing to be assisting with any need. Thank you to her directly. I would recommend staying here.

Just had a Fabulous meal in Sid's Restaurant on Paradise Rd. Just Wowwww!!! The food was Exceptional yet the service from Debra was phenomenal from beginning to ending. So much so I gave her a million dollar bill. Again reiterating how Excellent the food and service was. I asked Debra who this locale is not open longer hours of the day. It's sooo difficult being in the building and passing by seeing the restaurant with all its charm Closed at 5pm, 6pm ish. Please consider opening this charm for longer hours. Have discounts or someway to bring traffic in Thoroughly Njoyed. All the best DEBRA‼️‼️💯

This is my second time at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable rooms, and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. When I stayed this time I got a $75/night room credit, which was really great! The hallways look a bit dated but the rooms look like they have been renovated and feel modern and well appointed. The casino is nice and I really liked the SuperBook. The Edge steakhouse is fantastic as is the Benihana Japanese restaurant!

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What really made our trip so enjoyable were some of the staff at Westgate. We'd like to call out these people for amazing service and helpfulness: Carmen Alveno at the WOW Players Club. Carmen was so patient and went "above and beyond" to be helpful. Craig at the front desk checked us in and got our trip off to a really pleasant start. Lydia at the front desk checked us out with a huge smile, pleasant coversation, and a "Happy Thanksgiving." Lastly, Jimmy the doorman, was the final smile as we left for the airport! All resort/casinos in Las Vegas have similar amenities -- but the Westgate stood out because of the people who work there!

I was met at the entrance and offered help with all my luggage. Since I’ve been traveling for 3 months I had a lot of heavy luggage. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. Assuring me there was no hurry checking in I could call once I checked in and was ready to have my luggage delivered. Checking in was super easy since I had filled out everything in the app. Room was exactly what I hoped for. I had an awesome view of the sphere. Bonus was the proximity of the monorail. I was able to get to anything I wanted to see or do on the strip. Staff was very friendly! Every staff member I encountered greeted me and offered help if I needed it. I’m already planning a return trip.
