Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The biggest frustration was not receiving any check-in instructions before our arrival. It made it difficult to figure out where to park and how to get started, which wasn't the best first impression. I do appreciate that the staff genuinely cared about the guest experience and even asked us to leave a review. The double beds were smaller than expected, and the bathroom offered very little privacy since only the toilet and shower were enclosed by a door while the vanity area remained open. The room did include a refrigerator, which was convenient. However, if you need a microwave, be aware that you'll have to rent one separately. The pool was nice and provided a relaxing place to unwind. We also wanted to take advantage of the hotel shuttle, but there wasn't clear signage indicating the pickup location, especially since there are multiple meeting points in the area. On a positive note, the concierge team was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to the valet crew—they provided prompt, professional service and were consistently courteous throughout our stay. With better communication before arrival, clearer signage, and a microwave included in the room, the overall guest experience would be much smoother.

We had a wonderful experience at Edge Steakhouse! Bobby and his assistant Maricela provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were attentive, friendly, and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal to make sure everything was exactly as expected. The service was fast without ever feeling rushed, and they truly made us feel taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. Every part of our dining experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Bobby and Maricela, for helping make our evening so enjoyable.

The lanai room away from the pool was great. We lived the outdoor area that was quiet, shaded and facing the back of the building so it was calm and could be enjoyed even on a 100°f day. Only down side is we spotted a few giant roaches but I guess that is to be expected when you have an outdoor patio. Our original room was connecting and had pretty thin walls that we could hear the neighbor brushing their teeth and full on conversations. The room we were moved to however was not connecting and we did not notice if there was anyone next to us or not. Our room also came with $100 room credit per day which was great but we only used one day's worth. Benihanas land the italian restaurants looked decent to eat at though we did not try them. The room also came with a spa day pass which we did not get to use (We have a baby and no sitter). Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay. No frills, easy to get in and out, lots of bonus items and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Craig at the front desk for all of his help with extending our stay. He went above and beyond with our room change so it did not disturb our trip.

We love Sid's. We always ask for Singing Paul. He remembers us. Very friendly and great service. We had a suite on the 27th floor this time. Except for the lack of a washing machine we enjoyed the room. Nice kitchen, living room and shower with bathtub. We love the owner's lounge and have been owner's since 2017. Angry about the parking charges since we were told as owners we wouldn't be charged. Victor says to just go to owner checkin and they will remove it but it shouldn't happen to start with. Victor is very friendly and helpful. He is a keeper. A good variety of good places to eat and drink. Always enjoy our stays at Westgate. Tickets for Barry Manilow and Jen Kramer. Have seen both before and looking forward to seeing them again. We will be back.

Out of so many hotels to choose from in Las Vegas, Westgate feels like a bit of a hidden gem. It’s slightly off the beaten path - far enough from some of the Strip chaos and nonsense to actually breathe and enjoy yourself, but still close enough to all the excitement and easy to get anywhere. But it has something many Vegas hotels don’t: history and a very distinct atmosphere. Between the Elvis, the Pluribus connection, the architecture and the old Vegas legacy, it feels special. The rooms are an incredible value. Very spacious, beautifully remodeled, impeccably maintained and cleaned daily without needing to ask for anything - even after 2 PM when many hotels would skip service. The staff genuinely could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Everyone was warm, welcoming and helpful, and they really make you feel taken care of. The hotel itself is HUGE with plenty to explore, and there are several great dining options. Benihana in particular is enormous and so much fun and definitely worth visiting. Also loved having easy access to the monorail, which makes getting around Vegas surprisingly convenient without constantly dealing with traffic. Overall, Westgate has this very unique vibe - part classic Vegas history, part resort, part hidden escape. Would absolutely stay again.
